RV spots are spacious, level and all concrete. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They had activities throughout the day that the kids liked. Had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Rockport KOA. Your sites are the best when it comes to allowing lots of room between camp sites, the concrete pads and utility set up are first rate. We were, however, disappointed to hear that rates for 2024 Winter Texan/monthly rates will go up to $875-$900 with no weekly rates. This rate will make us take a hard look at staying with you again.

We had a really great stay. The grounds were very well kept. Bath house was clean, brand new but they were a little small and the shower heads were too high to adjust. The locks were also tricky to open. The two pools were really nice, but I would have loved a hot tub. Being right on the bay was also fantastic! We will definitely stay again!!

Beautiful KOA and amazing staff. The area was very clean, quite and spacious. Located just a few minutes from the grocery stores and to the water. Absolutely gorgeous views from their pier as well.

Nicely spaced sites, no tables at any site. the public areas were always extremely clean. Manager lacks people skills. Heard about potlucks and pancake breakfasts - the potluck was cancelled and there was only 1 pancake breakfast in our 9 weeks. Nice clubhouse with kitchen, Bingo and Bunco held there weekly. Laundry is not big enough and I always ran out of hot water in shower by the clubhouse.

We had an enjoyable time for the most part. Employees were friendly and helpful. We especially commend the activity coordinators. Unfortunately, things started to fall apart in their absence toward the end, and with so few people left in the park. The only reasons we would not recommend the Rockport KOA is the exorbitant price increase and lack of adequate laundry facilities.

This KOA is very clean with great amenities. Employees were very kind and helpful. However with their future price increases practically doubling, we will be searching other park options for our winter Texan stay.

We have been to the park many times and enjoy it for its location and layout. The one issue that really bugged us was the stickers and grass burrs. We picked off a double handful each time we walked our pups. Your prices are at a level that this not acceptable to us. We realize that the problem was starting before KOA took over the park, but the situation needs to be addressed.

Our stay started off on the wrong foot due to extremely poor communication from the new management. Sadly, the communication didn't improve much over the course of our stay. Will avoid KOA anywhere in the future.

Why is this questionnaire in French?? The facilities were great; nice roads and grass etc. cable was better than average. There was a general feeling that the facility didn’t have to try hard to earn our business. One example is the delivery of propane: when my husband asked about it, the person at the desk said he’d have to do all of the arranging himself and they didn’t even have the numbe

Nice size lots. ammenidies are being upgraded. Would be nice to have a little shade so plant some trees for put up some shade sails or something.

The Park is very nice. I gave a 3 rating because there are no benches and laundry facility does not support the number of spaces. I understand benches and laundry are coming but not there yet. Now I will relate that in my opinion you will be missing many RVers, because your new rate $800 to $900 Monthly) is way out of line for what the area charges ($500-650)

Overall a decent stay. Noisy neighbors outside the KOA on weekends but otherwise quiet. Would have liked to see a weekly rate available and stayed longer but that was not possible. Enjoyed getting to know the KOA team and interacting with them every day.

We have enjoyed this park many years in the past. Now that it is a KOA this last stay was very unpleasant. We were charged for extra kids that were not at our site. I guess cause our child was playing with them. Which we did get refunded. The staff is very strict. We have stayed at KOAs many times in the past and never had been targeted like we were this last trip.

Our reservations were with Coastal Breeze that unfortunately KOA purchased before our arrival. The entire atmosphere changed with the new management. While KOA technically did nothing wrong, the new manager is extremely unfriendly. We would definitely NOT stay there again. Our monthly site rental went from $525 + electricity to $850 + electricity with no additional amenities.

My ratings would have been lower yet, if it were not for the Activity directors, Will and Andrea worked very hard to keep all of us winter Texans busy. My campsite was booked a year ago, the place had a pleasant even cheerful staff and feel. The KOA purchased the property, forcing the pleasant and cheerful staff to leave,BIG MISTAKE in my book. The park is a much different place than it apparently was in the past. They are losing many faithful long-term seasonal and frequent customers due to current management. On March 1 there were over 100 empty spots primarily because many people left because of current management practices and increased (nearly doubled) prices. Prices do not appear to be competitive with the other area campgrounds.

The Mgr treats you as a prisoner in park. Truth is not spoken. Raised rate to twice what it was, although we were told it would be about a year. Visitors over an hour are charged $10 even if they do not use amenities! Very unfriendly atmosphere. THEY DO NOT WANT WINTER TEXANS AT ALL! There is no 5 acre stocked pond, or beach! Beach is stinky mud, pond is about 1/2 acre. Will not trust KOA!

I feel that the only thing which the park wants is money. They want to change visitors 10 dollars per person just to enter the park. We understand a charge if visitors stayed the night. They are increasing the night and month rates almost 2 times that is just the start. We are KOA VIP members and never seen a KOA run like this

Nice site.. quiet…. One obvious thing we noticed is there are groups of people that perhaps are campers from the previous owners. Not open to short term campers. Couldn’t open our window because of a dog pen on the grass right outside. There seemed to be several instances of “rules” being ignored. Perhaps as time goes by those things will be addressed.

Very nice campground. We were glad they have cable tv now. Just a little more pricey than it was before it was KOA. But still comparable to other campgrounds with the same amenities.

It was a beautiful place to stay, clean & quiet. A few more trees for shade would be nice, I can't imagine it in the summer. Also the bathroom could use some ventilation but otherwise a nice place with nice people.

Awesome large luxury RV park, pools, restrooms, showers, laundry, and clubhouse are spotless and beautiful. Great location with enough water and fun you don't need to leave! Exceptional staff Melissa and Ben were friendly and helpful. We tried some of their restaurant recommendations and had great experiences at each stop. Enjoyed our stay, and look forward to staying here again when we're back in the area!
