It was awesome ! Very nice property, BEST WI-FI I HAVE WVER HAD AT A KOA ! Only let down was I did not get the disabled veteran discount credited back after check in.

We're in a class b so the sites were plenty wide and level but no trees for the spot we were in. Beautiful fountain area for walking dogs around. The bathrooms, showers and laundry room were all clean. Restaurant within easy walking distance. The pool looked inviting but we didn't use. Quiet overnight stay.

very clean, friendly, great amenities, game room that stays open late, independent from the rest of the office and store, pool and spa are clean and refreshing. And if that's not enough, main street is only a mile away, and Sheri restaurant outside the gate serves a great prime rib dinner for $21., it may not look fancy but seems to have a good chef on staff.

We USED to love going to the park, BEFORE it was purchased by KOA. The reasons we used to love it have all disappeared. The grounds USED to be beautifully maintained with nice grass. Now it's just weeds with lots of dead spots. The full timer side is disgusting with 'stuff' everywhere around the sites and weeds are 4 feet tall, you can no longer see the river from the river sites for the weeds

We stayed for 5 nights with 7other RV's the park is beautiful with nice views of the river. However, we were disappointed that despite having cable TV connections no one in our group had reception, when we called to report this were told that someone would sent out to repair it bur no one ever showed up. On a positive note the WiFi was very good. Too many weeds!

The pool was closed broken pump. No cable throughout the park. Was informed KOA was unable to respond to fix it. Cable is not local. Park has weeds growing everywhere. Need to be updated!!

No pool or hot tub. No cable TV. (I told the lady at the desk about the cable. She said someone will be right over.) No one came. The other 9 rigs in our group did not have cable either. Grass at the site is just about gone and now sticker weeds. Sprinklers did not work. I have been coming here sense it opened. Needs better grooming!!!

Our stay was good was little disappointed on how much you hear the highway noice. Also we our site was 101 which was nice being at the end of the,but site had lots of weeds no grass. Other wise it was clean.

We arrived to a site that was not cleaned. The grill was filthy and we called for propane, which was delivered to our "door". I couldn't lift the propane tank to even get it on the grill. I was disappointed to say the least. When this RV Park was Durango RV Resort, it was extremely well maintained, clean and a place I'd continue to stay.

We booked 2 nights and found out when we arrived that the pool & hot tub were closed. We then went to use the laundry but 4 of the 5 washing machines were broken down. Otherwise it was a nice park in a convenient location.

This is a nice, convenient, park. Spaces are nicely paved, with grass areas around each spot. My only complaint is way too many feral cats. Understanding that is difficult to control, however, people are putting out plates of cat food which only exacerbates the problem.

We were bummed that we paid for a river spot (our favorite) and couldn't see the river at all because the weeds were to high.

Park is clean and restrooms are modern and clean. Dog walking was disappointing as there were many stickers in the grass. The pool and spa are currently closed for repairs. The office did not have ice available due to freezer out of order, which required walking a couple blocks to the store.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was quiet and clean. Felt safe to walk around and ride our bikes around! Only downside was the pool being unavailable I feel like we should have been accommodated at the price point since both pool and hot tub were down.

Made us stay right on the freeway, way to noisy. Washing machines mostly not working and not getting fixed in two months time. Just as weather is warming up the pool was closed and no fix in the near future as far as we could tell. Been closed for weeks already.

Nice place clean and well kept. Utilities worked great. My only negative is that whenever I stay at a KOA, the pool is out of service. It was really hot and I wanted a swim. Like I say, KOA pools are seemingly NEVER open, but that doesn't mean anything is given in exchange for no pool.

We come quite often and the girls in the front desk are so great, very accommodating and the friendliest ever. Grounds keeper are very nice too. Love coming when ever we can and get our special site.

The good, nice person at check-in, clean campground � The bad Pool wasn’t working, no ice available, had to switch two spots because the power monument had not been maintained. Zero river access from campground. And I can’t forget to mention the freeway noise. I’ll definitely drive further next time.

We were very disappointed in our stay. The staff were wonderful but the campground itself is not. The pool and hot tub were out of order, 90% of the washers and dryers in the laundry facilities were out of order and the cable only got 5 channels. The “nature” walk basically leads to a homeless encampment by the river.

This is the number 1 KOA site I have stayed so far. Well-maintained, clean, and joyful site. Very clean restroom, shower and laundry room. I love it and will come again 💕

Red Bluff KOA Journey is a nicely laid out well kept park with beautiful grounds. Nice swimming pool and facilities. We have stayed here a couple of times because of the convient location on I-5 as we traveled north and south. Easy access from here to Lassen National Park. A bit of road noise from the highway. Although the park is right on the Sacramento River there is no access from the park as it is blocked off by a steel fence and a steep bank. The camping spots that back up to the river are nice and you can see the boating and rafting on the river.
