Only stayed one month febuary 2025. We really like this park. We stayed in another park along hwy 35 by pass for two months that cost more and offered less. The road noise along hwy 35 is horrible as well as gravel lots. Here the park is paved, and well maintained. The pools are big and well maintained as well. The price is right also. The staff is great. We are booked for longer next year.

This was one of the best campgrounds we've ever stayed at. All facilities were clean, staff was friendly and handled all issues quickly. Kacie is exceptional as activity director.

Appeared to be recently opened camp ground. Very cleanand truly enjoyed the site was not close to a major highway. The nights were relaxing and quiet.

It is a very nice campground and loved our stay. Jodie liked the idea of doing crafts, pools were nice. We also enjoyed taking our dog to both dog parks

I loved it there and really didn’t want to leave but I had to. The people there are so friendly and helpful I would have given them a 20 star rating.

Reserved for 1 week and stayed for 1 month. I liked the friendly staff, clean facilities and lots of activities. Spacious sites and close to town, Corpus Cristy was a 30 minute drive.

Always clean and well organized campground; beautiful & relaxing location. From check-in (very easy & friendly staff) to the daily activities, above & beyond the quiet & beautiful location, this was our 2nd stay in less than 1 year, and we'll be definitely be coming back more often. Even all the campers seem very happy & friendly as they enjoy the natural beauty, the abundance of wild life.

Wide open park with lots of spaces. Nice big dog park for the pups. Daily texts regarding activities. We've stayed twice so far totaling more than 3 weeks. It's quickly becoming our second home base :)

We enjoyed being there, park is clean and lots of things to do within the park. Nice pool area, they have events planned everyday all day at the club house and they send the info by text. Everyone was super friendly and it had a good vibe. Only con which they can’t control, if you want to eat or shop you have to drive into Corpus which is about 30 min.

The staff members were all nice and helpful, we were helped when parking our RV, the shower room restrooms and shower were very clean. This year there was a special daily rate of only $49.00 which was very affordable.

Un endroit très propre. L’accueil est chaleureux. La piscine chauffée à 90 degrés est super. Il y en a une deuxième non chauffée pour ceux qui préfèrent moins chaud. Beaucoup d’espace entre les terrains. On a aimé notre séjour.

The overall experience was phenomenal. Your gate / entry point does not work correctly… it is almost impossible to leave in the evening, to the point that one of our group had to go out and enter the code as though we were entering to get the gate open. Also, the keypad to enter should be placed for the driver to enter, not someone to get out and input the code.

Amazing luxury RV park! Very clean and well maintained. Very spacious, concrete pads and roads are easy to maneuver for any RV. The staff and management are super friendly and helpful. Our four month stay was phenomenal. Lots to do from mini-golf, two clean pools, many activities for kids and adults alike! The clubhouse is modern, spotless and a very useful place for activities. Bathrooms, showers and 2 laundry rooms are the most modern and cleanest I've ever seen at a RV park. Can't wait to return!

Stayed for 1 night at a site right on the lake. Site had a cement pad and the park was meticulously maintained. The campground is off the beaten path so be ready to drive if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again.
