The hosts are so kind snd helpful! The put us in Cabin 5 which is amazing! We were next to the creek and had the Mountain View! We can’t wait to go back again. The whole campground is well taken care of from the bathroom/showers to the grounds. If you are going to Red Lodge this is definitely a great place to stay. 5 STARS

Wonderful Staff, early check in during bike rally. Tent site was large, shaded and very clean. Amenities, showers and toilets were very clean. Access made simple. Really enjoyed our KOA stay in Journey, will be planning a return!

All staff have great personalities are friendly and good customer communication skills. The park was clean and monitored well. The showers Although small had plenty of space for personal items with the fold down towel rack. Did I mention immaculately clean. Very much enjoyed the town and KOA.

The staff was exceptional. My husband had a medical emergency and we needed to stay a few more days. The staff helped me move our motorhome to another site as my husband was in the hospital. They told me whatever I needed they would assist me. I highly recommend this Campground.

The owners go above and beyond! Even when they are busy , they have a smile and a wave as they drive past your camping spot. Everyone that works here are friendly and helpful. Beautiful setting and well maintained.

Jason & Rebecca are FABULOUS!! They are so friendly and welcoming…the campgrounds and facilities are always neat & clean! I emailed questions prior to our trip and Rebecca called me directly and said “How can I help…we want you to be happy!”…who does that anymore?? We will go back!!!!

The cabins were so cute and nicely maintained. The hosts were amazing. So helpful and seemed like they loved their job! Bathrooms were very nice and clean. I absolutely would stay at this koa again!

Enjoyable but noisy and we did not know the pool had been removed so that was disappointing

So glad you enjoyed your stay.Unsure what the noise complaint was but I can't address what I don't know about.As for the pool,it has been closed for 2 years and communicated on our web site.Please inform yourself before arriving that way there are no surprises.Happy Kamping,JST

Dog Park needs shade. We had a deluxe spot unfortunately it got all the afternoon sun on our patio side. A path to the river was nice. Bathrooms and facilities were wonderful. People were nice. Not great if you don't have a car in tow. We road our bikes into town, dangerous road to ride on. We stayed two nights. Town has RV parking should have stopped on our way thru and stayed one.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This camper is obviously not a fan of the sun!I would recommend planning future camping trips in late spring or early fall, not in the middle of summer.However,they are correct regarding the danger of riding a bicycle on US Hwy 212,not recommended,plan ahead and bring a tow.Happy Kamping,JST

Very welcoming and friendly staff! Clean and plenty for the kids to do. A very large dog run which was excellent. Able to play ball with two large dogs.

Small but mighty. No longer has a pool. Fishing spot close by and Dam to swim in. Little creek, very nice facilities and clean, nice playground, jump pad and gaga ball for the kids. Owners were wonderful! One of our favorite places to stay!

The grounds were immaculate and quiet. The did park was large and well cared for which in comparison to other facilities was most appreciated. The sites were generous but most of all the courtesy, friendliness and professionalism of the owners was so very special and welcomed. This KOA was a highlight to our trip.

The people there are very friendly. The campground is well care for and clean. Bathrooms very clean! As a dog owner having the fenced in dog park was very handy.

This is my second stay at the Red Lodge KOA and I will definately be back. The campground is well kept and clean. The staff works hard to maintain the campground and are extremely helpful and welcoming!

The Red Lodge KOA is one of the nicest and most attentive KOAs we’ve ever stayed at. It is clear that the owners and staff truly care about the guests and that is reflected in the cleanliness of the campground and the grounds maintenance they do. We needed to stay for 3 weeks and they were able to ‘work the schedule’ over the 4th of July to make sure we could. 5–stars all the way around

This KOA is one of the best! The owners and staff are top notch and truly want you to enjoy your stay. We only stayed two nights, but will be back for a longer stay. It's only a few miles from downtown Red Lodge and a pretty short drive to Beartooth Pass. The sites are level, the amenities are great and the bathroom/showers are clean with lots of hot water. We had a KOA Patio site and it was perfect. Thank you Jason and Rebecca.

The staff here are amazing. The Jason & Rebecca along with staff make you feel so welcome. They truly care about you. At 10 pm something woke me. I called the office to have someone come check. I thought it was squirrels on my roof of the rv. Jason came right out. The wind was blowing and it was tree branches hits the rv. The next morning we all laughed about the situation. Everything was clean and in working order. Nice hot showers ! Jason , thank you for your prayers. I will definitely be back to stay at your KOA.

I have not been a fan of KOA in the past.. our recent visit to red lodge gave me a change of heart! The location is perfect. It's approx 4 miles from the cutest town of red lodge. Shops, restaurants, bars all nearby. We rode our motorcycle over beartooth pass- The sites were large and VERY clean. We were on a month long road trip in our C class also towing our trailer. When we arrived the owner Jason, his wife and Jim were VERY accommodating. Assuring we had enough room and were level. the premium sites were already booked, but I would reserve one next time for sure. They had concrete pads and super nice outdoor furniture. You can burn real fires which was nice. Our spot had hookups and were spacious with a fire pit. The restrooms were private ( shower, sink and toilet ) super super super clean. The showers had plenty of shelves for your toiletries and the wind outside had plenty of space. The store had all a ton of options.. probably one of the best stops and spots. That's where I will stay next time and I'm very picky. Thanks for having us, Jason and Danielle, WA state.
