Great park! Well designed with quality construction and equipment. It is absolutely great for sun-lovers. The park personnel were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We really enjoyed the stay.

Very nice park, quiet, good location, safe, beautiful views, fishing pier, great club house and pools, roomy sites, nice grass, great roads and pads. All of the staff were friendly and helpful! The activity directors were awesome! Most sites didn’t have trees and the concrete picnic table area was a little too much to the front of the site - in some locations. We really loved KOA Rockport!

I loved the trash pickup at my campsite every morning! There was concrete everywhere, lots of grass, great laundry, pools and clubhouse facilities. There is also water access for kayak launching and viewing. All the staff was exceptionally friendly!

Extremely nice RV Resort right on the water. The sites were all long, wide and fresh concrete. Pretty sure it has been completely re-done. The staff was excellent and friendly and there were lots of planned activities for Mothers Day weekend. Definitely recommend this place

We had previously been long term residents of Coastal Breeze rv park. And had planned on once again making long term reservations. Since Coastal Breeze sold to KOA the campground is not the same. The general atmosphere has changed. Without having long term residents it has lost its community feel. The care of the grounds has declined. Internet and cable weren’t great. We have no plans to return.

The park was very clean, rv spots have a lot of space between neighbors and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pools and the activity room were also clean.

Pristine, beautiful, convenient to Rockport and Port Aransas. Great new amenities including putt putt, two pools, fishing pier, kids park and more. One of the best KOAs.

Very clean, staff is incredible, water pressure is low, and WiFi leaves much to be desired. We were booked with the other company before the takeover and we’re not informed of the price increase before our arrival.

Loved the Park and Staff... Would've stayed longer, BUT price increase of $400 per month. Couldn't justify staying at over $900+ a month! Too Expensive for staying monthly! Bad decision KOA Corporate for raising rates...

Awesome staff definitely will be returning. Our kids loved it so much they didn’t want too leave also. From the train rides too the pool. Everyone had a blast and staff was great.

We definitely enjoyed our four-day stay here. They have a fishing pier, a place to launch your kayak, and a nice clubhouse.Lana, Steve, Ray, Leah, Willie, and Bonnie had several activities planned that Easter weekend for the children from scavenger hunts to Easter Day potluck get-togethers. Thank you to all the staff of Rockport KOA for making our stay there enjoyable. Highly recommend.

We loved Rockport KOA. This place is so clean and staff was very welcoming and friendly. I loved that this place is so family friendly, my kids were really sad to leave. We will definitely be going back I'm excited to see this place continue to grow. Highly Recommended.

When KOA purchased the place the business model changed from "winter Texans" to KOA day to week stays. My review is based on the KOA model. The park did not have any outdoor sitting at sites there were not enough restrooms and laundry. Wife sat down on a bench by the pond and it fell apart injured her back and neck. The play area for kids really was not much. Overall I would not stay there

Everything we wanted to do was there at the campground so we never really wanted to leave. The kids had all kinds of activities to keep them busy and the swimming pool was great. The mini golf was fun for all of us and we spent lots of time playing while we weren’t fishing or swimming. We caught plenty of drum while fishing on the pier but we threw them all back to let them grow. We’ll go agai

Nice koa .. small town feel but close to Corpus Christi. Everyone was super friendly. No real issues... our 50 amp breaker went out and they were right there to fix it.

Great views on the preferred end of the park. Great staff! Work is underway to bring this newly acquired KOA up to the Holiday rating. Tables arrived during our stay.

They are new to KOA and there was a burn ban, but to us camping is about a campfire at your site. I would love to see fire rings at each site next time & there is not a burn ban. I only saw a handful with fire rings. The employees were so nice, helpful and friendly. I do look forward to our trip back. I paid for the bay view. If there was camper in front of us we would have lost that view.

This is a new KOA ownership. What I booked was a 55+ community with activities and food trucks and interactive events. KOA could have done more to transition this to not tarnish the KOA name. There was very little communication - for new or current Kampers. Daily email communication could help. Even to advise of Rockport events. This is more a KOA stopover rather than a staycation.

Loved the camp ground. Everyone was very friendly. Sites were nice and long. Park was very clean. Will definitely be back when not so windy and rainy.

Very disappointed in the professionalism of the manager, Stephen. Witnessed him screaming at his wife in front office when she was trying to help us. Managers like Stephen taint the KOA brand. He made it clear he hates winter Texans. Treated our guests poorly. And the park is now full of burrs making the dogs miserable because he didn’t treat. Even the dog park. A once beautiful park ruined.

I've been coming to coastal breeze every winter since it opened. We loved the place. Koa took over & the new management treated every winter texan like crap. We could not keep our spots and where they allowed us to park more then doubled in price. This koa is the worst koa I've ever been at. We arrived in Dec to find that KOA bought campground. Not too happy considering KOAs reputation but willing to see how it goes. Started to pick up trash at site and added cable. Great! Then I tried to greet new manager in office and he turned and walked away. Man makes no eye contact ever, won't wave and won't say hi. Whatever, staff is still nice. The deal breaker was the 65% increase in price.

KOA bought Coastal Breeze and raised the rates from 525 to 950 they atleast gave a 3 month notice.the sites are very nice.easy access. .y only issue is I went somewhere down the street from them and rate is 450 it doesn't make sense to over price from the market makes me think they just wanted full timers out for some reason.pools are nice sunsets are beautiful.

New manager (Steve) has no customer service skills and should not be in charge of any campground. (Ray) one of the employees there is a specialist at not working. He does very little for the good of the resort. Will never return to this facility because winter Texans are not welcome especially at the new rate increases. There are hundreds of other choices for long tern winter camping in Rockport

Our site fee when up 72%. This caused us to move elsewhere. The staff was rude and did not care about us having to packup and leave, The did not honor the move out date and charged us an extra fee. Never come back and will not recommend this park to anyone.

We have stayed at this park for 4 years. KOA too over 11/22. They hate winter Texans. Stopped military discount. No weekly rate. Monthly huge price increase to $850 - $950 plus electric. Clover burrs out of control. Management views campers as inmates. When we left 3/29/23 occupancy was about 33%. Manager is on a power trip, wants to charge $10 per person to visit. Stay away.

We had a good time. Sites were spacious. Amenities with the exception of lack of laundry machines were very good. Staff and other campers were friendly. The reason we won’t be back next year nor can we recommend it very highly was the very significant increase in rental fees when KOA took over. Otherwise it’s one of the nicest RV Resorts in the area and for sure has the largest sites.

We stayed at Rockport Koa for 2 months. Like the location & site size. Didn’t like weak Wi-Fi and poor Verizon service, inadequate laundry, sand burrs and fire ants in grass. Manager Stephen seemed to lack people skills. Never stopped by once to say hello or welcome us. Enjoyed our stay. I would have to say with the price increase since the purchase from Coastal Breeze RV the internet is not good at all. Y’all might consider an upgrade, I know people can call for a pkg. upgrade, but would be nice to not have to pay more than what the daily rate is already. Otherwise we were very pleased.

This time was just a two day stay. Not much had changed since we were here a month ago. Fewer sites were filled! Just that time of year. As usual, the grounds were immaculate.

Awesome large luxury RV park, pools, restrooms, showers, laundry, and clubhouse are spotless and beautiful. Great location with enough water and fun you don't need to leave! Exceptional staff Melissa and Ben were friendly and helpful. We tried some of their restaurant recommendations and had great experiences at each stop. Enjoyed our stay, and look forward to staying here again when we're back in the area!
