Beautiful park, plenty of room, concrete pads, huge sparkling pool, and a very nice rec room. The only thing I could suggest is they mow down the weeds that obstruct the view of the river. We would definitely stay there again.

We love this park. We stay here to attend family functions nearby. Staff is always courteous, friendly, and professional. I must say though that I was disappointed with the growth at the fence blocking the river view.

This is a VERY nice facility. Spaces are large and well maintained. The pool is quite large with a very nice patio and recreation room. This was our first stay but will definitely not be our last.

This is one of the best KOA campgrounds we have stayed in and we have stayed in over 100. Great pool and super nice staff. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the check out of their giant swimming pool. The only negative feedback would be the grounds keeping. The lawns used to be beautiful and lush. They’re now overrun with weeds that the bees are enjoying. Which means we had bees in our sites, constantly.

Very clean and manicured park with many amenities available. Kind courteous staff. Matt who was employee was always most helpful and kind. Always stopped and ask if we needed anything and or if he saw we were struggling with something was kind to offer assistance. Every KOA should have a Matt employee.

We have stayed at this park many times . The park was a lot nicer when it was Durango RV resort. The grounds are not kept up anymore as far as the lawns and weeds. They also don't have cable tv. They always had it before they became a KOA. We swam in the pool and there were people swimming and hanging out in there that clearly weren't staying in the park.

We’ve stayed here several times for work and the staff always take great care of us. Love the riverfront sites and easy access to bike trails. We’ve heard concerns about bike theft, but the staff have always let us store ours inside—we’ve never had an issue.

The day was OK but the breaker kept flipping off on the electricity and they couldn’t have no one there to come out and look at it while I was there so I had to break down my trailer and move it up 10 feet so I could plug into another electrical outlet on another site and reset my trailer back up, which was really annoying. They offered no help with it whatsoever.

Staff and service were great. ��� The buddy sites were just weeds, so I spent more time than I wanted, keeping my dog off, and brushing burrs and foxtails out of his fur and paws.��

Staff was excellent and friendly. Pool is amazing. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the grass is struggling and full of stickers that got in our dogs paws. They have done a bunch of upgrades to spots with pavers and fire pits. Also fenced in dog spots were awesome to see. If the grass was alive and no stickers it would be top notch.

The park is always a convenient place to stop. Easy in and out. Pool area is very nice. We have noticed the landscaping has deteriorated over the years since it became a KOA park. The grass in the sites is brown and weedy. The outer areas along the fences and in planters is also very weedy. Could use some TLC.

I appreciated the level cement pad, the clean restrooms, the view of the Sacramento River, and the considerate guests at the Red Bluff KOA. Also "hats off!" to the professional staff.

This campground is very nice. Clean, with two dog areas for the dogs to play in. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return!!

The place is beautiful and very spacious. It is kept very clean. However, it can be noisy overnight due to trains passing at all hours, even on holidays, and because of Highway 5 right outside the camp. We’d probably return as a stop along the way—but not as a destination—if the prices are reasonable, mainly due to the noise. Unfortunate that KOA have no interest in adding amenities for f

Except for the freeway noise, our stay was wonderful. Full hookups allowed us to close all windows and run our AC units at night, thus reducing the freeway noise and allowing for a better night's sleep. The RV Park was clean, and for the most part well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the view of the river which provided some beautiful sunsets.

We're in a class b so the sites were plenty wide and level but no trees for the spot we were in. Beautiful fountain area for walking dogs around. The bathrooms, showers and laundry room were all clean. Restaurant within easy walking distance. The pool looked inviting but we didn't use. Quiet overnight stay.

very clean, friendly, great amenities, game room that stays open late, independent from the rest of the office and store, pool and spa are clean and refreshing. And if that's not enough, main street is only a mile away, and Sheri restaurant outside the gate serves a great prime rib dinner for $21., it may not look fancy but seems to have a good chef on staff.

We USED to love going to the park, BEFORE it was purchased by KOA. The reasons we used to love it have all disappeared. The grounds USED to be beautifully maintained with nice grass. Now it's just weeds with lots of dead spots. The full timer side is disgusting with 'stuff' everywhere around the sites and weeds are 4 feet tall, you can no longer see the river from the river sites for the weeds

We stayed for 5 nights with 7other RV's the park is beautiful with nice views of the river. However, we were disappointed that despite having cable TV connections no one in our group had reception, when we called to report this were told that someone would sent out to repair it bur no one ever showed up. On a positive note the WiFi was very good. Too many weeds!

The pool was closed broken pump. No cable throughout the park. Was informed KOA was unable to respond to fix it. Cable is not local. Park has weeds growing everywhere. Need to be updated!!

No pool or hot tub. No cable TV. (I told the lady at the desk about the cable. She said someone will be right over.) No one came. The other 9 rigs in our group did not have cable either. Grass at the site is just about gone and now sticker weeds. Sprinklers did not work. I have been coming here sense it opened. Needs better grooming!!!

Our stay was good was little disappointed on how much you hear the highway noice. Also we our site was 101 which was nice being at the end of the,but site had lots of weeds no grass. Other wise it was clean.

This is the number 1 KOA site I have stayed so far. Well-maintained, clean, and joyful site. Very clean restroom, shower and laundry room. I love it and will come again 💕

Red Bluff KOA Journey is a nicely laid out well kept park with beautiful grounds. Nice swimming pool and facilities. We have stayed here a couple of times because of the convient location on I-5 as we traveled north and south. Easy access from here to Lassen National Park. A bit of road noise from the highway. Although the park is right on the Sacramento River there is no access from the park as it is blocked off by a steel fence and a steep bank. The camping spots that back up to the river are nice and you can see the boating and rafting on the river.
