Cabins were clean and quiet. Roads in the campground had a loose pea gravel surface and very difficult to drive a motorcycle on with falling over.

Great campsite though sites a little close to each other and many with a sloping lawn. were very impressed with how neat and tidy everywhere was with lots of flowers. also impressed with thoroughness of clean of site after people left, even carefully raking the gravel. you should get a gadget to attach to the golf cart to do that. Friendly people & we enjoyed the Saturday huckleberry pancakes

You should get five stars but the bathroom facilities are inadequate. That said, it is a beautiful campground, excellent location, and the staff is super nice and friendly. We are already contemplating a longer stay for next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Polson KOA! The deluxe cabin met all our needs, plus a few extra! It was very clean and made us feel right at home! Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would stay there again if traveling to Polson!

The Flathead Lake KOA is well designed to take advantage of its beauty setting. Clean facilities, friendly & professional staff, and comfortable site made for a great experience.

Only stayed for one night but park is really nice and great views of Flathead Lake. Super friendly employees! Would definitely recommend! And the huckleberry pancakes are the best!!

Gorgeous views. Roads were a little tight in the section we were in, but not unmanageable. Staff was very helpful and kind. Mini Golf was on another level! Restrooms extremely clean and well maintained.

We have been staying at KOAs whenever possible... this one was absolutely perfect... everything up and working at facility... and in wonderful condition... beautiful setup for visitors.

While most things were positive about the stay, the pool is very very small and the extra charge for mini golf kept us from playing. The volleyball court had fresh sand but really needs to have the large pile of sand flattened out.

Everything is wonderful except the slope angle of the pull in, and table area at space 47. We were leaning all the time.. They need to be leveled. So does the picnic table in the pet area. Everything else was fantastic, staff was just wonderful, and everything spotless. Loved our stay.

We stay here every year, amongst other KOA's as we are members, but this Polson, MT KOA is our favorite ! Alway so clean, and kept up, workers are always buzzing around cleaning, front desk personnel are always happy & pleasant! The views of the lake and mountains are amazing, and it is just a short jaunt to town, the pool is clean and sparkly too, and the price is not unreasonable. Thanks

Everything was great, service was great, very friendly. However, pool was only open until 7:45, the mini golf and pancake breakfast you had to pay for. I’ve stayed at other locations (whitefish koa) where those were free. Frustrating how it’s not the same

the staff was so nice and the cabins were perfect. we didn't realize the bunkbeds and loft didn't come with bedding but, other than that the place was beautiful.

We loved staying here. The people were awesome. The facilities were exceptional & clean. Loved the gift shop. The sites were fantastic with beautiful flowers & lovely trees. The location was close to town but far enough from the road so it was very quiet. There were KOA cats that were sweet and made friendly visits, Fang was our pal for the visit. The view was amazing. Fabulous place to stay!

Good weekend get away. If you're going to charge for mini golf then you should clear the course. Customer service was excellent and everyone worked with a goal of ensuring a great stay.

The campsite is beautiful. The entire place is very clean. I do prefer places with a few less rules and restrictions. Overall it is very nice and the view is fantastic!

Friendly staff, escorts to site and assistance in parking. Nice, clean laundry room, and quarters are available for machines. Sites are nice, we had the premium site with a concrete pad, table, grill, and fire pit.

The sites are very cramped. The staff was NOT very friendly at all. There were constantly two golf carts driving around telling people what not to do. I understand there needs to be order, but I feel like the staff was always in a bad mood. Not very welcoming.

This campground is very well staffed and maintained. We enjoyed our stay. To improve- the pool closes very early, we noticed it was open an hour later on the weekend, but much of our trip was during the week so we were only able to accommodate making it back one day for our kids to swim.

My stay there was unbelievable. Staff is very friendly and nice. Saw some wildlife that made me even more happy. The place was kept very clean and well maintained. Will definitely come back. Thank you for the nice stay.

We are full-time RVer. We stayed in a camping cottage instead of pulling our RV up there. Wi-Fi is pretty much nonexistent TV remote not working very well. This is the first RV resort that we have seen charging to play miniature golf. AC in bedroom would run 20 seconds every two minutes. Woke up in morning with spider on blanket. Decided to leave a day early.

Nice place for a quick stop. We stayed 4 days, way too long for what’s in the area. Bathrooms are kept very clean, friendly staff.

Every person I encountered from Hummingbird Debbie to Mr. Fixit John were absolutely wonderful. They were cheerful, knowledgeable and very helpful. Im a widow in my 70s and I just purchased my first travel trailer. I went to Polson KOA for my virgin voyage. The only things I knew about camping were what I read on the internet. They helped me with everything from leveling to attaching hoses.

Can't speak to the rooms, but we picked this particular KOA because it had a hot tub and a pool in June. Had we known about the pool's heater being broken (told about it on arrival) and temperature of pool same as outside - 60s then we would have gone to another KOA. Already put the deposit and paid for the spot for our travel trailer so that is that. 4 stars. Replace or fix the heater for the pool or drop your rates for your guests and admit you don't have a heated pool on your website. I bet Kalispell has pool service techs that can fix heater if Polson doesn't. Paid for premium spot and got a picnic patio alright, but it is peeling all over the handrails and supports. Sand and paint the picnic area decks that are part of a premium upgrade package for traveling rv'rs.

Beautiful views, extremely friendly staff, clean facilities, reasonable prices. I love getting to stay at koa's when I camp out of my truck, sometimes they can get pricey but this one is very reasonable. You have a great view of the lake and mountains from any spot in the park. No complaints whatsoever!

First time staying in a Kabin but it was a great stay. Will most likely stay next year. Upgraded to 1 of these kitchenette Kabins and it's absolutely worth it. Amazing
