Site was very strange, felt like the few sites at entrance were an after thought. No gravel just dirt/mud/sand. Squeeze in awkwardly to site. Trash receptables had trash outside, the lids were open - are you trying to attract animals? Only one staff noted only inside entry bldg. Park is unkept & tired. Would not ever recommend this KOA.

Bathrooms and showers were very clean. Our camp site was amazing. Site was spacious and nestled among the trees. A very comfortable stay. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

Construction equipment, noise and incessant beeping 8-5. Construction road 30 feet from campsite. Owner said no other sites available but open sites thruout campground. Got partial refund.

Our overflow spot was away from the wooded sites, extremely spacious, and quite private! Very much appreciated the reccos of things to do and places to eat by staff upon checkin. What a glorious, peaceful, and visually stunning part of the country. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We asked for full hook up, which we did not get! Also the site we got was so tight for are 42’ motorhome that we ended up breaking off R passenger mirror. It was a very costly stay! Won’t ever go back to that KOA!

What a wonderful campground. The site we stayed at was very spacious, level and nicely wooded. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and well stocked. The staff was excellent and very friendly. We would stay again.

I wish I could have had a site with less tree cover as my WiFi is attached to the roof of the van and I didn’t want to pay for a spot with full hook ups as I don’t connect to water.

Previously, we had an awful experience at a different KOA, and we were reluctant to try Rocks/Munising. So glad we did. It's nicely laid out and very well maintained. The owner was very helpful when we needed local info. And the little onsight store had everything we needed.

The site behind us literally overlaps part of the "pull through" so it is a half back in and half pull through depending on reservations. Pool was locked, website said closed, but during check in was told it was open. So I had disappointed kids who were expecting a surprise pool. Inside store was pretty bare for a camping store. We like KOA. Not our first stay and won't be our last. Good location!

We stayed overnite in a small motorhome. The camp is lovely, the site was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. We would return here for a longer stay.

Friendly staff. Great location for Pictured Rocks, Munising, grand Marias beach. Sites in back (North) heavily treed so Starlink not an option. Wi-Fi hit and miss. Sites nicely spaced apart but “buddy” arrangement facing one neighbor. Shared power pedestal with one 30A and one 50A outlet. Sites are dirt with smattering of gravel..Good laundry but very small showers.

Nice campground with level sites. Clean. My only very minor complaint was the lack of signage at the entry on where to park my rig and throughout the camp.

Stayed for 2 nights for Pictured Rocks boat tour. The weather didnt cooperate, windy. The park is well maintained, clean. The sites are great! Against the back row the trees between the sites create a nice camping experience. Within 10 miles of all Munising attractions. Check in was smooth, exactly what we expected and appreciate at KOA. We will be back to finish exploring Munising MI. and KOA

The dog park was quite a let down. Broken bench and so small you could not even throw a ball to exercise your dog. .

We absolutely loved staying here. We originally booked a full hook up site and after we took a a drive around the property and looked at all the beautiful sites, we opted to switch to a W and E only site. Large, spacious, well maintained sites. Of we ever come back to this area, we would stay here again for sure! Staff was super friendly and helpful! 10/10!!

This KOA is in bad shape. The 2 people we dealt with at check in were wonderful but way under staffed. The campground is dirty and overused. Our picnic table collapsed but offsite maintenance brought us a better one. The bathrooms are filthy. You need to hire more staff. The destination is spectacular. Stop being profit grabbing and make your campground match the area!

Enjoyed the quiet and wooded lots. Campground WiFi was good enough for streaming. Visited nearby Marquette to view the ore dock and had a wonderful meal at the Vierling Restaurant. We made the scenic drive on H-58 to Miners Castle and then hiked to the Au Sable lighthouse. Matson’s fisheries has the best whitefish smoked fish dip around.

Beautiful park! We had a great site. All personnel were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable and helpful. We are in a van that is not self-contained so we rely on the bathrooms and showers. I’m not sure how many of your customers rely on your bathroom facilities but my suggestion is that you add another bathhouse or maybe two for convenience and to prevent over use. Thanks

Great location for a base while you see the U.P. Beautiful campground, friendly staff. If we come back this way, definitely will stay here again. Site was very nice, level, easy access to the full hookups. We stayed 3 nights, neighbors were please and considerate.
