The staff and campground are great. However, road noise has become a concern due to its proximity to highways, I-95. Not to mention the occasional Train Whistle passing during the night. But, when traveling north, it’s a nice place to spend the night.

Very nice, accommodating staff for our large group with various options (big/little RVs, tents & cabins) to try to keep us close. The rec hall was great for our party. Bathrooms were a little older but nice. 30 min to downtown Savannah and Skidway Island SP. Nice lake. Dog park was sandy but usable.

Crammed in like sardines. Not much else to say. A convenient location, employees are nice but crammed in like sardines. Highway and train noise, too.

We had a trip to pick up a GSD puppy and didn't know how things would work out. The trip was about 7 hours away. We had our 2 GSD's going with us to meet the new addition to our family. We got to where we were picking her up, spent some time seeing how our 2 was going to react, it went well. Other than looking at a 7 hour return trip home. One call and they had us set up for the night. Outstanding

We loved the variety in the camp store and watching the birds settle in at night on the lake islands. This was just a pull through overnight stay but it was convenient to the highway and we were able to gas up before getting back on I-95.

Our stay at this camp ground was very good. We had a pull thru site which was all gravel. I need to say that if we weren't able to drive thru a vacant site on the street before, I really think we couldn't have made the turn to get into ours. They are all really close together and tight turns with trees. The park was very well maintained and all personnel were very polite and helpful. Very clean!!

It is a beautiful park. Very well maintained. Spaces are easy access and large enough for our big rig. The staff was friendly and helpful too. A lot of folks were just passing thru but it's worth staying a day or two just for the relaxing downtime!

Stayed for an overnight on our way to FL. Love this campground. Staff is so friendly and helpful. All sites are pretty level and the lake next to it is a plus. Convenient to downtown Savannah. This is our go to spot when we travel this way.

We loved the nature setting of the campground...specifically the lake and bird sanctuary. Grandkids loved watching the swans. The bathrooms were very clean! Felt comfortable taking a nice hot shower there. Friendly staff all 3 days. Also ordered 2 meals delivered by DoorDash... so convenient to nearby restaurants.

The registration process went very well --- the clerk was competent and friendly. And I bought a chilled white wine at a reasonable price. The water attachment to my hose required a wrench to stop water from leaking. So I used a wrench to put on, and take off, my water hose. The recreation room was nicely air conditioned and very clean. So were the men's bathroom.

Only there for an overnight. Our pull-through site was very close to our neighbors but the facility was clean and pleasant. They have an excellent stock of trailer supplies in the store. The store saved the day by providing great coffee when my coffeemaker broke down the morning we were leaving!

Put us in the same site, #15 as our last stay on 10/22. The site is very small, the sewer hookup is uphill, and the cable didn't work. The electrical post is just put loosely in the ground and was difficult to hook up to. Apparently the site had been damaged by a previous camper, but not fixed completely. Should not have been used in this case until it was properly fixed.

The Staff were very friendly and professional. Check in was quick and easy. The Park was very clean, and quiet hours were observed quite well by the guests. This was our third stay at this Park and recommend it for anyone needing an overnight stop, or an extended stay to visit the sites around Savannah, as we did on this last 5 day stay.

Nice facility and campground. Due to limited availability we had to park in a very tight spot at the front entrance. This location was due to no fault of the campground but rather my last minute reservation. However, the road noise from this location was really loud especially since running the air constantly wasn’t required. I would definitely stay here again and book further out next time.

Best of the best in all of our KOA stays. Cleanest restrooms/showers, sparkling pool, awesome staff. You will not be disappointed!

In our 35 years is traveling we've stayed at many, many KOA's and they have always been hit or miss for us. This one however is a hit. Well organized, clean, friendly and conveniently located. Best of all it was easy to get into and out of with our VERY long rig. We always stress how long we are and have still had issues with being put in spots we never should be in. But here they listened and gave us a nice long and roomy site. They have a week stocked store/office, a pool, game room, big lake, cabins and more. Our utilities were well placed and steady. All in all we'd be happy to stop there again.
