We only spent one night. While we had some technical difficulties with our Motorhome, John from the staff was super helpful with getting us on our way. It is very wooded and shaded.

Bathrooms were never cleaned, they say they cleaned them every day but the same fecal spray was in the same toilet for out entire stay. Water pressure is terrible. Worst KOA we have ever stayed in.

Loved this campground and staff were so nice! Large trees provide coverage from sun and great amenities. We had an issue with our tow dolly and the staff recommended someone who was able to help us on a moments notice and get us taken care of…and cost was so reasonable! Look forward to visiting again.

Great place to stay & near lots of places to see. My only issue was the grass/dirt. There was rain while we were there & having no cement or gravel made for a sloppy entrance/exit of our unit.

Our site was awkward in that we faced our neighbor door to door and had to walk around our RV to the utility side for picnic table and fire pit. Not laid out right. Otherwise, we liked the trees and dog walk into the woods.

Beautiful wooded site, but not level. Dog walking trail very short and ends nowhere. Only 2 showers in women's bathroom--one was for handicapped and the other VERY small. Very nice and reasonably priced laundry room. Great location.

We've been here several times before. Great location for access to Munising and Pictured Rocks. Wooded sites are great for shade but may be challenging for satellite users. The only downside this time was that our site flooded due to a rain shower. The ground softened and our rig settled in the lake under our RV.

Only complaint is the road noise especially the Truck Brakes. Maybe the town can limit those truck brakes with a sign nearby?

Wonderful friendly staff. A state park atmosphere that is wooded with some privacy between sites. Clean bathroom. Nice laundry area. Well stocked office. NO biting flies like those at the county campgrounds along Pictured Rocks lakeshore. Will definitely stay again!

Never stayed at a KOA before. This one was smaller than most campgrounds we stay at which was fine for us! Bathrooms were clean and campsites were nice and large! Staff was extremely polite as well. Would definitely recommend and would consider staying here again!

The Host was Very Nice but overall I didn’t like the constant drone of cars & trucks going down the highway 100 yards from the campground. Also, many sites are long & narrow forcing fire pits & picnic tables to be behind the camper instead of out to the side.

The campground as a whole had nice amenities but seemed to lack upkeep. The pool was green, the dog park was mostly dirt (no bags in the waste bag container) and had limited full hook up sites. Our full hook up site was so close to the other sites beside us there was absolutely no privacy. We will not stay here again.

Registration went smoothly, all questions answered, everyone was always so helpful. Also after we left the park 30 mins away, husband’s cell phone missing, Called in, ask if he could have someone check the campsite and call us back…he ask me to hold he would check for it…I’m a senior, so bad with names…no luck. My husband decided to check the car found it..called back to thank him. So h

Arrived to find our fire pit and table were being used by our neighbors. Staff had prior opportunities to correct the issue but did not do so.

Great host and staff. Private for a KOA, we had trees blocking the view form adjacent campers. mostly quiet and a very convenient location.

My family and I came and stayed at the campground for a few days for vacation and it was a really nice place. The campsites were clean and quite. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were spotless. Highly recommend this place.
