Lauren and the rest of the staff were so very thoughtful and helpful. It was of season so the pool was not open but the wooded area provided shade and a comforting quiet. Restrooms were clean.

The KOA in Munising was very conveniently located. We were disappointed that there are only seven sites with sanitary sewer service and all of those are adjacent to the main highway which was very noisy all day and all night. We were also located right adjacent to the garbage pickup which was first thing Monday morning. The staff however was extremely friendly and very professional. Otherwise we e

We have plenty of full hook up sites in the back of the campground as well. If you ever visit the area again please call & we will gladly help reserve in the back if it is available.

Our stay was everything we could have asked for. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming helping to make us feel completely at home. The grounds were beautiful and helped you to feel as though we were camping in the woods with all of the trees

Nice campsites excellent response. We had a problem with electricity at site a maintenance work came right out to check issue and said he was available 24/7.

We had a lovely pull through spot on the back row. It’s heavily treed and very pretty. It was very quiet while we were there. Didn’t use any of the amenities so can’t speak to those. The only full hook up sites I believe are out in the open with no trees up front next to the highway. We had water and electric which worked fine for us.

Great staff! Restrooms and other facilities are in good shape. We camped along the back row and found the sites large and relatively secluded. We had a really nice time here!

The swimming pool was green. The traffic was loud on the highway and the tractors doing the construction work on the property behind the KOA was also loud.

Would give 5 stars the employees and site were great but advertised a heated pool that we couldn't use because it was full of dirt and looked gross

Would be nice to not have to pay for electric that you do not use. This was a last minute reservation and you put me on a very rough ground that is not for tents. You need to be honest with your customers and let them know that this site is not a tent site but a pull through site.You need to do better. I cannot ever stay here again.

We had a hard time finding our spot. Always before someone had taken us to our site. Thankful we came in daylight. Trees made it very difficult to manuver camper. It was a convenient spot but not sure I would recommend.

Very pleasant wooded campground with friendly, helpful employees. The restrooms were clean. the showers were very well appointed with plenty of space for shower toiletries, and clothing hooks. My campsite was quiet.

Prior to arrival they received a lot of rain, which can't be helped. However a little gravel at the sites would go a long way. Very sandy/dirty site.

Great customer service gives this campground 4 stars. There was also a nice laundry facility. Negatives are poor Wi-Fi and our fire pit and picnic table were way too close to our neighbors fire pit and picnic table.

Nice KOA and great location. Too much shade from the trees but that is not a knock on the camp. I just prefer sunshine in my spot. Clean and would use again

We found this KOA at Pictured Rock, Munising Michigan to be very well kept. Very clean shower/bathroom building. The grounds and campsites were well taken care of. All campsites were nicely shaded. This KOA is located near many places of interest. I definitely recommend this place.

Campground is very tree covered which means we could not use starlink. Wifi does not extend to the back rows of campground. This left us without internet connection for the duration of our stay. There was also no cell signal at all. We wouldn't recommend a campground that leaves no ability to make a phone call from our RV.

Easy check in and great staff. A little muddy but they had just come off some heavy rains. Too cold for us to enjoy the pool but the bathrooms and showers were immaculate! I would stay here again.

Your campground was in a perfect place for us to do the day trips that we wanted to, we didn’t finish all of our plans so we hope to return next fall around the same time. The staff was accommodating with our last minute requests and added days.

Very noisy neighbors (I understand there is only so much to be done) and the bathrooms were not very clean - two sinks had standing water which was corrected the next day.

Clean campground with sandy lots. The men's bathroom is large but only 2 small showers and one large handicap shower. Lighting is the men's room is poor over the toilets and sinks/mirrors. Covered picnic area has 6 large tables and electric for rainy days.

Munising /Pictured Rocks KOA is a nice KOA park. The staff is friendly and they have great recommendations for activities in the area. This park is shady; very shady. Beautiful trees that create a canopy over the entire park. Would suggest offering some pull-through RV sites with cement pads.

My family and I came and stayed at the campground for a few days for vacation and it was a really nice place. The campsites were clean and quite. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were spotless. Highly recommend this place.
