This is by far the nicest KOA I have ever stayed at.

This is a great RV Park. We have stayed before when it was Durango. We are not sure why this is a KOA Journey Park versus Holiday. This is Holiday quality based on our experience.

We have stayed at KOA across the country and enjoyed our visits. This happened to us yesterday, September 19. Our site and others throughout the park were awakened by the noise of a weed wacker before 9 am. We realize that RV park maintenance has to be done. There was wet cut grass all over the RV and all the hoses and power cord. It took an hour to clean up the mess. I am very disappointed.

We chose the location because of the convenience but we have returned because it is a wonderful place to stay and has only gotten better each time. We were bummed there were new owners, when we first found out but they have improved what we didn’t know could get better. Everything is clean, well kept and tended to. The staff are helpful/friendly. Our kids love it and we can’t wait til next tim

Clean, quiet and right on the Sacramento River. Stayed here a few times and we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing staff!!! They are five star attentive, hard wor,This KOA more than met our hopes for afacility so near the I5 freeway. Most of the grounds are in a park like setting especially the sites like ours adjacent to a grass strip. I would have given this a five star rating however the jacuzzi has not been properly functioning for a while. The giant pool and bathrooms were beautifully maintained.

This used to be our favorite place to stay when it was Durango. Since it’s KOA the quality has noticeably decreased. The hot tub jets don’t work and have been inoperable for a long time. Some of the fixtures in the main ladies shower are broken and the shower area was grimy. The bathroom area seemed quite clean.

We tent camped. The campsite were incredibly close to each other. Although it’s nice to see the Sac River it is completely drowned out by car noise as you’re right next to the freeway. The place as a whole was nice and well kept.

We have been going to this park since it first opened as Durango. We have watched the trees grow from twigs to nice shade trees. The landscaping was once pristine. Since KOA took over the quality of the facility has deteriorated. Lots of maintenance has been neglected. Many of the once lush green lawns are dead. There are ferrel cats everywhere. They climb up under your coach. No more dog cookies.

We have stayed here before it was KOA and love it, it is just a good except better service at check-in. Wonderful.

Was very clean, but our site had dead lawn area and no trees for shade in 100 degree weather we chose to check out a day early. Noise from freeway and trains is also not a relaxing experience

we have stayed here many times, but since it has become a KOA, the quality of the park seems to have diminished somewhat...things are not maintained as well as they used to be, and that shows in the number of RV's that are in the park the last couple of times we have stayed. The location is great, and the staff is friendly, but the public areas are not as clean as they used to be.

It is a beautiful park. The only thing that surprised us was no escort to our site.

It was a short stay but everything was there that we needed and nicely done. The lounge, laundry, and gym were more than adequate.

Great KOA for a couple of days when traveling. Perfect location when Traveling from CA to OR or WA. This KOA Park is in great condition. The management and support team are very professional and friendly. Will plan on staying at this location from now on when traveling north or coming home.

We weren't very happy this stay we stayed in site #96 every morning we woke up our site was flooded by the sprinklers my power cord and city water hose were laying in water. Then the sprinklers soaked the whole side of my truck leaving water spots. The Red Bluff KOA is a good stopping point as we travel to Oregon. We have stayed there many times. The sites are good size and there is always grass for the dogs to lay on. This time our site was right next door to the doggie area which was very convenient. The only thing I did not like was that we could not move the table out of the sun. It was very hot that day!

We stayed one evening. The place is very clean. The staff is friendly. Staff recommended an excellent place to eat dinner. We plan on staying here again when we're in the area.

Wish we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed the drinks and meal at the restaurant. A very relaxing and peaceful KOA. We look forward to visiting again.

It’s only been one night and we have 5 more to go. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Sites are clean and Bear Creek is tranquil!

We only stayed overnight but my wife and I both commented that this is probably the nicest looking KOA we have ever seen. Very nice facilities and well maintained.

Was disappointed with no pool (vandalism) so no use but saw people in the pool when we walked the dog. Also site had broken glass and garbage around.

We occupied one of the tent sites for only one night and utilized the restrooms and showers. Both were very clean and very close to our tent site. We were greeted by a very friendly staff that informed us of all the necessary codes for gates, showers and restrooms.

Nice quiet RV Park. Easy access to I-5 and has views of the Sacramento River. Well maintained grounds and friendly staff. Security gates are locked at 7pm. Has a tent sites and RV sites with river view, sites with a fountain view, pool, play area for kids and adults, laundry, shower and dog park. Back in and pull through sites with 30/50 amp services are available.

This was our first KOA stay. What a great experience! Super quiet campers in the park (minus the subtle freeway noise, but not unlike the constant sound of the ocean). Friendly staff, super clean grounds and facilities, with staff monitoring the security of the grounds in their golf cart constantly, code-lock (safe) shower/bathroom, 2 clubhouses, beautiful pool area with a nightly fire pit fire that we looked forward to seeing from our campsite. We also really needed the full hookups and laundry room with coin changer in the main clubhouse location (they have another one on the other end of the park as well) as we had been on the road a while. Nice paved, level RV pads, and an enclosed K9 play area and river walk that our dog enjoyed. We are now KOA members and headed to our next KOA stay in Bakersfield. Enjoyed our stay!
