I don't usually stay at KOA unless it's the only option, but this KOA won me over. Yes, like most KOAs, the RV sites are too close together and there wasn't any shade for most RV sites, but the (relatively new) owners really have done an amazing job sprucing things up. They bend over backwards to keep things clean and maintained and were always available. Nice store, tent sites look wonderful.

The couple that runs this KOA are more than fantastic I was part of a wedding group of 7 different campers. They were very helpful in making sure everything was flawless in getting everyone in even a day early for one couple!!!.

The staff is very good and friendly. The owner held some left behind objects for over a week until we could get back to retrieve them. The facilities and common areas are top notch.

Exceptionsl hosts making you feel welcome and part of the KOA family. They have made great improvements and upgrades making this a very nice campground to stay. Appreciate their hospitality!

Such a great Koa and Rebecca the owner and staff were amazing! Awesome store and great recommendations about going on the highway that is only open 3 months of the year on our way to Yellowstone! Will definitely stay again when in the area!!

Great campground, impeccably clean. Great showers, with nice shower heads, clean. We had a level backing electric sits. Dump station easy access up front, potable water nearby. The owners are readily available and very friendly, gave us good restaurant recommendations. A neat stream nearby. I will return here again.

We had reservations at another campground and once we got to the other place quickly realized it was NOT what we had signed up for. I called the KOA in Red Lodge and was told to come on over. We were treated SO well! We were able to check out a few sites and pick the one we liked the best. Super clean and beautiful campground , incredibly nice and helpful staff. We loved it here!!

Spent our annual wedding Anniversary trip to Ted Lodge at this KOA. The owners are making some really great improvements to the campground. Such a pleasant place to stay & the owners are super friendly people. Worthy of 6 or 7 stars!

Second time there and not our last! We love it! The owners are the best! The campground is organized, peaceful, well maintained, and the facilities are immaculate! Fun things to do for kids too! Stopping in for our 3rd visit in August!!

Our hosts at Red Lodge KOA were so gracious and genuine, and they go above and beyond to make the stay memorable and very enjoyable. The setting is beautiful, with mature trees, creek running through the campground, access to Rock Creek, and the grounds very well maintained and groomed. The bathrooms, showers, laundry, and well stocked store were always clean and in great working order. Best ever!

One of the nicest, although a bit more costly, KOA's that we have ever been to. The sites were amazing, the staff were super helpful, the overall area was beautiful.

The camp hosts are so friendly and helpful. The campground is clean and it was a great experience. The only negative I would say is the fact that the pool is closed for the entire season and the fact that there may not be a new pool at all, instead possibly mini golf. I can understand that a pool is more work, but a pool is a lot more enjoyable than mini golf. Please keep the pool!!

Campground is very well taken care of. Fastest wifi we've ever had at a koa. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stop again when we pass through.

Greeting on arrival was great. All the members of the KOA staff where very helpful. We were a little disappointed in our site. I booked this park 6 months in advance and in looking around we could have been placed in a much better site.

People so friendly and love the improvements you're making to the patio sites and elsewhere. I understand there may not be a lot of options to modify but the dumping location as you exit causes those that have already dumped at their full hookup sites to backup and have to wait while others dump.

Friendly staff and clean grounds. Need a sign on the highway a 1/4 or 1/2 mile before your driveway. Hard to see entrance until right upon it at 65 -70 mph. Plan to stay again.

Jason and his wife were OUTSTANDING!! From return phone calls to make sure our whole group could be together all the way until we departed at the end of the weekend. They were kind, gracious, knowledgeable, funny but yet non-invasive. As a group we plan on coming and staying again and hopefully making it a annual event. The kampground ;) was clean and well organized. Easy to navigate.

At the dump station there is no functioning water faucet so it is impossible to rinse the black tanks. Otherwise, a nice park. Thank you.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We intentionally only have a spray nozzle at the dump station to rinse the sewer hose off. Our dump station is on a holding tank and will not accommodate the extra water. JST

This KOA is one of the best! The owners and staff are top notch and truly want you to enjoy your stay. We only stayed two nights, but will be back for a longer stay. It's only a few miles from downtown Red Lodge and a pretty short drive to Beartooth Pass. The sites are level, the amenities are great and the bathroom/showers are clean with lots of hot water. We had a KOA Patio site and it was perfect. Thank you Jason and Rebecca.

The staff here are amazing. The Jason & Rebecca along with staff make you feel so welcome. They truly care about you. At 10 pm something woke me. I called the office to have someone come check. I thought it was squirrels on my roof of the rv. Jason came right out. The wind was blowing and it was tree branches hits the rv. The next morning we all laughed about the situation. Everything was clean and in working order. Nice hot showers ! Jason , thank you for your prayers. I will definitely be back to stay at your KOA.

I have not been a fan of KOA in the past.. our recent visit to red lodge gave me a change of heart! The location is perfect. It's approx 4 miles from the cutest town of red lodge. Shops, restaurants, bars all nearby. We rode our motorcycle over beartooth pass- The sites were large and VERY clean. We were on a month long road trip in our C class also towing our trailer. When we arrived the owner Jason, his wife and Jim were VERY accommodating. Assuring we had enough room and were level. the premium sites were already booked, but I would reserve one next time for sure. They had concrete pads and super nice outdoor furniture. You can burn real fires which was nice. Our spot had hookups and were spacious with a fire pit. The restrooms were private ( shower, sink and toilet ) super super super clean. The showers had plenty of shelves for your toiletries and the wind outside had plenty of space. The store had all a ton of options.. probably one of the best stops and spots. That's where I will stay next time and I'm very picky. Thanks for having us, Jason and Danielle, WA state.
