The staff is so friendly and helpful! The park is clean and spots are spacious. The bathroom house was also clean and well kept.

We enjoy this campground. This is a usual planned stop for us. It is clean and the short stay area is all paved. There is a nice pond with turtles and fish that has benches to sit and enjoy the peacefulness. Plenty of area to walk. The staff is friendly.

Nice clean amenities such as the laundry, restrooms, grounds etc. Loved the pond and being able to feed the fish and turtles. The receptionist and groundskeepers were awesome!

This KOA is possibly one of the TOP Facilities of KOA Nation Wide , Jands Down. Excellent Quality Management and Staff. This property has it all, from Serenity to Activities, and Landscaping and Maintenance which regarding this Property is TOTALLY Superb. Herbert S.

What a nice, well maintained KOA. Great location, easy access and egress. Nice level, concrete pads. We will definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay very much. It had very little to do with the RV Park though. The sites was level, which is great, but beyond that, there was nothing notable about the Park, except for my reason for liking it… the staff! They were all wonderful. Lose them and you have nothing.

The sites here are in great shape. What’s more, their facilities are all clean, and the staff are tremendous. Friendly, helpful. Such a lovely team. It’s really well maintained, even if not “beautiful” in terms of nature etc.

We stay at this KOA while we work in TX. This is our 6th year and will be there again next year. It's clean and Jaquie in the office is great to work with.

Last minute decision to pull over after driving from Galveston (on way home) and had hit heavy traffic. Office was closed but the voice mail was very helpful on how to check on openings. Pulled in, found list of available spots and parked. Only problem was that the numbers on the sites were hard to see in the dark. Spent the night, checked with office in morning and she was very friendly.

Fantastic park. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Helped with change of plans without hesitation. Grass and some trees. Clean laundry facilities. Definitely worth a stay.

Great place! Staff is outstanding and helpful. Our pull thru was paved and long enough to stay hooked up if we wanted. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Staff (owner?) friendly and extremely helpful. Sites long, level, and easily accessible. Easily reached from freeway, nice dog park, garbage pick-up service appreciated. Proximity to RV sales & parts business a plus.

Always a great stay. Nothing fancy but the friendly staff. We have our RV stored here and love it. I feel they didn't get the attention they deserve here being off 35. Let's just say that if this is the example of staff, I would have no issues staying at any other KOA. Not far from Ray Roberts State Park. Put this on your stop list of you are looking for a weekend stop.

Have stayed here 3 times. Very friendly staff in making the reservation. Late check-in was a breeze. The sites are large, level and concrete. The RV park is immaculately maintained. Didn't use any facilities but they looked very well maintained and clean. Nice dog park. There is a large RV dealer adjacent to the RV park with RV service, parts and sales. Nice to have it there in case you have a need for parts or service. Vert easy on and off I-35.

Wonderful campground for big rigs, and great prices. Friendly service also. As a couple who travels for our job and stay at alot of koa's this is a nice one.
