Great park. Plenty of space between sites. Clean everything. The park has an amazing daily event schedule every month.

It was a great stay the staff were supper friendly and accommodating. The park is very open and everybody respects the posted speed limit signs it’s a great place to let the kids out on bicycles and scooters and just be kids.

Layout is good with large sites with concrete pads & room between sites. Very well- maintained park. Lake with beautiful sunsets. Two swimming pools.

Resort is clean and well kept. Our rating is affected by the wind. trees in other parks in the area certainly made a difference and would be a nice addition.

Very clean, easy access to town. Pull through spaces are nice and level. Not every site has a picnic table ( narrow spacing) only issue.

We stayed 2 months and really found it hard to leave. The staff was all very friendly and the ground were kept well too. We plan on coming back next January.

Very nice, clean campground. Location is nice and quiet. The only negative is that it is a few miles out of town, not a big deal if you have a vehicle (other than your RV) Our only complaint was the lack of flexibility in changing dates. We paid for 7 days and wanted to leave a day early. KOA would not refund, even with 6 days notice. Campers need flexibility based on weather, travel time etc.

We enjoyed Rockport KOA and like the Port Lavaca Koa a little more since they have more scheduled activities for kids\teenagers (painting a picture frame, drawing class, face painting, magnet painting, movie nights with popcorn, smores nights in the clubhouse and free prize bingo. On Halloween they have a costume contest etc. etc. Pool bathroom floors at RP. slippery need dehumidifier installed.

Very clean, open and easy to get in and out! Professional and friendly staff! Would definitely like the gate to work just to feel protected at night time! Other than that, I definitely will book another stay!

I highly recommend you change the bathroom cleaning schedule. We get out of our camper and go over to the bathroom at 8:00, and it is getting cleaned. They do a great job cleaning. Just need to change the time.

We enjoyed our 3 month stay during winter. We liked taking our dog for walks on the nice and level concrete roads. Sitting near the pier at sunrise or sunset was a favorite thing to do. The facilities were very nice and the staff were very helpful.

you should fence off a large dog park play area behind the fishing pond, the playground and the barn behind the pool. This area was used by many dog owners this past week to run their dogs and play ball and fetch where the dogs were in complete control by their responsible owners. This is a huge area, much larger and better than the small dog poop area by the office.

Easy check-in. Super friendly staff. The park is very well maintenance. The clubhouse, pool area and laundry area are like new. We're coming back to winter here next year. The koa's location is perfect. Close to everything, Goose Island State Park, USS Lexington, Fulton Oyster Fest, beaches and restaurants! You will definitely enjoy your stay here!! �

We stayed her about 2 months. We had a great time park is well maintained!! Any help we needed from the front office was handled. We have zero complaints! If we come back this way will definitely come back to here! Great staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful spacious KOA. Level concrete parking and great amenities. Staff was courteous and always available. Had some really great activities while we were there (pancake breakfast, tipsy canvas, etc). Would definitely visit again.

Only stayed one month febuary 2025. We really like this park. We stayed in another park along hwy 35 by pass for two months that cost more and offered less. The road noise along hwy 35 is horrible as well as gravel lots. Here the park is paved, and well maintained. The pools are big and well maintained as well. The price is right also. The staff is great. We are booked for longer next year.

Appeared to be recently opened camp ground. Very cleanand truly enjoyed the site was not close to a major highway. The nights were relaxing and quiet.

Very nicely maintained resort. Every employee we interacted with, we're professional and kind. We enjoyed the 2 pools everyday and went for long walks. I went kayak fishing 3 times. We had one small issue and the manager responded immediately and proffeionally and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. We will come back.

This was our first time staying at Rockport and the KOA. We had a wonderful time there, Marie and Mel made us feel like family. The Easter Brunch, the sliders, breakfast and all the wonderful crafts. Marie and Mel quickly became our friends and family. We hope to be back next year to enjoy the same warm welcome we received.
