Staff were great! Location is also great; close to town, yet secluded! I would like to see separation of entrance signs (I was solo) and I did get confused between the two entry signs. Ended up going down & turning around at the airport, which I'm not sure was good.

Nice area and good location. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Site was small. Location of fire pit was weird but could not use due to fire restrictions so no loss. Position of heavy picnic table was very odd as it right next to the neighbors sewer discharge point. Charging for use of the putt putt course was just silly. It’s clean and beautiful. Staff was so helpful and was always there to answer any questions we had. A fine dining restaurant is just outside entrance.

Nice clean KOA. All workers were pleasant, and helpful. Our only negative is the wifi is not good, and the spots which are lovely are quite interesting to get into with a larger rig. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Everything was fine until the power outage on Saturday Night/Sunday morning. As my husband uses a medical device and rely on power. If we had known in advance about the outage we could have made other arrangements to accomodate him.

This is one of the best koas I have stayed in as I left New Hampshire and work my way across the US. I have stayed in other KOA campgrounds that should follow polson Montana example.

Great camp, very helpful staff and the facilities are top notch. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and private showers, forget about it!! The day we traveled into Flathead Lake was rainy and overcast 70 F. Not the best for being on the lake but this campsite made it worth it. The gentleman that helped us with our campsite took us on a tour of the boogie RV sites with 3,000,000 motor homes. A++

Putt putt golf used to be free; we paid $9.00 for myself and 7y/o granddaughter, and we couldn't even hit the ball straight due to all the debris (leaves, sticks, etc). The pool is way too small for all the guests you host. The playground was not very nice..we had to go out of the campground to find anything fun to do. Usually KOA are great for kids, but we were disappointed. Staff was friendl

Very friendly and fun interactions with staff. The campground is on a hill. Prepare to park slanted. The campground is very nice, especially the sitting area outside the office. We enjoyed the pool, and ADULT ONLY hot tub.

The staff were great and so helpful. The location was amazing with great views of the lake and our dog loved the dog park. The showers were clean. The site we were at wasn’t very level, and there was a nasty storm that ripped through the camp and power was lost for a bit. If you sit down at a picnic table, double check for hornets, wasps, yellowjackets, I was stung twice.

Well kept by friendly staff. Great location for all there is to do in the area. Beautiful view of lake from our site. Patio sites are a bit close and we had a large family gathering next to us with small kids who stepped on our sewer hose multiple times. Not KOA’s fault! We would stay here again!

Beautiful Campground and I enjoyed the stay however I made a reservation very early in April and they did not honor my request because I’m handicapped. I had Requested a sight near the showers. They were able to move me for part of my stay, but not all of it. This is not the 1st I’ve stayed at a KOA that did not honor my request after requesting months ahead.

We were in site 23. Beautiful deck and neighbors on only one side. The pool is awesome as is the view of Flathead Lake. We stayed in a 24 ft motor home with a toad. Tight fit, but it worked!

It was good the only thing that I had a issue with was the waste connection was up hill and could not get the lift I needed to drain correctly but the spot had a great view and the staff was great

Can't speak to the rooms, but we picked this particular KOA because it had a hot tub and a pool in June. Had we known about the pool's heater being broken (told about it on arrival) and temperature of pool same as outside - 60s then we would have gone to another KOA. Already put the deposit and paid for the spot for our travel trailer so that is that. 4 stars. Replace or fix the heater for the pool or drop your rates for your guests and admit you don't have a heated pool on your website. I bet Kalispell has pool service techs that can fix heater if Polson doesn't. Paid for premium spot and got a picnic patio alright, but it is peeling all over the handrails and supports. Sand and paint the picnic area decks that are part of a premium upgrade package for traveling rv'rs.

Beautiful views, extremely friendly staff, clean facilities, reasonable prices. I love getting to stay at koa's when I camp out of my truck, sometimes they can get pricey but this one is very reasonable. You have a great view of the lake and mountains from any spot in the park. No complaints whatsoever!

First time staying in a Kabin but it was a great stay. Will most likely stay next year. Upgraded to 1 of these kitchenette Kabins and it's absolutely worth it. Amazing
