This is the perfect base camp for Yellowstone and the Tetons. The camper cabins are a good deal if you want an affordable stay and to be sheltered from the weather. All of the staff were helpful and happy

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We were having a family gathering so they provided us with an extra picnic table. One of our family members had a medical emergency and we had to leave a camper there to help him get his home. They graciously allowed us to leave it at the campground in a back lot area at no extra charge. This campground was really clean, and well maintained. Thank you!

Camping cabins are our favorite home away from home! Wifi worked great, showers clean and roomy, gift shop had fun new things. Everything was so well taken care of. You can tell the new owners love their KOA! Thank you for a great stay and will see you again. �ϋ�

We really enjoyed our stay at the KOA!!! Everyone was so friendly and the place was very clean. We had a girl named Jennifer help us with a fire...then my daughter and her friend hung out with Jennifer the rest of the night and had a great time. We came here last year and had a great time as well!!

Our cabin was amazing! Nestled next to a babbling creek. The hosts are wonderful people and you can tell they love their campground. They have put a ton of work in, and it shows!! Everything was spotless. The store is adorable and has coffee available to purchase, should you forget yours. It’s very close to redlodge about a 5 minute drive straight down the road. We would love to stay again.

Cabin was comfortable, but there were an awful lot of dead flies all along the back wall, which was pretty gross. Water was not working by my cabin, which was a nuisance. Sad that there was no hot tub at this KOA. Also sad that there was no free coffee in the morning. I have stayed at many KOA's over the years, and this one was definitely meh. I left a day early, and no refund; pretty pricy.

Flies-Could have been a few,cabin is in woods not far from Rock Creek.Water-70-80 ft from cabin.No Hot Tub-We have heated pool.Free coffee-$1.50 a cup is very reasonable.Meh-I will take that as a negative.No refund-that's policy.Pricy-you know price before you book.Happy Kamping JST

The cabin was great and we were close to the washroom/shower facilities. The wifi connection in the campground was sub par, you needed to be right next to the office building to access the wifi.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Unfortunately the wifi is what it is until we can get more bandwidth from the local provider. Upgrades from the provider are being addressed. Good news is you can always connect at the office / deck area and Verizon and AT@T service are both good. JST

The is one of the nicest KOA's we've stayed at! Our cabin was new, clean, and comfortable with heaters for cold nights and even a mini fridge! The grounds are well kept and the staff are kind. Our children loved the playground and the creeks running through the property. We enjoyed this KOA so much that we definitely plan on staying here again. Outstanding KOA in a beautiful location!

We had a great experience, for the most part. Clean, well kept. We are locals and wanted to check out a place close to home for our wedding anniversary. The only negative thing, they wouldn’t let us swim in the morning. She said we couldn’t swim after check out. We had 15 minutes before official checkout. Kids were dressed and ready to rinse off and jump in for 5 min and were very disappoint

Swimming comment is untrue. She stated after they checked out "they were going to swim for a while". It was 10:51 and check out was 11:00.They had time for a quick dip but chose not to,plenty of time for a 5 min. swim. Pool is open at 10:00AM if a guest wants to swim before check out.JST

My friend booked us a cabin for his wedding and assured me it was paid for. When I called many months in advance to this location, I was told it was already paid for. When I arrived to check in, I was told I owed $190 because it wasn't paid for. I asked if there was a way I could cancel and was told it would have had to have been 7 days in advance. Staff did not care there was clear confusion.

Unrealistic review. We were given a bad review because of confusion between this person and his friend. They were not told by us the rez was paid for in full, only a 1 night deposit was paid.This camper stayed all 3 nights. Remember, personal responsibility. JST

The owners and staff were great!!! Everything was clean.The cabin we stayed in was clean had a small fridge and even had a screen door which was awesome kept out the bugs and great ventilation during the evening to cool the inside!!

Lots of improvements were made and campground is very clean. I was super bummed my friends could only come out if the paid $5/head per day and we had to meet in town or their rentals. After 14 years of loyalty I wasn't asked if we wanted to renew for next year, so I took that as my answer. Its been a great run! Thank you for the memories!!

I have been coming to this KOA for 18 years. A large group of us go to the Beartooth Motorcycle Rally. We rent many cabins & tent sites. Seems like there have been numerous owners. New owners this year have done lots of improvements like bathroom updates, playground, firepits, & general cleaning. They also have a new rule of charging our guests $5.00 to enter the campground each time they come out
