This KOA is very clean and well maintained. The price is also reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful. We would for sure stay here again in the future.

Staff was very friendly. Our lodge was not properly stocked so we did have to ask for extra garbage bags , toilet paper and paper towels. Rained almost all 3 days but we still had a good time.

The fact that kids under 18 could not use the hot tub was very disappointing. We understand that maybe kids under 5 as is the rule for any other hotel or fitness centers. We would have stayed at a hotel had we known that.

The location is beautiful, everything is clean, very pet-friendly, and the staff is great! We plan to stay again next summer. Thank you for a wonderful and peaceful stay!

We had a wonderful stay and the place was very nice and well cared for. The major issue we had was the bathhouse location. It makes no sense for the bathhouse to located so far away from the tenting and kamping kabin area. These locations are what need the bathhouse most and they are the locations farthest from the bathhouse. Please consider making some changes to this.

We enjoyed the deluxe cabin very much. It was safe for the storms we had. Big enough to not be cramped. Comfortable bed and great bathroom. Large refrigerator. A hot plate would have been helpful indoors but the microwave was very helpful.

We met friends and had a great time. We were in the large cabin! It was Awesome! Rented a pontoon boat in Long Arm and explored Flathead Lake! Stopped the The Show Restaurant for appetizers and happy hour food was amazing, wished we had planned to have dinner! Ron our camp host at the KOA was amazing and was the best host! Service was over the top!

I called to book a room for the night, and the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I told her that my group would be arriving after the office closed and the key was left outside for us -no hassle- The camping Kabin we stayed in was simple and quaint, but that is all we need. The view out over Flathead Lake is phenomenal morning or night! Quiet and off the road, I'll remember this KOA!

The cabin was very nice and reasonably priced, and Debbie and Tom were so kind and accommodating during our stay. The facilities were very clean.

I love KOAs! The Polson KOA had an extremely friendly and helpful staff, the cottage was clean and had everything I needed. This isn’t a complaint about the KOA itself, but there were a lot of spiders outside the cottage and I walked into an ungodly amount of spider webs! Haha, if you’re not about bugs and spiders, maybe don’t go camping! It just stood out to me. But no complaints!

We stayed 5 nights in Kottage, with hot tub. Went to Glacier 2 days, Bison range 1, and hiked in Whitefish. We loved it. Came back to our little cabin that was properly furnished. Huckleberry pancakes Saturday. Couldn’t of had a better time. 5 stars

The issue that we had was there was so many spiders around and it was in the cabin itself.They got into our cooler. Otherwise it was a great state

Can't speak to the rooms, but we picked this particular KOA because it had a hot tub and a pool in June. Had we known about the pool's heater being broken (told about it on arrival) and temperature of pool same as outside - 60s then we would have gone to another KOA. Already put the deposit and paid for the spot for our travel trailer so that is that. 4 stars. Replace or fix the heater for the pool or drop your rates for your guests and admit you don't have a heated pool on your website. I bet Kalispell has pool service techs that can fix heater if Polson doesn't. Paid for premium spot and got a picnic patio alright, but it is peeling all over the handrails and supports. Sand and paint the picnic area decks that are part of a premium upgrade package for traveling rv'rs.

Beautiful views, extremely friendly staff, clean facilities, reasonable prices. I love getting to stay at koa's when I camp out of my truck, sometimes they can get pricey but this one is very reasonable. You have a great view of the lake and mountains from any spot in the park. No complaints whatsoever!

First time staying in a Kabin but it was a great stay. Will most likely stay next year. Upgraded to 1 of these kitchenette Kabins and it's absolutely worth it. Amazing
