The friendliest staff around…always greeting you with a big smile and a friendly wave. The facility and campground are very clean and has the most beautiful views! I’ve enjoyed coming here from Canada for many years…I will return again next year! ~ Alberta, Canada

The women working in the office are lovely. They are so helpful, welcoming, and just a pleasure to talk with. the spots are too close together. We paid extra for an 'upgraded' space but it was just a deck. To us it wasn't worth it because it took away usable space to lounge. The sewage system needs work. The hoses don't attach, even with the bricks you're stuck smell sewer whilst you're there. TBC

Overall, everything was great. I didn't like how the sewage drains were on the uphill sides of the camping spots, it made it difficult to dump. However, I was able to use it when needed. The Wi-Fi was horrible, that needs to be upgraded in a big way. But, overall, great staff and everything was wonderful.

Nice trees, well maintained gravel sites and roads. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean restrooms and showers. The views of Flathead Lake were superb! We were on an outside row patio site overlooking the lake. It was perfect for relaxing!

We spent two nights in July 2025. The KOA sits on a hill northwest of Polson, MT, and overlooks Flathead Lake and the Swan Range to the east. The KOA is well-kept: nice, graveled sites with a table and fire pit at our site. Very friendly staff and one of the best KOA gift shops we've seen. The showers are private rooms, a bit small, but clean and well appointed. Mini-golf & ping pong for the kids.

Park was very clean. Bathrooms are great and tidy. Showers cleaned daily. Staff was nice and helpful. Had a new neighbor show up in a singular car and camping in her car, very strange set up for an RV park. Her campsite wasn't tidy and she had a horrible cough. Perhaps the park can designate car only campers in a specific area. Other than that, all good!

Polson KOA has a beautiful view of Flathead Lake and a lovely deck overlooking it next to the pool. It's small but clean and nice, staff is friendly. The only drawback is only 2 restrooms and 3 unisex showers right off desk in the registration building rather than out in the campround.

This KOA is easy to get to, they guide you to your site and helped me at the desk to find some things I was looking for. Friendly staff. My only concern is the far north loop also has a dump station. The road is too narrow. I had to barely squeeze my camper by a fellow using it without hitting a walled flower display and a big rock. Not good.

The best campground we have stayed at. Extremely clean, organized, great views, friendly staff. We got engaged on our trip and the staff went out of their way to congratulate us. It was so welcoming and we had the best stay!

Sites are packed a little tight and the coffee was very weak but everything else-the views of the lake and mountains, the showers/bathrooms/laundry, the hospitality and the extras (pool,hot tub,mini golf)-were fantastic!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The campground has absolutely stunning views of Flathead Lake! Polson has all the convenient services for campers. This is the perfect stopover if heading to the Glacier National Park area. Definitely one of my favorite KOA campgrounds!

Aleta and Paula went out of their way to help fix an issue with my reservation (which was totally my mistake) and made us feel super welcome. Very clean and well maintained campground in the most beautiful location with views all around. Excellent camp store in the office building and really nice restrooms. Definitely coming back!

Great KOA to stay at and we had site 19 and the views looking at the lake and mountains were fantastic! The people were great and helpful with things to see. Manger was great and campground was taken care of well. We would recommend staying here to all.

The campgrounds was well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful. Even providing a wonderful evening of live entertainment. It has a beautiful view of the lake and inviting opportunity to swim, exercise or play miniature golf.

I was given a spot at the top of the hill that offered 20 amp electric/water. Two employees helped move the picnic table to a slice of shade, but this was the only site that didn’t provide a level deck for the table, so it sat on a slant. The temp was around 95, with a hot wind. I found it impossible to light my Colman and cook on the slant with the wind. No A/C and no alternate spot. Expensive

We have been going here for five years or more. Notice they decline in the overall care of this place. Also wanted to stay one extra hour and a half empty park and they wanted to charge me $25. Likely finding a new place to stay.

We stayed there for three nights. The site was clean (including the restrooms and laundry). We liked the private shower rooms as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Very clean, friendly staff! I was towing 2 watercraft behind my camper. The staff was ready for our arrival and helped me unhook the watercraft and then they towed them to a secure storage for me while I set up This place is amazing and we will definitely go back!

Very nice property. Clean showers and restrooms and an amazing laundry room. Very friendly staff. Not all sites have waste dump so ask if you want a dump site on your camping site. Ours did not but they let you pull into the closest empty site site to dump or go to the designated dump site.

Was an hour early for check-in, charged $25 for early check-in even though site was ready. Grass all burnt up on our site. Advertised beautiful view of lake even though we could not see the lake from our site.

Can't speak to the rooms, but we picked this particular KOA because it had a hot tub and a pool in June. Had we known about the pool's heater being broken (told about it on arrival) and temperature of pool same as outside - 60s then we would have gone to another KOA. Already put the deposit and paid for the spot for our travel trailer so that is that. 4 stars. Replace or fix the heater for the pool or drop your rates for your guests and admit you don't have a heated pool on your website. I bet Kalispell has pool service techs that can fix heater if Polson doesn't. Paid for premium spot and got a picnic patio alright, but it is peeling all over the handrails and supports. Sand and paint the picnic area decks that are part of a premium upgrade package for traveling rv'rs.

Beautiful views, extremely friendly staff, clean facilities, reasonable prices. I love getting to stay at koa's when I camp out of my truck, sometimes they can get pricey but this one is very reasonable. You have a great view of the lake and mountains from any spot in the park. No complaints whatsoever!

First time staying in a Kabin but it was a great stay. Will most likely stay next year. Upgraded to 1 of these kitchenette Kabins and it's absolutely worth it. Amazing
