I was just an overnight guest, arriving late and leaving early, but it was clear this is one of those great KOAs you look forward to returning to. I received a warm greeting and was shown to my site. My site was clean, well-kept, and surprisingly quiet despite being near a main road—I slept perfectly. I would not hesitate recommending or returning...

We stayed 3 days and thought it was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The grounds were pretty with the lake and fountain. We will definitely be back.

Arrived late like that the light was on the cabin after dark lady's up from were nice and made fresh coffee for me. I did get bites all over looks to be chiggers from sleeping that someone should look into cleaning

We love this campground. So clean & staff so friendly. We love the lake view lots with the deck over the lake! Ahhhh....perfect! And close to Savannah too!

Savannah was great friendly helpful staff and guests. Went into Savannah and toured the Prohibition museum and that was very interesting also

This is my second time at the Savannah South KOA. Staff members are always friendly and helpful. The campground is attractive and well kept up. I would definitely stay here again.

beautiful campground. Loved the lake and all the birds. Our site was great. Plenty of room to walk dogs and your dog park is wonderful. Only complaint was the road and train noise all night. But nothing can be done about that.

Our site 34 itself was terrific. Enjoyed fairly private setup of patio with mature hedge row on its margin. Otherwise, most of the sites are pretty close together. Dog park with fake turf pretty good; would be nice if there were more than one. Convenient to highways, road noise low level audible.

Nice visit. Was near the bathroom this time. The campground could probably use another bathhouse/bathroom. Not everyone has a bathroom in their camper.

This was the most well kept campground. Bathrooms smelled so clean. The dog park was amazing. Ant hills were taken care of. Swans beautiful in the water. Owners were totally amazing. Loved this campground.

I stayed in one of the little cabins. The bed was comfortable and mattress clean. I loved that I could have my dog with me. Bathroom/shower house was clean. I love the space there is to take walks around the campground and lake. I only stayed the weekend but will come again for a longer stay. Great atmosphere for relaxing

Everyone we came in contact at Savannah KOA were so nice and knowledgeable. The campground was so clean. Laundry room was very clean. Restrooms were also very clean.

Always a great place to stay. Very clean bathrooms. We didnt use any other amenities. We always like sitting and viewing the lake or walking through the campground to see the swans, geese, and herons.

The Teresa cabin was amazing. The setup was beautiful and roomy. Very comfortable! We loved the patio and fire pit with the swan views. Would love to stay here again.

All personnel were extremely pleasant.The park is very clean and the site was long enough for both 5th wheel and Tow vehicle. Site was level, cable TV worked great. All hookups were close and worked as designed. Have stayed here many times and will again in the future on our way to/from Florida.

Everything you would expect from a KOA: easy reservations, easy check-in, clean property, peaceful. Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed at a cabin, and it was clean, all of the features worked fine. The cabin is right on the lake, so you get beautiful sunrises and plenty of birds to look at. The swans were our favorites. Convenient location. Would definitely return if we were in the area.

Nice place. Don't expect the wifi to work. Their network setup is really bad. Restrooms and showers are plentiful and cleaner than most.

Our site was beautifully landscaped and near a pond that housed 3 alligators, geese were walking around campgrounds. Blue Herons, baby turtles and white swans. Able to catch and release fishing, rent a rowboat. Peaceful and quiet. Camp store very friendly workers and stocked well with necessities. Internet worked well. Bathrooms were clean along with great hot showers. Stayed for 5 days.

We recently stayed at this KOA with our fifth wheel, and it set the bar high for all our future trips. This was our first time staying at a KOA, and it was a great experience from start to finish. ​The site itself was a pull-through, which made setup a breeze, and all the hookups were in excellent working condition. We were particularly impressed that some sites, including ours, featured a 'dog pen'—a fenced-in grass area right at the site. It was incredibly convenient to be able to let our dogs safely wander and relax outside while we were at the campsite. ​The park also offered a full suite of amenities, including a clean, well-maintained pool and convenient laundry facilities. We appreciated that the site included both Wi-Fi and cable access. What really stood out, however, was the staff—everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. If all our future KOA stays are as well-managed as this one, we will be very happy campers. Highly recommended!
