It is very clean and well maintained and near food and highway access but the price is traffic noise. A neighbor used the middle of our site as their short cut since we only took up the front half the site. Having strangers a couple of feet from your rear door is incredibly intrusive. They also smoked pot the whole time on an 89 degree day making our camper smell like a grow house.

It’s a nice rv park setting. Except for a few things. The swimming pool is open year round but not heated. Nice pool. Our neighbor next to us had their electric bike stolen around 1:30 am cut the lock they say homeless on drugs. There is no security at night and there is no lighting either so the streets r very dark.

We had a very pleasant three night stay. We had a spot by the fountains and enjoyed the sound of the water. We also enjoyed being visited by the resident ducks. The grounds are well kept and the bathrooms are very clean. If you’re sensitive to the sound of traffic this may not be a good choice as the freeway is close. The wi-fi was excellent but the cable tv and hot tub were both down.

The park is actually nice but security is lacking. Had an electric bike stolen from bike rack which was locked up but they cut lock and my tie down straps. I wouldn’t recommend leaving anything outside of you rig! Park is very beautiful though

A clean park with a newer feel. Nice ammenities, nice staff. The only negative is the train that blows it's horn over and over again during the night.

Our bicycles were stolen the 2nd night. They were locked. After reading reviews this ongoing at this park. Staff confirmed this. If we had been warned we would have secured items inside. We were not aware of this until after the fact. Staff doesn't seem to care ! Park needs night security. We have traveled with our bikes 7 years all over the US never been an issue until now.

Staff members are friendly and smiling. The campground is in wonderful shape and so easy to find and park. We stayed outbound and inbound on our last trip and this KOA is our "go to" site.

Very professional and friendly. Really felt that the maintenance staff were on top of it. They staved off the homeless that were yelling and running towards me and were very protective of the guests. Impressive!

Staff very helpful and polite. Clean bathrooms. Easy access from I-5. If you’re a light sleeper you will notice the freeway and train sound.

This park is gorgeous and wish I could have stayed longer. I was in transit, but I think on my way thru next year I will stay longer. The grounds were perfect and the amenities were spectacular!!! My stay started out perfect with my check in and the hospitality was top notch!!!

The nicest Journey KOA we have ever visited. Nice level concrete sites and paved roads throughout. Great landscaping. I wish I could have stayed longer but had already made reservations on down the road. If you are in the area I would highly recommend this KOA.

The only problem we had during our stay was the lack of TV cable connection. Loved the couple of ducks, the nice sites and friendly staff.

We stayed here frequently when it was Durango and enjoyed it. This was the first time since it became KOA. Very disappointed in the grounds maintenance and dead shrubbery. No street lights. As a walker it was extremely dark and unsafe at night. Restrooms were in fair condition, except the ceiling vents were completely clogged with dirty dust. Staff was friendly.

Enjoyed it except a employee car parked in our site right next to parking lot with no one in it? We sat a little bit called the office and got an answering machine. I assume they contacted the lady because she came out and moved without so much as acknowledging inconveniencing a guest. Thought it rude. Otherwise we had a great stay.

10/5/23 1:45a cable locked eBike was stolen from the bike rack attached to our motorhome. A second bike would have been taken as well if I had not been awakened and scared the thief off. Place looks secure, but obviously is not. On site manager was helpful, blamed it on nearby homeless population.

It was a great park, staff were friendly and helpful. It was great to have 24 hour laundry and the pool was beautiful except that we went in the hot tub and it bleached my $100 swimsuit and ruined it as well as caused rashes on our kids... the chlorine level must have been way too high. We did let the staff know about the issue and they were receptive to fixing it.

This was probably the NICEST Koa park we've stayed at...the grounds, buildings and amenities were 100%. Additionally we were very pleased to see the gate security measures. Your staff was friendly and welcoming! Love the fountains in the middle of the park and the big sites that back the river! The only negative was the train noises in the middle of the night - those whistles are loud LOL!!

We just did an overnight while driving down I-5, but as usual, our stay was a good one. Very clean park, easy check in, and great staff. One of these trips we'll stay a bit longer to take advantage of that great pool.

This is an RV Park so no rooms but the RV spaces are very nice. This is one of the best RV Parks I have been in. I highly recommend you stay here. The area is close to many restaurants etc.

Beautiful, clean, green, Sites are large and level with plenty of room between neighbors. The best RV park Wifi we have experienced in all of our travels. Speed test registers as "fast" - capable of streaming. Far enough off of the freeway that the park is very quiet.
