This is one of our favorite KOAs to visit. My only suggestion would be to update the Wi-Fi system across the park or have a pay to use like Jabba.

It was our first time back in a few years and we liked the upgrades. We booked late, however, and did not like the Eucalyptus sites as well as our previous stays in the Seascape Village loop. We appreciate a little more space and proximity to the restaurant. We will plan accordingly in the future.

This was one of the most beautiful KOA campgrounds we have stayed at. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Second time we have stayed at Costano, the landscaping and grounds were beautifully maintained. Staff helpful and friendly. Already looking forward to our next stay. Only dissappointment was the restaurant, the service, menu options and food preparation and presentation were noticably lower quality than a year ago.

Absolutely love this place so why did I not give this place 5 stars? Because there was no internet or cable service at our site. For us no internet or cable means no ipads no TV or phone. We did have a premium site with all hookups including cable but the cable service did not work. There are hot spots where you can take your phone to get your messages and make calls but no signal at the trailer.

We had a great time at Costanoa North Santa Cruz KOA was beautiful the sites are large. Dog friendly dog beaches nearby. Lots of activities for family and kids. I liked that there were cabins available for those that do not have RV's or don't want to tent camp. We were able to meet up with friends that stayed in a cabin across from us in an RV site. This is a beautiful RV resort.

It was a very beautiful park, had lots of amenities an character. The staff was nice, respectful an helpful. I have been to many KOA's an this one stands out as the BEST! A 10 no doubt. Nico an the gal at the store were very customer oriented an helpful.

The campground is starting to look a little run down. Weeds aren't trim well against planters, raised deck areas, etc. Cottage exteriors need resealing/staining. I placed a pressure regulator on the water supply, it still blew out a cold water fitting in my trailer bathroom. Pl'd a 2nd pressure regulator on the line, turned the spigot down a little. I need to repair the water damage in my bathroom

We always have a great time! I was a bit taken aback by the Friday morning "maintenance" of leaf blowing for over an hour, blowing dirt and dust in the parking lot? Same thing happened when our friends next to us checked out early around 9 am. We were sitting outside in our grassy area when a maintenance person started blowing the brick patio next to us. I get the process but have some discretion.

The amenities are not worth the exorbitant camping fee. Patio lights on all night adjacent to the store were annoying. Very noisy with the leaf blowers. I am still trying to figure out why your nightly camping fee is so high. Truthfully, I won't be back.

Wonderful RV park and surrounding property offering multiple ways to stay. We stayed 3 nights in the Seascape loop and were very pleased with the location. Bathrooms clean and sites well taken care of, We ate at the Cascade restaurant one night and the food was excellent—with homegrown vegetables from the on-site gardens. There is also a Dog park available. Would definitely recommend this par

Great location and facility. Grounds are lovely and well maintained, great bath/ common area facilities. Negative is that for the price everything should work, including the wifi.

Every single time we stay here it's a fantastic trip! The young man with the dreads working at the check in Booth was exceptionally kind, professional and attentive to our needs. He should be commended for being such an excellent employee.

Enjoyed tent camping, a local loop hike, and eating at the on-site restaurant. All staff were friendly and welcoming. I had the tent area to myself, I could imagine it wouldn't be as peaceful with others in the nearby spaces. Tent spaces are near a road through the campground so I'd advise earplugs if the occasional slow moving car would bother yand don't expect you'll be in some remote tent site.

A lovely location and well-kept campground, but NO INTERNET and sites too close together - we stepped out our front door to the neighbor’s sewer drain (the clear connector!). For that price, at least get the WiFi working!

Loved it except for a security guy who kept taking pictures of our group including kids. We stayed in the area where it’s a circle right by check in. Thought that was strange. He was super rude and kept targeting us. He was an older gentleman with a white beard. Seemed to be pissed off all the time. He should consider getting another job or anger management classes.

We spent a couple of days / nights here. A beautiful camp site . Very well maintained and lot of activities , scenic walks , hikes etc the only negative comment I would have was that the wifi service is terrible.we will definately be back.

Stayed in lighthouse field section of the campsite. Very noisy even after “quiet hours.” Camp host reminded armada of tents once about turning off music at 10 but never came back. Would not stay in that section again or recommend it. That being said, general location is beautiful and nice for a getaway, showers are hot and bathrooms are comfortable.

We have been dining at your restaurant for years. It’s where we stop on the way home from the Veterans Hospital for peace quiet and an outstanding meal! We have done this monthly for 10 years! This was our first time camping there and it was amazing! Beautiful, quiet and so relaxing. We have decided that we will stay every couple months! The grounds are immaculate the staff is so helpful.

Staff are great. Super helpful and friendly. The RV spots are a little close together but grounds are well maintained. Restrooms and showers are clean and well kept. Location is wonderful, right across from the beach with a short walk. Great little shop onsite for little things, or treats.

This is my happy place. Ground ate always meticulously maintained and the staff is on it! Everyone there from the grounds personnel to checkin to restaurant staff are super friendly and helpful and you are literally across the street from the ocean that you can see from everywhere! It's a little slice of heaven on earth! 🤗

Amazing stay. Wonderful smell and sounds of nature. Very close to the beach. Very clean and updated. Love it. Will definitely visit again.
