This is the poshest KOA I have ever stayed at and boy do they have rules. They told me if my dog was off leash they would immediately throw me out. The people next door were making all kinds of noise at 10:00 PM and nothing happened to them. We were told that all out lights had to be off at 10:00 PM yet the same neighbors left their big strings of lights on all night long. We left early.

We had a very nice time. Beautiful scenery and very quiet. My only issue is that I was charged for 2 hours early check-in when I believe 1 hour would have been more appropriate. We checked in at 12:46. That 14 minutes was pretty expensive. It did not detract from our enjoyment but I found it kind of petty and would have waited the additional 14 minutes had I known it would cost me $10 extra.

The park has limited cellular coverage and the Wifi should be extended throughout the park. A few boosters would do this. Otherwise it is a nice park and landscape is beautiful.

My recent stay at Costanoa KOA was fantastic. Despite some negative reviews, the staff made our experience truly memorable.Tammy at check-in was humorous and welcoming. Dale, the head of security, proved to be genuinely nice when he visited us. Allan, the Facilities Manager, went above and beyond, allowing us to bring our furry companion into the grocery store.The campground was well-maintained.

we had a great time! hiked the trail to the tide pools, explored the park, our 4 year old loved exploring at the GENERAL store ,we rented a pedal cart and laughed the whole time! it’s a beautiful park, the restrooms were clean and the whole park was fun. loved the farm garden too!

The entire site was amazing. Kids loved the giant chess/checker board. We didn't get a chance to do the craft activities but would love to come back and try it. We loved the Pine Hut and the main restaurant and the store for things missed in packing. Campsite was clean, had a great grill and firepit. The bathrooms were clean and nice. We will return in the future!

The tent area needs to have at least 1 partition between tent sites to help identify campsites. Hard to tell where one begins and ends.

If you are going to hold campers to rules your employees need to follow them. Grounds crew was smoking in my site.

Site was very clean and well prepared. Checking was a breeze. WiFi was not bad. Store was well stocked and has all the items you might have forgotten to pack.

We have always enjoyed our multiple times staying here throughout the years. This time the rules and enforcement of such rules completely ruined our time here. Dale was overboard, harassing and excessive with trying to uphold any laws he saw fit to enforce. This place has gone way downhill. Collectively our group of 20 plus people will all be moving our annual trip elsewhere. Sad.

Our group has booked 8 campsites for fathers day weekend the last 5 years. We did not rebook due to a new employee (named Dal) working security. We experienced and witnessed him harass guests (including screaming at children) the entire week. Didn't matter if it was middle of the day or just getting dark he was in peoples camps dictating what they could do. Absolutely ruined the experience.

Stayed for 4 day with family. Everything was wonderful. Grandkids had a blast. Resort is beautiful. Restrooms are some of the best I've seen when camping. loys of activities for everyone. Loved it. We will be back

Oh gosh, where do we start, we loved the property, the restaurant and food delicious, the staff amazing, everyone was so helpful and friendly from the store clerks, the restaurant staff, the folks at the kiosks, everyone was so nice and made us feel welcome. The proximity to so many beautiful beaches, Big Basin, Monterey Bay Aquarium also a bonus. We already booked our next stay. Thank you!

We've been coming there for years. The past 2 stays the security people have been relentless and very rude. We understand it is quiet time at 10pm but there is no need to be rude to us when nobody is being loud and we are sitting around the campfire waiting for it to burn out. Do you want us to leave the fire unattended? If people do not have music on, why bother them and let the fire burn out

Great place to hike and bike. Very scenic part of California’s coastline. Being from SoCal it’s hard to believe you can be on the coast and pretty remote at the same time. Pull-thru sites are very close. Well tended shrubs, but very little usable space between rigs. I would recommend a back-in site if available, but wouldn’t stay away if only a pull-thru available was available for us.

The grounds & scenery of this park are beautiful! The setting is amazing. The down side of staying here, the camp store is quite full of gourmet items & wine, just not kid friendly for camping. The staff could have definitely been friendlier too. Didn't leave with a warm & friendly feeling.

We love the property but the wifi and cable tv both were a problem. Neither worked for us in our premium site. For the price we paid we would expect for both of these items to be working.

Great place to stay. WiFi was horrible though. Security guy at night was a little too much. He knocked on our trailer door and said our kids were too loud even though the door was closed and they were only watching a movie. Overall a good place to stay.

Stayed in a camping cabin. It was tiny but had everything we needed. Appreciated the quiet. My only complaint was a guy flying the "blue line" American flag I didn't appreciate and thought was against the rules. Pine tent food and music, beers, ice cream, and activities were great.

The site I stayed at for my Rv was very narrow it made us spend most time in the Rv instead of out and around Plus the grounds were infested with ticks , they showed up inside our Rv and on person

We love Costanoa! Had such a great time You can tell there is much attention paid to every detail of the property. Enjoyed live music food and drinks at the Pine Tent. We stayed in a Back-In site and it was perfect, the bathrooms are always clean and spacious

Staff friendly and helpful. Comfort stations cleaned through out the day. Beautiful Garden. Nice live band.fun activities. I liked that you KOA had rentals carts for 4 people. Food was good.(breakfast biscuit from second restaurant) Really liked the tent decks at campsites. It’s my favorite KOA so far! By far the best camping location. The site is clean, modern and the staff is friendly. They had great activities for the kids and the Rec center had bike rentals. The beach is across the street with tide pools. Great place!

This is my happy place. Ground ate always meticulously maintained and the staff is on it! Everyone there from the grounds personnel to checkin to restaurant staff are super friendly and helpful and you are literally across the street from the ocean that you can see from everywhere! It's a little slice of heaven on earth! 🤗

Amazing stay. Wonderful smell and sounds of nature. Very close to the beach. Very clean and updated. Love it. Will definitely visit again.
