Beautiful park! We had a great site. All personnel were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable and helpful. We are in a van that is not self-contained so we rely on the bathrooms and showers. I’m not sure how many of your customers rely on your bathroom facilities but my suggestion is that you add another bathhouse or maybe two for convenience and to prevent over use. Thanks

Walkways to nowhere from the bathhouse were strange. Campsites ringed the whole field, so it was a lengthy walk to go to and from the bath house via the road to stay out of others sites. A designated walkway through the field would make getting to the bath house easier from the back sites. Otherwise, it was clean and quiet.

Pretty park set in heavily wooded area. Stayed several days to explore Pictured Rocks and surrounding area.

Camp ground was clean, sites were spacious and shaded and we enjoyed the pool and hot showers.

Everything was great. The only thing I would suggest, when someone is staying for over a week, they should be put in a site with sewage.

Nicely located near Munising and nicely wooded private sites. Cabin smells a bit musty, TV and Fireplace do not work, so they should be removed. Otherwise, it was a good stay with friendly staff.

This is an incredibly beautiful KOA, it felt more like a serene state or national park than a typical KOA. The gentleman running the office was also super kind, we needed a special accommodation for our site (sadly less beauty and more sky, due to work obligations) and he very kindly moved us. The park was clean and nicely maintained, would definitely stay again.

Beautiful spacious campsites! Great location for spectacular pictured rocks tour. Dog park is pathetic however. Located along the highway, it is mostly dirt and has a broken bench. Restrooms and showers in need of maintenance. Air vents filty

Never stayed at a KOA before, had higher expectations. Staff was very friendly, check in was easy. Nice sized store with a good selection. Sites were very narrow. The bathrooms were good sized minus the showers, but not very clean. The first shower stall had really bad water pressure in the women’s restroom. The noises from the dump in morning will likely prevent us from coming back.

The location greets me as being somewhere away from “it all”. Like being in hideaway. This area is full of peace and mother nature all around. The haunted feelings I get with being near Lake Superior gives me vibes of Gordon Lightfoot singing “The Wreck of the Edmond Fitzgerald in my head. I want to return and explore more of the Musining area and venture to the Copper Mountains area further

this campground needs some TLC. There is very little gravel, and the sites are sandy or mucky when wet. The full tree canopy may be endearing since after all, it is "up north". But there are few options for people who rely on satellite or starlink for internet. The few sites up front in the grass that have clear sky are also right on the main road, are close together, and unclearly marked.

I really enjoyed staying at this campground. The staff was very kind and willing to help. It’s a wonderful place to slow down and enjoy the great outdoors.

Campsite was in good location, but staff very nicely had to loan us power cord due to long distance to plug in. Pool area was clean and water a nice temp. Dump station was convenient.

Our 3 day stay was fine. We were an hour early and not charged any extra like some do. All utilities worked as they should. Large trees were trimmed to permit bigger rigs access. My one criticism is that you need to put in some fresh rock on top of driveways so it's not so muddy/dusty. That said, our stay was a good one-

The bathrooms are good, can understand why others were complaining? Nice wooded spots. I do agree that the spots by the road are pretty tight. Above all we had a great time!

The cabin was quite outdated and needs some repairs. The door had a large gap at the top where you could see in from the outside and bugs could crawl. We had to stuff a shirt in the gap. The windows also opened from the outside so anyone could open them and get in if they wanted. It wasn't up to the same standard compared to other KOA's we've stayed at. Also TV didn't work, they said cable was out

Alot of loud ambient noises during the day. Checked out at 2pm not staying the 3rd night- no reimbursement for night. Probably wouldn't reccomended, but campground was mostly tidy.

-Our water hookup, was too far from our campsite (site 64) The hook up was located in the next site (65), but was too far away, we couldn’t reach it. -Loud! Road traffic noise -starting at 4:30 AM, high-pitched squeal emanating from something in the area?— could not identify source.

Great campsites nestled in the woods. Starlink did not work because of the foliage, but since there was fast Wi-Fi available, we had no problems. We stayed 7 nights and had great luck with the weather, the lack of biting bugs. Will surely come here again.

Campground was easy to find and check in. Our campsite was a good size, but sewer drainage pipe was high out of the ground, so we had to use the dump station on the way out, after paying for site with FHU. Bathrooms were a bit dated, especially the showers. Laundry facilities were great and the staff was helpful

It is a nice campground with most sites in the wooded area behind the office/pool area. The sites are dirt with a good base and it was easy to level my motorhome. We had a pull thru with full hook ups. The sites are long so you may need to park just right to get your utility connections without using an extension. They have a nice little store and laundry, which we used. It is close to Town.

Small, quiet campground. Close to pictured rock park. Wifi was strong but park was not full so maybe they had extra bandwidth. Staff was super friendly and I was reimbursed for two days when we left early.

Basically zero cell service(at least AT&T) and the campgrounds wifi wasn’t much better. Some camp sites are good, others not so much. Power boxes in the wrong positions(at least our sight.) Bathrooms were ok. They were clean. But others than the handicapped shower, they were small. And only one bathroom for the campground. So when it is down, like it was for a while during our stay. I like this place. We have stayed here before. This time we got a site that backed up to the pool. The pool facility had a radio playing all day. The music was not objectionable and not too loud. It turned off before quite hours. Then a pool area security light turned on. It was bright enough to illuminate the inside of my trailer through the door window. We had to improvise a window shade.

all of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful the showers and bathrooms were very clean it is a very peaceful place to camp

The customer service at the office was great. The area was nice but the sites need work. It got muddy with the rain around the grass area, we could not keep mud off our shoes. Add some gravel to the sites to make them more even and cleaner. Ensure that campers understand that NO PARKING between signs is not optional. Add KOA sign 1 mile out on the road, to avoid a sudden stop or passing entrance.

Very nice campground! Would definitely stay again if in the area. Would like to see paved roads and either gravel or pads on the sites but we managed ok.

Our sewer hookup was crazy bad!! We had to elevate drain hose 2 times higher to get flow . Not acceptable. I really like women at store. Very pleasant and helpful.

Great location for a base while you see the U.P. Beautiful campground, friendly staff. If we come back this way, definitely will stay here again. Site was very nice, level, easy access to the full hookups. We stayed 3 nights, neighbors were please and considerate.

We just left the campground. We had a great time!!! Great location to all the activities! The trees make it feel so cozy!! Steve at the desk is amazing, friendly, and very helpful!! We will definitely be back!!
