Love this campground. Clean, well kept, large sites. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The showers and laundry facilities are always spotless. Great location, close to the lake and town with plenty to do.

It was great, we were in town for a softball tournament. We live in Kalispell, it was nice to enjoy the lake from a different view. Group of Boy Scouts were extremely loud and rude when my girls and I were showering, but a nice employee stepped in when I spoke with them about how loud they were being.

Very costly KOA site. I can stay in a campground for a third of that price with hook ups. Not sure if it was because of the holiday or what. Then to charge for miniature golf and all, ouch. The staff was friendly and the park was very clean and tidy.

Polson KOA has become an annual event-Book Early. The grounds, view, & staff are unbeatable. Polson downtown and surrounding areas have a lot to offer, making your stay more enjoyable.

Nice KOA with great views of Flathead Lake. This KOA desperately needs a separate shower house for the small RV / tent campers. There is only 4 toilets for the whole camp. I had to wait for a sink and toilet several times on my overnight. What is there is nice, but mainly to service the pool and not sufficient for a campground of this size..

Beautiful RV Park with amenities. The couple running the park along with the staff were great and very friendly. The park was clean and in good working condition.

We had a great stay here. Was in town for a wedding and was perfect for us to park our trailer, enjoy Polson, and attend the event. Great amenities here. We enjoyed the hot tub and had a little campfire at our site every night. The people were super friendly and helpful, and the little store had everything you might need, and a couple things I might not have needed but I wanted.

We thought we had paid for an additional day. The staff offered a different spot as ours was already booked. Then the RV wouldn't start so we had to cal a repair person,which caused a delay in our departure. The staff was very understanding and helpful during this delay.

Outstanding staff and well maintained campground. Only complaint was site related, #35. Sewer conns were set too high for our airstream - one was uphill and the other was essentialy level, drainage was a problem. Also the site is so narrow that even with our trailer parked tight to the uphill side our door opened up onto a slope which made getting in and out risky for us old folk.

Helpful people in the office, grounds crew kept the place spotless, flowers were so healthy and beautiful, a well stocked store and the spa and pool area was kept clean, even the miniature golf was leaf free! We love this place !!! It doesn’t ever disappoint!

Once again we had a wonderful stay. The campground was nicely maintained and the staff and crew very friendly. The area is beautiful so what is not to like? We are already thinking about a longer stay next year. Keep up the good work.

Very nice, clean, and well spaced sites. Staff were very friendly, very helpful. I needed propane and they picked up and delivered my tanks to my site. Beautiful campground! Can't wait to go back.

This KOA is just not up to the standard we have come to expect from KOA. The things we didn't like: It is on a hill. Pool is super small. The grass is not well maintained. Dog park was not well maintained. The ground around our site was site was so uneven, the picnic table could not be leveled. You had to pay extra to play minature golf?? We have never had to do that before.

Stayed a week and enjoyed the KOA. Extended our stay for the following weekend. Moved to a spit with a great view of the lake. New people with dogs moved in next site. Dogs barked. We talked to KOA staff. Dogs barked at 6am. We talked to staff. Dogs continue to bark at everyone and nothing. Next morning dogs barked at 5:45am. Staff gave 1 night reimbursement. Better to enjoy the nice site.

Very nice campground. Kept up well. Great views. Sewer connection was a little smaller than most. Overall a great KOA. Price is a bit high.

Facilities were fine and clean. Camping site was very small. Having to eat next to your neighbors sewer hose is gross.

Beautiful campground! Great view of Flathead Lake. Very clean, green grass at sights. Would not be ideal for families with small children as not much to do; swimming pool, mini golf and ping-pong.

We stay here every year. we love the campground location, close to town, Lake Views, it is one of the cleanest KOA's we go to, lots of amenities, friendly staff. Do not change a thing! We have been to a lot of other KOA campgrounds, and none will surpass or equal the Polson KOA, Thanks for keeping it just the way it is and better!.

Well manicured property with a very friendly staff. However, the incessant running of golf carts up and down the same lane which ran by our site was intrusive and breaks the tranquility of the setting. By 7:45 it started and went all day. Hosed the site next to us. Came back around and sat there. Waiting for us? We had 1 1/2 hours to leave. Just a bit over the top.

Office personnel were very nice. Outside maintenance workers (there was one with a southern accent he was the exception) were not as friendly and drove the golf carts fast thru the resort, causing dust clouds even when guests were sitting outside trying to enjoy being there. Made being outside not as enjoyable. Probably would not book again even though the view is one of the best we have seen.

This is an exceptionally nice KOA. Hosts were very patient and kind. Spaces were spread out. Bath house was spotless. Store was very nice. Grass and park areas are immaculately maintained.

We were early season so able to grab a beautiful lake view spot. The office and grounds staff were very friendly. The grounds and all facilities were very clean. We will be back

Can't speak to the rooms, but we picked this particular KOA because it had a hot tub and a pool in June. Had we known about the pool's heater being broken (told about it on arrival) and temperature of pool same as outside - 60s then we would have gone to another KOA. Already put the deposit and paid for the spot for our travel trailer so that is that. 4 stars. Replace or fix the heater for the pool or drop your rates for your guests and admit you don't have a heated pool on your website. I bet Kalispell has pool service techs that can fix heater if Polson doesn't. Paid for premium spot and got a picnic patio alright, but it is peeling all over the handrails and supports. Sand and paint the picnic area decks that are part of a premium upgrade package for traveling rv'rs.

Beautiful views, extremely friendly staff, clean facilities, reasonable prices. I love getting to stay at koa's when I camp out of my truck, sometimes they can get pricey but this one is very reasonable. You have a great view of the lake and mountains from any spot in the park. No complaints whatsoever!

First time staying in a Kabin but it was a great stay. Will most likely stay next year. Upgraded to 1 of these kitchenette Kabins and it's absolutely worth it. Amazing
