Being frequent KOA campers we have stayed at many KOA campgrounds. Quality and experiences have varied from so-so to great. The Scottsburg IN KOA is among the best we have visited. This family operated KOA is maintained in such a way that it exceeds what we have seen in other KOA campgrounds and others. They want to please. If you use a Garmin GPS, you may be able to locate this KOA.

Nice campground and nice owners! Will definitely stay again. Great place to stay a few days or a great place to stop for a night while on the road. Large pull thru spaces, easy access.

A warm and welcoming stay throughout the week. There was so much to do we will need to come back to experience it all. The service and care surpassed any all inclusive resort. We will add this to our travels again.

The hosts were amazing- very friendly and accommodating. And the resort was beautiful- we loved the fall mums at all of the campsites!!

First time staying here as we passed thru to Georgetown KY. Beautiful little campground, clean bathrooms and showers, working wifi, and delicious pizza.

The park is beautiful and so well maintained. The owners who also operate the campground are genuinely nice and friendly helpful people. I would definitely stay here again.

We were so happy to find this place. Left Pigeon Forge to get away from the rain/flooding and headed north. Beautiful place. Very well maintained. The family that owns it are so genuine and nice.

Great site. Nice amenities at the campground, only wish the pool would have been open as it was 90 degrees the day we arrived.

We're glad you enjoyed the amenities. Our pool is winterized after Labor Day, and while we understand it was a hot day during your visit, the weather in Southern Indiana can be unpredictable this time of year. We hope you'll return during the summer when the salt-water pool is open for the season.

What a beautiful KOA to stay at and perhaps the prettiest one we have stayed at. The glimpse of fall colors starting around the lake went well with our morning coffee. The dog park was the biggest one we have seen so our boys had plenty of room to bomb around in.

This was the most manicured and attractive KOA I have ever seen. The grounds were exceptionally clean and the facilities were outstanding. All the buildings looked like they had just gotten a fresh coat of paint. The plants made the whole park look very much like fall. Our interactions with the husband/wife team were wonderful. You should be very proud these owners carry the KOA brand.

Exceptional campground. Best KOA we've stayed at ever. Owner is super helpful and friendly and personally took me to our site to check it out before I drove too it. Owner is personally involved in the maintenance and operation of the facility. Nicely decorated for fall. Will definitely stay there again if we return to the area. Some of the premium sites have Blackstone double griddles.

We love Raintree Lake campground. Everyone is so friendly and the campground is kept really clean.

We were just an overnight stay, but the park was great! There was no road noise at all because it's about 5 miles from the interstate, but still super convenient to get here. Also, it was great to see a cafe on-site. Next time we're in the area, we'll stay here again.

Fantastic stay! Well maintained & the owner's attention to detail is noted all around the campground. Site was pull through, gravel, had fire ring, Adirondack chairs, blackstone, outdoor table & chairs with an umbrella. Pond. Pool. Horseshoes, playground, dog area & pet friendly. Owner's were so friendly & helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer & we will be going back.

I stay at a lot of KOA campgrounds because of service and quality. They are usually right off the interstate which means highway noise. This KOA is 4 miles from the interstate and is beautiful and QUIET! Would stay here again.

This is one of the most beautiful campgrounds we have been to. Large clean level well kept sites. Beautiful lake with plenty of fish. The landscaping was immaculately cared for with beautiful and tasteful flowers. Just an absolute delight. We highly recommend this campground if you are in this area.

Very nice campground. It was well kept, facilities were clean, and very nice staff! We stayed on site #85 and was able to watch the band directly across from our site while we ate dinner!

We enjoyed our time at the Scottsburg KOA. The owners were very hospitable and the camp sites were clean. Live entertainment was lovely on the weekend. Would highly recommend!

This was a great overnight stop for us. Not far off the interstate. Our pull through site was easy and convenient to get into. Our site was also level. We had to get in pretty late. M&M had everything ready for us. Sorry we didn’t get to meet them as we had to leave early in the morning. We will definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful KOA. Family owned and operated. Very well maintained and all kinds of things to do. Off leash dog park and a huge area they call the meadow. Nice even large sites. And, you can order you pizza at check in, and by the time your set up, its delivered to your site. As a transplant from Chicago I must say it is a pretty good pizza...very good sauce and enough toppings...🤗🍕 Would love to stay here again..

This Campground was absolutely wonderful. I could not expect a better 3-day stay anywhere. From the Sasquatch milkshakes to the 6 ft pool to the fishing pond. Great owners great playing Campground with really large community showers and clean bathrooms. I stayed in my own RV but I got to tour a couple of the cabins which were really nice including the two brand new ones that were just arrived the day before we did. Put highly recommend this Campground. My wife and I fished for about 3 hours and we ended up catching a whole bunch of turtles while everybody else caught the fish in different locations.
