FIRE POLICY

We offer propane fire ring rentals at the General Store. Propane fire pits are permitted for use during CA fire bans.
When fire rules permit use, all wood burning fire rings must have a cover screen on them.

WILDLIFE AWARENESS

Connecting with nature and wildlife. Various types of wildlife big and small may be on this campground. Be alert and give them distance and respect. Keep dogs on a leash and properly store food, trash and cooking supplies. Your safety and the future of wildlife depend on you.

PROPANE FILL

For your convenience, we pick up propane bottles from 7am to 10pm, fill them and charge it to the site.
If there is not a card on file, we ask the guest visit us in the office to refill tank and pay.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

RV & Tent Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. 

Holidays/Special Events: 14 day notice is required. Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

GOLF CART POLICY

Must have drivers license and adhere to 5mph

PET POLICY

We love friendly, non-aggressive pets! Pets must be on a leash. Owners must clean up after their pets, and no pets are to be left at a campsite unattended. We do provide a pet playground but pets are not allowed in any KOA building or pool area.

VEHICLE POLICY

Please, no parking on the grass. All vehicles must be parked on your site.
As always when in a public space, be sure to lock your vehicle and secure your belongings.

NUMBER OF GUESTS PER RESERVATION

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, strict limits are enforced on the number of people who may be at the campground per each reservation. 
  • At check-in, you will be asked to verify the number of guests staying at your site.  
  • A limit of 6 people per site will be enforced. That total number includes both the number of people on your reservation and any day visitors. If you have the maximum number of people on your reservation, day visitors are not allowed.

Note: If the number of overnight guests on your reservation allows for day visitors, those day visitors must check in at the front desk upon arrival. Your visitors are welcome for $5 per additional person. Keep in mind that parking is limited and is first come, first serve. Visiting guests are permitted until Quiet Hours begin at 10pm and must adhere to campground rules. Should day visitors turn into overnight guests, they must register at the front desk.

TRASH POLICY

For your convenience please place trash out at the end of your site between 7am and 11am each day and we pick up after those hours.
All trash must be bagged and tied securely. Do not leave trash out overnight.

SPEED LIMIT

5 MPH throughout the campground

AFTER HOURS/EMERGENCY NUMBER

If you arrive after the Registration Office has closed, there is a night registration desk available with guest information and campground maps.
If you have a campground emergency, please call (530) 228-2328. If you have a life threatening or safety emergency, please call 911.

GUEST SAFETY AND SECURITY

As always when in a public space, remember to secure/lock your personal belongings, vehicles, toys, etc. during your stay.

Sherri Takaki

Welcome to Red Bluff on the scenic Sacramento!

Sherri Takaki and her husband Wayne welcome you to Red Bluff KOA Journey! Sherri started her KOA career at Acton/North Los Angeles KOA Holiday before moving to Santa Cruz/Monterey Bay KOA Holiday, where she grew through a series of positions to become the campground's Assistant Manager. In 2021, she became the General Manager of Red Bluff KOA Journey. Before starting at KOA, Sherri was involved in the vacation rental industry where she worked in South Lake Tahoe for 17 years. During their free time, Sherri and Wayne enjoy biking, enjoying nature and spending time with family. If you see Sherri around the park, stop and say hello!
