I think this was the most beautiful KOA we every experienced. Absolutely beautiful. It would be helpful though to warn people ahead of time about the ticks so we could take precautions with ourselves and out pets! Other than that, we had an awesome time!

The stay was great, it was the cleanest camping I have ever done in our trailer. The one recommendation is to have the other restaurant open during the week, the live music during the week and more activities for the kids during the week.

I came here with my daughter and my Scottish dog . We had the most relaxing, peaceful two days there and dream of coming back.

The place is beautiful. The staff are excellent. But there is so much room, and yet the tent location is horrible. It's like we were in a fenced in dog park. It would be nice to be able to pull the car up to our tent, and have some privacy with trees between tent sites. I don't recommend this place for tent camping.

We loved it. The proximity to the ocean was wonderful. If there was something less than perfect it was the bathrooms. Don’t get me wrong they were nice. But could have been cleaner.

The stay was great and I would return. Some of the wonderful things were the flowers and other foliage and the view of the ocean as well as the Restaurant there was fabulous although somewhat pricey. Minor concerns were the small pull through lots sizes. Fitting a 37ft 5th wheel and truck was difficult and the width between RVs was approx 10 ft.

The tent sites are amazing with the common area with sink & electrical outlet for easy cooking & cleaning. Accesible footpath to beach also nearby. The sites are carefully & spaciously bordered for extra privacy. Comfort stations are plenty & in short distance & well maintained daily. Restaurant & general store are beyond expectation as well.

Grounds were beautiful. Only thing is all the activities were up front, spread them out. And maybe add a shower house closer to tent area(farm). Also more fenced areas for dogs to run off leash (we didn't have a dog this time). Store and rest. staff were great. Would like to see menu marked with dairy free/vegan options, didn't know what I could eat but waitress was very helpful.

This place is very nice but my e-bike was stolen from my campsite right next to my trailer on a Monday night. My fault for not locking it up I guess. Be aware there are more than just raccoons prowling around at night.

This campground is beautiful, location, amenities and activity offerings are great! My neighbor was pretty loud until nearly midnight and I wish someone had been able to ask them to observe quiet hours, but aside from that, this campground is 5 stars and worth the splurge!

Water pressure blew top off my water filter! I had pressure regulator attached on spigot. It was fine for two nights and blew on Saturday 3 am. I had a wet canopy which was stored under my trailer and had to get up and get all wet during the night. Please consider an upgradewifi and phone service. Most of the staff was super friendly and helpful while a few were unnecessarily rude and hostile.

Hal and Dave were wonderful, but I am sad to say several of the employees were incredibly rude for no reason (we were standing in a spot that our friend was going to be in and security told us we HAD to move immediately, we were standing). We had another demand that a car be moved NOW... just unnecessary. I also heard this from other campers. Beautiful place, bad attitudes.

A lot of people get in later on a Friday. Please consider moving bingo back to 5pm and last longer. Or have it on Saturday!

To be honest or stay was marred by several problems. We were not made aware of the policy that you may not camp in a camper van at Costa Noe. After already having paid for the group site we were forced to pay for a RV site. Well I understand that it is up to the owner to make their own rules as to what type of camping is allowed at their site I just left a really bad taste in my mouth.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This reservation was made by the group leader. All regulations for the tent area are made clear to the person making the reservation. It is the group organizer's responsibility to communicate these rules before arrival. Our website states that we do not allow vehicle camping in our group tent sites.

Our campsite to Costanoa was very nice. Lots of pretty plants lining both sides. It was our maiden voyage in our new trailer. Being able to walk our dog to so many different areas, including a dog run, was great. The garden was amazing, and Bingo was fun. We enjoyed ice cream, and the general store had a bit of everything. I was amazed at the size of the entire grounds. Loved it all!

The campground check in was fantastic, we loved the people. We liked the rule of no political flags for signs, fantastic. The campsite was clean and the people were very friendly.

This is my happy place. Ground ate always meticulously maintained and the staff is on it! Everyone there from the grounds personnel to checkin to restaurant staff are super friendly and helpful and you are literally across the street from the ocean that you can see from everywhere! It's a little slice of heaven on earth! 🤗

Amazing stay. Wonderful smell and sounds of nature. Very close to the beach. Very clean and updated. Love it. Will definitely visit again.
