What a beautiful setting for the KOA. The pool and hot tub were clean and hours were posted daily. Pee wee gold course was fun addition while we had downtown one evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for us during our stay. We are definitely returning to this KOA we needed more time to visit Glacier and other areas.

So far, after numerous KOA, and other campgrounds, KOA Flathead is the best experience we have had. Friendly staff, very clean showers/restrooms, and numerous fun things to do. Unbelievable that you drain and clean the pool 4 times during the season.

Park is clean and ammenities were great. Kids enjoyed the pool. We had an internet connect issue which management helped resolve quickly. Campground FIX IT man was very kind and helpful

We stayed two nights to kick off an our vacation. These two nights were just for us to relax before meeting my daughter and her husband up in Glacier, a trip that will be constant movement and busy. Our stay in Polson was short but just what we needed. The view from our patio site was beautiful.

We loved our stay, the grounds are beautiful and we loved the pool with the view. I did find the chemicals in the pool to be a bit harsh. I would come back!

Lovely campground with excellent, friendly staff. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us whenever we called. Thank you! It would have been nice to have a bathroom closer to the cabin area. Lovely views of the Flathead and campground was welll maintained.

We were very happy with our campsite. We had been trying to get one of these campsites for a long time and finally were able to experience it. We will be back again and hopefully be able to get one of the great view campsites again.

We were 45 feet long and hauling a trailer which made us 75 feet long. It was a last minute decision to stop there for a few days. They made accommodations for us but we had to unhook the trailer. They moved it to a secured and locked lot for us with their truck. Very friendly and helpful. Keep very clean and beautiful view of Flathead lake. Sunsets were stunning!

Our site was on a slant and it was uncomfortable to walk on once we were out. everything was good. but walking once we were out of our RV was difficult for us.

all was very good.breakfast and evening entertainment was a suprise and very good. only negative was hot tub water was cloudy, full of debris and in bad shape but got told to keep my beer off the side because if i spilled it he'd have to change the water. i , my wife, and 2 other guests in there laughed. i told him it looked way past needing changed and the alcohol in the beer would only help it.

This is our second time staying at the Polson KOA and once again had a great experience. We loved how the premium pull-throughs had the fire pit, grill and seating which was amazing. The place is super clean and tidy. We love the ammenities and activities. Mini-golf is one of the best I've seen and the pool is great! We will definitely keep staying here.

Great campground. Spent nights at two KOA Holidays in the valley and this one was by far better. Loved the minigolf and the pool. Everything was super clean and the staff was great. The only thing that was annoying was that all of the sites were very unlevel, everyone I saw, including myself had to level or I heard comments about not being able to get level. Will DEFINITELY be back!!

Felt like I was on top of my neighbors. Sewage line positioning is exposed to our camp and w/campers rotating out nearly every day we smelled lots of sewer gas. Sites barely maintained in my opinion. Grass needed cutting by third day but never cut. Sad that you charge $90/night on average but then charge kids to play putt putt. Laundry facilities were completely occupied by your house keeping staf

Sites are too cramped. Thin slices of grass makes you feel on top of one another. Neighbors fire pit was like three feet from our RV. No view of water unless you're up front. Speed limit not obeyed, nor enforced. Grass in the dog park could be nicer as it's more like weeds and sparse in areas. Has great potential though. Daily breakfast would be a sweet treat. Not just on Saturdays.

It was awful. From start to finish. So many disappointing experiences with staff. Will not be back. To top it off I watched a grounds keeper “Scooter” literally shout at kids and threaten them for playing in the pool. The mother is the boy spoke to him, but it was disturbing to watch especially since the kids were doing nothing wrong. I will never return

The ladies at the front counter were very helpful. Don't quite understand why. All the golf carts are going by checking their clipboard every 15 minutes. Also, you have the same hours for the hot tub in the pool or basically and hot tubs are usually better at a.m. Early before 9:00 and p.m. after 7:00. . Also had it that Saturday's pancake was going to be a free pancake and it turned out that

Campsite was too tight for our 5th wheel. Site was so unlevel ran out of blocks. Sites were so close neighbors chairs were against our trailer. Booked three monts ahead. Scheduler needs training. Handyman was Fantastic helping us

We were recently at the Polson KOA for a little “staycation “ with our three grandchildren. So many things for them to do with the pool, playground, mini golf, basketball, cornhole etc. the grounds were beautifully manicured and such a pretty view of Flathead lake and the town of Polson. Definitely the best KOA we have visited!

Stayed in a deck end pull thru site. Excellent views! Very clean bathrooms and showers. Friendly staff. Well stocked general store. Will visit again in the future!

Can't speak to the rooms, but we picked this particular KOA because it had a hot tub and a pool in June. Had we known about the pool's heater being broken (told about it on arrival) and temperature of pool same as outside - 60s then we would have gone to another KOA. Already put the deposit and paid for the spot for our travel trailer so that is that. 4 stars. Replace or fix the heater for the pool or drop your rates for your guests and admit you don't have a heated pool on your website. I bet Kalispell has pool service techs that can fix heater if Polson doesn't. Paid for premium spot and got a picnic patio alright, but it is peeling all over the handrails and supports. Sand and paint the picnic area decks that are part of a premium upgrade package for traveling rv'rs.

Beautiful views, extremely friendly staff, clean facilities, reasonable prices. I love getting to stay at koa's when I camp out of my truck, sometimes they can get pricey but this one is very reasonable. You have a great view of the lake and mountains from any spot in the park. No complaints whatsoever!

First time staying in a Kabin but it was a great stay. Will most likely stay next year. Upgraded to 1 of these kitchenette Kabins and it's absolutely worth it. Amazing
