What a great KOA! Nice long, cemented pull throughs, clean park with beautiful trees, and the staff were all very accommodating. Will definitely stay again!

Just a quick overnight stay, after a very long day of driving from WA, through OR, and finally making it to Red Bluff. Beautiful place. Gated, secure, and one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. We wished we had the time to stay longer to enjoy all the amenities. We will definitely be staying here again.

Sites are well spaced - services are excellent - property is expansive and very well maintained - the only negatives are the freeway noise, small dog parks and somewhat higher cost.

Typical situation your Internet provider is terrible. Get with the program. Stayed here for years, but your costs have gone up and services and customer service had gone down

We enjoyed our stay for our spontaneous thanksgiving gathering! Was a very well kept park and services were pleasant and well attended to!. Will definitely stop through again!

The grounds were beautiful and there was garbage service!! Plenty of dog break area! Very, very polite staff! I would definitely stay again and we will make this a regular stop on our way up to the Northwest!!

We were looking for a quiet place where we could relax during the Thanksgiving break. This is a good spot to do that. Not a lot to do if you bring young children.

This is the only koa where I wasn't escorted to my site, and since I was told the number was on the electrical pedestal it took me a loop to figure the numbers were on the ground

Very clean and visually pleasant. Probably the nicest KOA we have stayed at. Easy on/off to I5 Does have road and train noise.

I honestly felt like I was at "Las Vegas" style campground - fountains, lights, etc. Area and facilities were was very clean; staff was very professional, helpful and accomodating. As a matter of fact, the morning of the day I was ro arrive, I received a call to share the weather conditions - rain) since I had reserved a tent spot. For sure, I'd stay again.

This park is VERY nice in EVERY way… except the I-5 traffic noise :/ The community rec room is a beautiful lodge with huge LEATHER couches and chairs and a rentable kitchen with tables that could accommodate a pretty big gathering. Huge pool & jacuzzi. Attentive and friendly staff. So if you don’t mind the traffic noise, (get a spot in the back) it’s a great place.

Actually a really nice campground. Reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was lack of hot water in bathrooms. The one set had a note explaining the lack of hot water so I went up to the one in the pool area. This shower (womens) had a note that it took about 5 minutes for the hot water to kick in. After 10 minutes it was barely warm. I did use it but it never did get hot. Disappointing considering cost.

Why is this campground is only a Journey? In 4-week trip, this was the best out of 5 Journeys. The RV sites have concrete pads, grass, & great picnic tables. The bathrooms are roomy & squeaky clean. The pool is HUGE! The landscaping is park-like. The staff are very friendly & accommodating. Yes, it is right next to I5, but at night, I found traffic sound to be peaceful white noise.

The stay was great. The park is well maintained and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The only downside is the freeway is noisy.

There was no hot water in the restroom near us and they said the pool was year round and was ice cold kid’s don’t like cold water and Wi-Fi didn’t work in all area of the park other wise I had a great time

The sites were nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The area for dog walking left a little to be desired. The gate out to the path along the river locked us out, the gate key didnt work. And there were homeless camp sites that made us feel insecure or safe. The homeless along the river is a big problem. We felt they could jump the fence into the camp area too.

This is a beautiful KOA. We had an amazing site on the river. Unfortunately, we had to deal with the homeless camp on the other side of the fence. If you are looking to pass through, to stay a night, it's great. Definitely not a destination KOA. Service is fantastic. I would not recommend - Unless you want your stuff stolen.

We had a wonderful experience however our neighbors had their bikes stolen our first night. We were warned of homeless on arrival as well. Grounds are beautiful, staff is friendly, sites are clean, great for families.
