We were on our way to Florida and need a good spot to rest and we are so glad we picked Santee KOA. It was just what we needed, clean, very nice owners, very nice lake view, Thank you.

We stayed one night in March while traveling from Florida and had a site overlooking the lake. It was absolutely beautiful . The bath house and grounds were very clean. Would definitely stop again .

It was one of the least liked Koa we have visited. It was only one night between FL & home.

Campsites are very nice. Had a great view of the lake. Wifi could have been a little stronger. Great onsite tasty pizza that was delivered at no charge to your campsite. Will go back if ever in the area again.

Nice overnight stop. Only complaint was the dumpster was located far from most sites. Suggest daily pickup at sites.

Love the wooded campground on the lake. Clean bathhouse , convenient to 95. Nice staff.

Beautiful, pristinlely kept location. Ashley & Kevin were so helpful and courteous. They went up and above for us. We had a wonderful stay and we will be back to visit again!

This is a great place to stay. Staff is great and the lake is beautiful. You possibly need to level your unit, but not by much.

Employees were very nice and helpful. Lake view was nice. Nice open space with full hookups and good internet. Wings and pizza available for purchase which was very nice but store was understocked. Bathrooms and pool needed major upgrade and renovation which I would have given 5 stars. We would stay here again even though those 2 things were major considerations. We liked it here...nice area.

I was looking for a "snow-bird" place to stay and happened upon KOA Santee by a random choice to stay in central South Carolina. It turned out to be a perfect place to spend part of my Winter in my 21 foot Hideout Trailer. The managers and staff at the campground are exceptional in making sure your stay is great. They always made sure I knew they were there to help and assisted me in my stay.

fantastic location and staff were over the top friendly and accommodating, we will definitely book again next year on our travels home from Florida, and will plan on staying more than just the one night!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pizza was great and the wings were very good. If we are traveling through the area again, we will definitely stay here.

Beautiful camp ground very nice and accommodating staff. Lots of things to do and loved the seating by the beach area. Only problem we had was freeway noise which we know no one can help. Loved it!

Staff was very helpful and the site was quiet and peaceful for the evening sleep. Clean bathroom which is always a plus when camping. Thanks for letting us stay at your campground.

After 12 hours on the road, we were glad to have our KOA reservations. Pulling in around 7:00- late and tired, Ashley and Kevin took special care of us. They were friendly, professional and very helpful - what an asset they are to your KOA. Thanks again Ashley and Kevin!!

Old campground needing paint and repairs. Noisy along I95. Staff pleasant. No picnic tables. 1 bath house for entire campground. We will be cleaning sand out of the camper for weeks! But that's always anywhere you stay in sc

Rain some but able to relax. Sat outside and enjoy good weather sometime. Temperature great didn’t have to use heater or air conditioner. Lake view great! Very nice KOA worker WD40 my wagon wheels for me.

We have stayed at Santee KOA many times over the past many years. It’s a great stop over for us. Our favorite part is watching the sunset over the lake!

Not great. Needs a lot of work and repairs. Broken furniture and junk stashed behind buildings. Everything needs cleaning and paint. Just run down. Unreliable WIIFI. Expensive.

The site was narrow and had a sand base so when it rained you got wet sand everywhere. They parked a large motorhome next to us with a jeep attached. It was to long for the site and the front of the motorhome stuck out in the road. It would have been impossible for me to leave if the site across from me wasn't empty. The shower house near us was closed for remodeling.

This KOA spot is so beautiful, right on the water. Our sunset the night we stayed was picturesque. Staff was incredibly friendly! The bathrooms are a little outdated.
