The lot was so uneven that we could never get our RV level - even with many blocks. When leaving we had difficulty getting the blocks out from the front jack. It was also extremely dark due to the dense tree coverage.

Windows in the bath house would be nice. Who designs a bath house with no windows?

Very nice staff, they kept the campground very clean and tidy. Pool was very clean and well kept deck area as well. Lots of play area for kids to play at, volley ball net, tether ball, basketball area also.

Sites were beautiful, spaced nicely with lots of trees, although all dirt. The only drawback is just the one shower building for the whole camp. We were pleased with our stay.

The roads within the campground need repair. One big plus to the campground was the laundry was clean and convenient. In relationship, to what we are paying for other campgrounds on our excursion in the UP, you charges are on the high side.

We were put in the wettest, muddiest site in the campground. We couldn’t use our picnic table or even set anything up outside. I didn’t see any other sites this bad. We had 30 AMPS because they had only a few 50 AMP sites. The temps were cooler so we could get by running one A/C unit most days. Given limited choices, this might be the be the best options. Limited staff to maintain property.

We had a level spot nestled in the trees. Being closer to the showerhouse was nice, but came at a price of having the pool with loud kids in our backyard. That was ok, but the wifi was terrible. My 86yo father wanted to watch his news in the evening and couldn't because if we were lucky enough to get connected, it would lock up and freeze every couple of seconds.

The park was clean and quiet. The spots are huge. It was easy to get to every where we wanted to go. The office staff was amazing! Thank you for a great experience!

We stayed for four days with two 9 year olds; they loved the pool! It was warm and clean. I recommend a site by the pool if you have older tweens. You can relax at your fire and still keep an eye on them. Showers and bathrooms were clean enough and staff were friendly. Munising was about 10 minutes away.

The campground is nice and well maintained. However, our site was a disappointment. We were close to the highway in a tiny site with zero shade and a huge puddle. We slept with the windows closed to reduce the noise. Laundry room was very nice and clean. Store is well stocked and they sell firewood.

Steve and the rest of the staff were very professional and helpful. My only minor criticism is the shared water spigots. The water pressure was unpredictable and low. Other than that, a great experience.

The last 2 times we stayed here we were told we had to move the camper to different sites. Not that big of a deal unless you have a 40 foot fifth wheel camper like we do. Apparently the 20 foot class C motor home needed it more. I'm also a KOA member, didn't feel like one though.

It looks like you made a separate reservation extending your stay. Unfortunately, that same type of site wasn't available which resulted in the move. We do our best to keep reservations in the same site however it is difficult with such short notice to extend.

We had a great stay overall. The site we had was a bit small but we made it work. Pool was just right, facilities were clean, staff was kind and available, store had plenty of supplies, easy to find, close to fun stuff to do, would stay again.

When checking in, Glenda was amazing to deal with. The gentleman working with her was also helpful, but we primarily spoke with her and loved the experience. The rest of the experience was fine, at best. It was too noisy and crowded. The bathroom and shower facilities could use service and were simply inadequate for the number of people on a busy holiday weekend.

We booked 6 months in advance and our lot was backing on to the main highway. It was extremely loud. They need to put up a fence to try and block that noise. Also they are one of the few that check in so late at 3pm; this was not helpful when most other have 1 pm.

Overall it was a nice campground. The bathrooms could have been maintained a little better (emptying the trash and restocking paper towels).

Kids and I stayed at the KOA in Munising/Wetmore Michigan from the 3rd until the 7th of July and we had a blast! Everything was clean, staff was very friendly. They even helped me accommodate an extra night when we asked if we could stay! It is a Journey so not expected to be lots of family vacation fun but the park/ playground was safe and clean, the pool was heated and nice!

Very friendly staff. This campground has relatively few full hook-ups. Given that, the bathroom facilities are inadequate and also need to be updated. A second dump station would also be helpful. We were third in line on a likely low turnover day. Our site was very nice and spacious.

Playground needs upgrades, pool should be heated. Utilities are far away from where you park your camper so need extra power, water, and sewer hoses

We were on top of our neighbors. It was noisy. Dogs barking well into quiet time.The shower house was always messy and only 2 showers. The water would burn you when the toilet flush and when the other shower was used there was only cold water. The place had lots of area for kids to play .

Great campsite. Tucked in the back row, giving privacy and the true camping feel. Assistance at the desk was awesome. Not sure of her name, but a young lady with dark hair was excellent in providing info about the area, directions and high points to be sure not to miss. Facilities were clean and accessible when needed. Stayed here 4 nights and it was accessible to everything we wanted to see.

My family and I came and stayed at the campground for a few days for vacation and it was a really nice place. The campsites were clean and quite. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were spotless. Highly recommend this place.
