Very clean, park quiet peaceful, nice people

We pulled in after hours and went to the office to check in. There were sites listed that we could choose from and the packet of paperwork was easy to fill out. Sensing our payment was secure we placed it in the night box. We drove easily after dark to our site and connected to the utilities. It was a nice concret pad with full hooks. We would definitely stay here again.

Always a nice place to stay-very friendly and helpful staff.If you have any RV issue they own the rv dealership which is a vey large one next door! Will be back!

We came in after hours and something didn't work on my reservation, (my fault). There were plenty of open spaces so we set up and stayed the night. All the sites were paved although not very level. It was very nice and clean. We didn't find cable but there were many TV stations over the air. In the morning, we checked out and the attendant was very nice and accommodating.

We really loved the extra long sites. We only stayed one night but would definitely consider a longer stay if ever in the area again.

The laundry rooms and bath houses are too far from even the closest campsites. Everything else is fine. Polite staff.

Nice, clean, quiet place to stay. It would have been nice to be able to have a campfire and grill options at the campsite. No other complaints, check in and checkout was easy.

Loved this KOA. Everyone in the office was very helpful and shout out to Mike for helping me with RV setup. Also very quiet even though you are close to I35.

Wide , level, concrete pads and roads. Lots of room to walk around. Nice pool and laundry. Turtles in the pond to entertain you. Very helpful staff. Easy to get to - right off the highway. RV sales and service directly in front of campground . This is our second time here and will be staying here again.

Thank You Sanger Denton KOA . We Love the clean well attended level spots. You are always so friendly and helpful when we arrive. We love the location too. We will be staying with you many more times in the future. Sorry we arrived after closing this time. I always enjoy visiting with you when I arrive. I'm getting a little slower as I get older. The showers and bathrooms were a long way from the sites. Also, need shelves for shampoo and soap in the showers. Great dog park and sites were very nice and level.

We were passing through so we arrived late and left early. They left all of our information in an envelope on the door, which was wonderful. This appears to be a new park. All of the spaces had beautiful concrete pads. It appears to be a very nice park

Some of the sites are a bit sloped which makes leveling a challenge but the long concrete pads make parking a camper and vehicle really easy. We were just there for a night traveling but it was a nice campground, well maintained and the staff was excellent!

Very nice clean RV park with nice long pull through sites. Conveniently located off the highway, but that also means that you hear the traffic at night.

Things went pretty well after the site we were assigned was full. They worked very easily to facilitate a change in sites with without much delay.

Bathroom area was too far away from the camping site and very poorly lit at night time. Hard to see to use the unlock code. Otherwise the camp site and the location was fine.

The KOA itself is gorgeous. My fiance were so happy with our previous visit so we asked for a longer term stay. Jackie was amazing until the spigot froze, leaving us without water for a week with a 3 month old. Her behavior was cruel as we tried several times to ask for help. At the end of the stay, Giselle tried keeping the $200 electric deposit without applying it to the current bill.

Directions to your campsite were VERY difficult to follow. Google maps had us on a goose chase. Signage at the correct turns once off the interstate were very poor if non-existant. The campgroud was actually very nice but the hassel getting there almost made us continue down the road. You could do a lot better making sure folks know how to get there.

My first time to stay was made perfect by the help I received from Michael Martinez. He was knowledgeable and so helpful with my questions about setting up my camper for the very first time. It was a wonderful experience staying for the weekend. I needed to use the laundry facilities and the showers and was very impressed with how clean and nice everything was. Jackie was great too! Thank you!

Positives - someone answered the phone and took our last-minute reservation on a holiday and it was quiet. Negatives - assigned site was too sloped to get level enough to open our slide. With no one responding to the emergency number, since campground was not full, we selected a different site and moved. It was also not very level but with blocks we were able to get level enough.

We had reservations to stay on our way back. We had a family emergency and needed to cancel our reservation. Called, left messages, never received a call back. Was charged for this visit and we didn’t stay there. We have been KOA members for years. Never have I known an office to not be available to talk to or receive a call back with multiple tries. I consider that poor customer service.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! The park is clean and spots are spacious. The bathroom house was also clean and well kept.

Have stayed here 3 times. Very friendly staff in making the reservation. Late check-in was a breeze. The sites are large, level and concrete. The RV park is immaculately maintained. Didn't use any facilities but they looked very well maintained and clean. Nice dog park. There is a large RV dealer adjacent to the RV park with RV service, parts and sales. Nice to have it there in case you have a need for parts or service. Vert easy on and off I-35.

Wonderful campground for big rigs, and great prices. Friendly service also. As a couple who travels for our job and stay at alot of koa's this is a nice one.
