We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very amazing to work with considering we had an eventful beginning. The next we we come back to Red Lodge we will trying with them again.

After staying in several KOA's, this one really disappointed. The swimming pool was empty and in need of repair. Having tight spaces with dead grass was the worst. Either water and maintain the grass or use something like gravel and flower pots to make it welcoming. Sitting in a dirt patch by your neighbors sewer hose while eating is horrible. There is no shade. The bathrooms were nice however.

Had an amazing stay here! Everything was perfect, everyone was friendly and super helpful. Bathrooms were sparkling clean and showers were great. We will definitely stay here again!

We were out in the complete sun , we would have liked some trees around. They didn't keep the grass green at all where we were and what really made us mad was we wanted some family to come down from the mountain for dinner on Sunday and they told us it would be $5 a person, they were only going to stay a few hours and it would have been an additionally $80.00 and we already paid $400.00.

We do have some scattered trees but mostly in the open, unfortunately we don't rent shade. Dead grass due to being in MT during a drought.$80.00 means they would have had 16 visitors which is not allowed anyway.No reason to be mad, enjoy Red Lodge and the mountains!Happy Kamping, JST

This is by far the best KOA we stay at. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Their internet is 2nd to none. Every other KOA should use Red Lodge as an example.

Having to pay for grand daughter to stop and just visit us for a short time makes no sense to us.

Our visitor policy is an industry standard and very reasonable.We choose to charge seperately for visitors instead of including in initial reservation which makes perfect sense to the majority of campers who have no visitors.JST

The camp hosts at Red Lodge were fantastic, super sweet people. Met the owner here, he was such a nice and genuine young man, my bike was still there in the morning, thank you for your prayers. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Staff was very friendly. Dump station should not block park exit. Some of the older sights need upgrading.

We definitely strive for friendliness and top notch customer service.The dump station can be bypassed to exit the park.Unsure what is meant by "older sites need upgrading".All sites have newer picnic table and fire rings and several have been upgraded to patio sites.JST

The Grass was dead and check in was offensive, in that we were immediately notified that if we had any visitors they would be required to show their IDs and give a five dollar fee each. It’s a minimal amount, but without any explanation. We would not choose to go there again in the future as there are alternatives.

The area is nice, but there was a bright light right outside our cabin (#11) shining into the window all night. Not great for sleep. Additionally, our cabin had a campsite right next to it. It was like camping with the family next door. I am used to KOAs being close but that was a little too close. Their tent was right next to our fire pit.

I will definitely check into the security light that was near your cabin as our goal is for you to wake up well rested.As for the tent right next to your cabin I want to personally apologize.It was an online rez that I completely overlooked.That site is being removed for next season.HappyKampingJST

Nicely maintained campground and very nice owners who made us feel very welcome. The owner greeted us at check in and escorted us to the lot to be sure we were happy with the location. Definitely a nice place for a Travelers Rest.

We needed a place to stay for the night and took a chance with Red lodge KOA. We were met with happy smiles and very helpful attitudes. We feel like we made a good decision to stop at Red Lodge KOA. The cabin was clean and comfortable, bath house was new, clean and large enough for both of us to get ready together. Good choice

Beautiful campgrounds, very friendly staff. We were arriving very late in the evening and they upgraded us to a pull through so we didn't have to unhook. Very helpful and kind. Thanks. Restrooms very nice and clean. Would gladly stay here again!

Very nice midsize park near Beartooth Highway. Owners are very involved in the daily running of the park, friendly and committed to making your stay great! Everything nicely maintained and upgraded and close to the cute town of Red Lodge with shops and a nice Saturday Farmers Market. We stayed an extra day unexpectedly and hosts were great in accommodating us.

I set up my tent 2 nights at the KOA. It was a great stay. The owners are so welcoming! They take time to lead you to your spot and make sure any questions are answered. Clean campground with nice bathrooms, great dog run and a big bouncy and playground for the kids. I didn’t hesitate to leave my tent with stuff left inside while exploring. I would highly recommend! Thank you!

The friendliest, most helpful staff we've ever encountered at a campground! This place was attractive, nicely laid out, had a lot of fun amenities for kids, and was a pleasure to stay at. We were a little concerned about our loop's proximity to the highway, but there was virtually no traffic after around 9:30 pm. One of the best KOAs we've experienced.

The best RV stop. Jason and his lovely wife the finest hosts. The site is immaculate, showers and toilets (bathrooms) are also immaculate, warm and have great showers. The location is perfect for touring. We did three nights before moving on. Highly recommend.

Were pleased with the cabin, but it could REALLY use more than 1 electrical outlet. NEEDS to have electricity by the night stand for those with sleep devices
