Stayed here once before under other management, and thought it was great. Wonderful to see it is still a perfect place to stop, for a short visit, or to explore the area. Staff was friendly and professional, and very helpful when we wished to change spots. Keep up the excellent work! Thanks!

Great spot! Only suggestions - improve your sprinkler system to water planted areas, not runoff into the streets; shade at K9; laundry prices are insane!

Beautiful facility, nicest grounds I’ve ever seen at a KOA. Staff was incredibly courteous, I thanked them for taking our trash bag to the dumpster and they said “My pleasure, sir!”. It’s been a long time since I was impressed by customer service, but Red Bluff nailed it. Road noise from I5 is a bit much, but it’s a main artery in California. We will stay on the West side next time, may

We loved the campground but even with our KOA membership we found it to be very pricey. Would probably find a more reasonable place next time.

Maybe the nicest resort we've stayed at. They had the amenities we enjoy, they were great communicators by text and email regards any news in the park, and the staff were very responsive to our needs. The grounds, Lodge, pool, hot tub, laundromats, were clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Made the perfect base central to much in north California. We will stay here again.

Red Bluff was one of the nicest KOAs I have ever stayed at and experienced. We only stayed one night going to LA and coming back, but it was great.

I have stayed in quite a few KOA’s and Red Bluff is the top one! Extremely clean, great showers, wonderful jacuzzi and all around perfect place to stay! The staff are friendly and greet me with a smile. Thanks again, I will be back.

This is one of my favorite KOAs, the park is very nice, the staff are great—friendly, helpful and accommodating. I stop here many times a year for quick overnights and longer stays.

Short overnight stay on the road south. This is a really nice KOA. The park is secure and management is very helpful. I'd recommend getting a space toward the back of the park as it is pretty close to I-5 and some of the spots up front were little noisy.

Very expensive $101.99 a night. Gras and Landscaping need care. Stayed there several times before because it was convenient but not at that price.

Too many ruts near concrete pads. They are a trip hazard for anyone using the park. Simply not enough room between concrete pads and grass so use of the grass is necessary. This subjects you to ruts running along the concrete. You cannot see the ruts because they are hidden by the grass.

Have stayed here a number of times. Since KOA change have seen upkeep of grounds decline while price substantially increased. This last time not given correct code number for some gates. Will not be staying here again.

The sites were nicely spaced, had nice grass and bushes, and the community building had good activities. Though we did not use it, the pool looked very nice too!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They keep the restrooms very clean. One suggestion, KOA corporate should have overnight security.

Upon your arrival the staff alerts you to lock everything up, especially any bikes due to theft. You are told the homeless are bad at the river. Where is security? You are aware of a situation, yet you ignore it. Theft is rampant at this KOA. We have come here for many years, and will now go else where. Sad!!! Oh, and that is the consensus of most campers we met there.

Have stayed a few times and loved it. We always ask for the premium area. This time called a week ahead asked for the same spot received the # perfect. Arrived was put in opposite area. Constant driving back and forth on the gravel road. Broken glass everywhere on pad and grass. Went up to office to get a broom clerk seemed put out. It was never reported obviously no-one came to clean up.

Very nice campground. All amenities are kept up beyond what you would expect. The park is very well maintained & the spots are all cement pads with lush grass in between each one. A great playground, pool, game room and public fire pit area (when you can have the fire- depends on the time of year). The staff is very helpful if you have any questions. Also a great store on site that has many items!

From checking to departure, you guys were great . At check-in, we asked if you had a tire pressure gage. Before we got to our site one of the maintenance guys was there to check the pressure. The park is first class. We will stay again.

Level sites; immaculate bathrooms w/ nice amenities; right on the Sacramento River. Easy on and off I-5. Stayed at a fountain site and it was wonderful! Frog and water sounds all night long--didn't even notice freeway noise.

This is a beautiful KOA. We had an amazing site on the river. Unfortunately, we had to deal with the homeless camp on the other side of the fence.

We had a wonderful experience however our neighbors had their bikes stolen our first night. We were warned of homeless on arrival as well. Grounds are beautiful, staff is friendly, sites are clean, great for families.
