I stay here every time I travel north/south and the grounds are always clean. The office staff have always been polite and friendly. The only negative is the hot tub is taking forever to be repaired. I look forward to a hot soak after driving all day.

Really like this park and really appreciated the help we received from Wayne assisting us with an issue we had with our RV when we arrived. Went out of his way to give us a helping hand. This park is well maintained with great access off the freeway.

We came in late - 8 pm but the young man waited for us to arrive. We appreciated his extra effort.

Everything was great at Red Bluff KOA! The 7 hour drive was so worth it to stay here for the week of Thanksgiving! Check in was fast and the staff are absolutely amazing here! We interacted with Justin almost daily and it was a pleasure talking to him. He is great at his job and really cares about the rv park and the campers who stay here. Renee was so kind! The staff make this place fantast

We had a relaxing 10 day stay! Trach pick-up was a great service. The only thing we seen was people having a hard time finding their site you might want to give an escort to the site when checking in.

I had a wonderful stay, inspite of a few RV issues that had to get sorted out. I was blessed that the staff were so gracious in assisting me an pointing me in the direction of an RV Tech who was also staying at the campground. It is a great KOA and I expect I will stay there again hopefully in the no too distant future, this time with no RV issues��

The staff was super friendly, and the campground was clean! It was a very pleasant stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. We will return! Thank you for all your efforts with making this place so very nice.

Very good customer service from everyone I came in contact with. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Chris Brown at SafeTravelsRepair.com. Although not a park employee, his park presence was invaluable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the grounds. However, the staff was the high point. Justin was very helpful in solving some camper issues. The ladies in the shop were always so delightful. They even remembered us from last year Thanksgiving. Outstanding site!! Gary and Joanne Sargenti

From Office to maint staff they are all very polite and accommodating. Park is always clean and Very Well maintained. Been going here since it opened as Durango's. We will be back.

I paid a premium price for 3 days. The 50% off for the 4th day was nice. But the spa was not working my grandson was very disappointed, I stay there a number of times through the year, and he looks forward to visiting me to always use the heated spa. That was not mentioned to me at time of booking. A nice discount should be applied or offered

Great place. A little close to the freeway, but the KOA itself was great. A lot to do with family on site and dog friendly.

Helpful staff and the KOA was clean and neat. We would stay here again for sure. We wanted to play bocce ball but they had no balls. They basketballs they had were old and flat and the jacuzzi was broken waiting for a part.

I was a member of the Elks event at the park. Was quite pleased with the assistance I received from the staff when I thought I had a problem with the TV connection, all worked out. Not your problem, but so disappointed with people who cannot pick up after their dogs doing their business, here again, that is not because the park did not offer bags, which you do! Maybe wood chips in dog park area?

Stayed a single night, (11-16), staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Park was secure and facilities well kept. Would stay again if in the area.

I always look forward to the hot tub after a long drive but it was not in operation when I arrived, other than that it has always been a nice place to overnight. Very friendly staff!

Beautiful well kept and clean. Check in was welcoming, very friendly faces when you walk in. We love every KOA it’s our Happy Place.

The park itself is well maintained and the staff are professional and friendly however it is one of the most expensive KOA’S and the noise from the Interstate Highway and the trains are a bit much.

Great park with great people running it. Shelly is always fantastic in the office for anything we need and we love to visit with her! Justin is an amazing caretaker of the property and genuinely cares about everyone there. Great guy! Can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff and grounds are! We love our local KOA!

We stayed for a week while working in Red Bluff. The park is clean and well maintained. The shower facilities are great.

Very very clean campground. Staff was super friendly and the guy who comes around to pick up your trash bags was incredibly nice. Some reviewers say the homeless is a problem but with the nice fence in the back we didn’t experience that at all. Very convenient grocery store within walking distance too. Great water pressure and Wi-Fi too. Also, their cable tv actually worked!! Very rare these day

This is an RV Park so no rooms but the RV spaces are very nice. This is one of the best RV Parks I have been in. I highly recommend you stay here. The area is close to many restaurants etc.

Beautiful, clean, green, Sites are large and level with plenty of room between neighbors. The best RV park Wifi we have experienced in all of our travels. Speed test registers as "fast" - capable of streaming. Far enough off of the freeway that the park is very quiet.
