My 2nd stay here. The location is close to town, the facilities are very clean and the staff are phenomenal. I’m sure it takes a lot of work to keep the campground that nice and they put in the effort.

My wife and I had a great RV camping experience. The people who work here are amazing and very attentive to making sure our stay was perfect! The campground is very clean and close to all the attractions. Thank you for a great journey experience!

Very nice people and we loved campsite 10!! They were very helpful and the only negative I had was the dog poop that other campers’ pets left in our campsite before we arrived and then in the road while we were staying there.

Loved the huge dog run. Super nice owner and staff. Site was a little short for our big rig, but they let us park truck across path in the grass so no problem. Double Ditch dog park in town is added plus if you have dogs. If you take the Beartooth Highway to Cooke City, be sure to go ahead and proceed to the Lamar Valley in Yellowstone to see the Buffalo (about 87 mi, 2 hr 16 min from KOA).

The couple who run the place were simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I asked question about roads, food (steak), and more and they were extremely helpful. Campsite and facilities (showers, restrooms) were very clean. Miss them and their place already!

Very friendly & helpful staff. Property kept very clean. Have stayed here 2 other times & enjoyed it every time. We always have 2 cabins & 3 camp sites occupied & when calling them they have gotten us all as close as possible & together-very accommodating that way. Definitely a great place to stay.

The campground was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The hosts were fantastic. They were very sociable and informative on The roads we should take to see the greatest views. They were a 10 plus campgrounds.

Very nice, quite campground and well kept. The hosts were very nice people. I am already planning a trip for next year and will be staying here again. I stayed at 3 different KOA’s on this trip and this was the best one.

The Staff was the Best that I ever had at a KOA Kamp grounds. The place was top of the line for Clean and good service. Definitely would highly recommend.

Red Lodge KOA is the cleanest and best kept KOA we have stayed in for a long time. Excellent place to stay. Campsites are fairly close together and have fire rings so if you are sensitive to wood smoke, you might confirm if camp fires are allowed or not. None were burning while we were there but our neighbor had two bundles of wood next to their fire ring which was only about 20 feet from us.

This was not our first stay and not our last. Beautiful camp. The owners are fantastic and keep the place spotless. They are always upgrading too. Love it!!

Had a patio site. Nice spacing between sites due to the cement patio but area in general was very congested with other campers vehicles and toys. Actually had to have neighbor move their truck so we could exit. Staff was exceptional.

Red Lodge KOA is well maintained with friendly staff. We would definitely stay again. Red Lodge is a great community with a neat downtown. Don’t miss it and the Red Lodge KOA is definitely the place to camp.

Wonderful way to make new friends in a beautiful space of nature! Love how the owners / staff take excellent care of the patrons and the beautiful park. We felt like we were camping in the woods with the trees and a running mountain stream. Very kid and dog friendly place to stay. Sure hope to return in the future!!

Well I feel they could have a pool people were very friendly from campsites gave over 24 hrs in advance to can el last night but was not refunded. Sad but what do you do.

Nice campground. Very friendly owners and service. Great amenities, clean bathrooms. There was lots of smoke from the fire pits and noise from the motorcycles, on Sunday afternoon smoke and smell from yard waste burn. Without that it would have been 5 star for sure.

Rebecca, Jason, and their crew are phenomenal hosts. They go out of their way to check in and see how they can assist. The grounds are manicured and the buildings are well maintained. We would definitely recommend Red Lodge KOA to others. It’s a great place to settle in, relax, and head out to explore the shops and beautiful wilderness that surrounds this magical area.

The staff here are amazing. The Jason & Rebecca along with staff make you feel so welcome. They truly care about you. At 10 pm something woke me. I called the office to have someone come check. I thought it was squirrels on my roof of the rv. Jason came right out. The wind was blowing and it was tree branches hits the rv. The next morning we all laughed about the situation. Everything was clean and in working order. Nice hot showers ! Jason , thank you for your prayers. I will definitely be back to stay at your KOA.

I have not been a fan of KOA in the past.. our recent visit to red lodge gave me a change of heart! The location is perfect. It's approx 4 miles from the cutest town of red lodge. Shops, restaurants, bars all nearby. We rode our motorcycle over beartooth pass- The sites were large and VERY clean. We were on a month long road trip in our C class also towing our trailer. When we arrived the owner Jason, his wife and Jim were VERY accommodating. Assuring we had enough room and were level. the premium sites were already booked, but I would reserve one next time for sure. They had concrete pads and super nice outdoor furniture. You can burn real fires which was nice. Our spot had hookups and were spacious with a fire pit. The restrooms were private ( shower, sink and toilet ) super super super clean. The showers had plenty of shelves for your toiletries and the wind outside had plenty of space. The store had all a ton of options.. probably one of the best stops and spots. That's where I will stay next time and I'm very picky. Thanks for having us, Jason and Danielle, WA state.
