As I told Rebecca and each of the camp hosts, this KOA is the friendliest, most immaculate, and beautiful KOA location we've ever stayed at. We loved everything about it and plan to start a yearly trip there; next time staying longer. Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay. Was able to upgrade from tent site to a cabin. Felt very welcomed. Facilities were spotlessly clean and well cared for. Highly recommend.

Love the changes they have made for the playground and kids. Very nice stay had a small problem at check in but got resolved and rest of the stay was very nice.

We always enjoy staying there- the kids love the pool, playground and banana bikes. They also panned for gems this time and had a blast. Thank you all for your hospitality- we will definitely be back !!

Wonderful hosts, greeting us when we arrived. Very friendly. We loved the cleanliness of the camp! We will most definitely stay at the Red Lodge KOA again! Thank you to the hosts/owners and staff.

Everything was mostly great. Friendly customer service, clean facilities, well kept grounds, well stocked conscience store. I didn’t like how the street lamp was kept on all night. I feel like either warn people like “hey this light stays on put your tent not directly under it,” would’ve been helpful. People next to us had their radio on and were talking loudly 1am. No way to report.

We stopped in for a quick overnight, car camping. Washrooms were clean. Very friendly staff. We felt welcome and slept very well.

It’s the compassion that the owners have that make this KOA so nice. Every detail is taken care of, and owners are always around doing things!! Very impressed with this KOA. I WILL BE BACK…till next time!!!

Nicely laid out. Clean,quiet and enjoyable. Friendly staff always ready to assist you in any way you need,or just plain conversation. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back again.

The hosts where awsome! Check in was quick, than we were taken to our sites. The camp itself is spotless. The showers and washrooms didn’t have that musty water smell that a lot of places do. The store has all the things you’ve run out of. Nice dog run area. Big play area for the kids to play in. Pool was crystal clear and heated. Plan this as a stop on your trip it’s worth it.

This is not the same KOA that we stayed at in 2018. New owners have made such and improvement. Clean modern facilities, friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Even though it's small and there aren't a ton of activities like some other KOAs, it feels like a resort. Maybe it's the cleanliness, customer service, and overall vibe. Restrooms are clean and smell good. Pool is small but nice. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Good vibes around. The other KOAs we have stayed at were a disappointment compared to Red Lodge KOA.

Great owners/staff. I LOVE that they have an extra large dog park with grass. So many KOAs just have a tiny fenced in dirt area. The sites are large and level and you have access to the river, which our pup loved! Red Lodge is a great town, excellent restaurants and it’s an easy drive to the Beartooth Highway!

We were there for two nights and had a lot of fun! The pool and playground was a lot of fun for the kids! The bathrooms were kept very clean, which was very nice!

I have had some time to process our stay and think about it, based on this experience I am rating our stay low. We had a family event scheduled and we called and visited ahead of time to make arrangements for our family. When we arrived our RV was placed in a different site than we arranged with Red Lodge KOA and not near family. I understand that they can’t always accommodate, but they confirme

We can’t wait to stay again. Our toddler and doggo also enjoyed themselves so much. The campground has excellent amenities that made us all feel so comfortable. Everyone respected quiet time and the owners really care for the grounds.

Assuming I had made a reservation.. Rebecca (owner) saved my day and my vacation! We so enjoyed our stay. The Campground is very beautiful setting , just big enough to get a leisurely walk in… Highly recommended! We will back!! Thank you!

Bathhouses were so clean - the cleanest we have ever seen. Nice to have full hookups. Owners and checkin staff were very friendly. Our sites were a little close together and being right next to 212. Isn’t ideal - but both of those issues apply with any campground in the area. We would absolutely stay again and would recommend to any friends traveling to the area to stay at the Red Lodge KO

We have stayed at Red Lodge KOA for each of our four trips out West. Very disappointed with this year's visit. The first thing is the extra charge for each member of the family. Understandable when a family may have 10+ people staying with them, but seems unnecessary when there are only 4. Non-KOA campgrounds do not do this. Escorting guests to their site is also seems unnecessary.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This camper made an online reservation for 1 adult and showed up with 2 adults and 2 kids.Base price is for first 2 people therefore was charged for 2 more. Escorting to site is a courtesy provided at KOA's.Sorry this camper didn't appreciate hospitality.

Tight quarters, we had a hard time backing into our spot. I’m biggest complaint is that they shake down every guest with a $5 per person fee to visit, every visit, even on the same day!!! We were in Red Lodge for a wedding, so of course we wanted to catch up with friends and family. They made a fortune off our friends! Per our website,email confirmation,and face to face registration instructions,guest was told of visitor policy.We charge per day whether visitors come once a day or 50.Visitor was fortunate to be allowed to stay after being rude to staff.On backing,driver ability also factors into the equation.

the stay was great, Staff was friendly and the Owners are amazing. My cat got out and went into the woods and they did so much to accommodate me and my son staying around longer than I anticipated in order to locate the cat.

This is by far the best KOA we have stayed at. Not only is the owner and his staff extremely polite and helpful, the place was immaculate. The grounds were beautifully maintained and everything was perfect. Cannot say enough great things about this location. We live in California and were on a long road trip, but wouldn't hesitate to make this location "on our way" if ever heading that way again.

We have been here two years in a row. This is absolutely a wonderful place to stay. The staff is kind and helpful. We had a unique situation and they moved things around to help us. We will be back again . Excellent facilities.
