Great campground. The pool is nice, the facilities are nice! The staff is friendly, and the camp story usually has just what we need. This time we were in the upper new campground on a deluxe patio site, it was lovely. My only complaint was the Wi-Fi did not work up there & as an for local TV stations on our antenna got nothing. Wi-Fi situation I was told was going to be fixed in August..

NICE PLACE! Manager ( I believe her name was Nicole, my apologies if I'm incorrect ) was so very nice! Pups had fun in the K9 Kamp and lots of hiking paths. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We love staying at the KOA in Ludington! A great place... quiet, very clean, and so great on keeping their quests informed on what is happening during the day. We really appreciate Nicole who is so customer focused on helping her guests. So convenient to so many places in the area. It's a great family place with so many things for children to do. We love this place!

Brian and his wife, Nicole and kids! They do an over the top job of making you feel welcome (right as we pulled in to our reserved spot) and Brian checked in with us (newbies to 5th wheel camping) multiple times and offered to help if we had any problems or questions about how to deal with our new rig! And text messages keep you informed at all times! EXCELLENT stay for us!!! Beautiful sites!

Disappointed in the location. Further from Luddington than we had anticipated. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Could use some upgrading of some campsites. Seemed to have limited staff and little personal interaction. Probably would not choose to stay here again.

Restrooms and showers are badly in need of rehab. Old school low toilets are 1950 retro. Would not stay here again.

Very nice, quiet campground!!! Could use a restroom/shower at the back on top of the hill. I would definitely recommend to someone else and also stay here again!

Enjoyed the back section. Internet was very spotty however. However would not deter us from staying again. Hosts are extremely accomdating.

This KOA stay was very unique to us, in the fact that it is located near the Manistee National Forest. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Brian & Nicole, they are tirelessly there for you & especially for the kids. Thank you to your endless Hospitality. I honestly thought they were the owners with the amount of enthusiasm & care they provided. Thank Y'all from Texas!!!

Nicole continued to keep us updated on events and specials going on. Brian (B-Dizzle) kept the events exciting for the kids, while also managing the rest of our requests and questions. This is a great place and we are looking to come back again.

The kids loved everything to do, it was great to check in and ice, wood delivery! It was a little drive off the main road. Was worth the drive.

The campground is beautiful with lots of trees and a great staff. Our only complaint was the weak Wi-Fi signal and lack of cable TV which made it impossible to watch anything.

Reserved a full hook up patio site. Expected cement and was offered crushed shale patio and an uneven site. Not even close to picture. Very weak inadequate internet. Sparse grass mostly weeds. We have stayed in many KOAs and this one is defiantly not up to KOA standards.

Stayed as part of a larger road trip. Lots of activities but we had other plans and we have no kids. Cinnamon rolls were great. Propane service was great. Small laundry. Well kept and trees are nice. Very quiet.

Wonderful experience! Already booked our site for next year. Nicole, Brian, Kyle & Joel (the owner) were magnificent. By far, our favorite KOA, and we only stay at KOA's. Always tons of activities for the kids and no "gotcha" charges or prices. A+

The campground has great sites for all types of campers. It has many great scheduled events for kids and adults. The only drawback is the wifi and cell service is spotty. Dropped several calls. If you rely on your wifi for rainy days, prepare a backup plan!

The worst KOA I’ve stayed at this far. Communication for important things, like the fireworks being set off directly behind my site, never happened. However, I did receive an excessive number of text messages daily to come spend more money at the activities. The folks are nice, but that doesn’t negate the lack of communication.

Everything was super crowded. It costs so much money to stay there but then a lot of items cost extra money. We didn’t like that. Don’t think we’ll be going back.

Well run campground. Clean bathrooms. Being 35 minutes from ludington, it's kind of a misnomer to have "east ludington" in its name, but it's location in the Manistee national forest is definitely unique and awesome. It's hard to come by private campgrounds in a truly forested spot like that. Major downside is gravel roads that make it basically impossible for kids to bike and pushing strollers.

Great campground. Nicole and Brian do an incredible job of making sure everyone has a great time. So many activities forkids and adults! We were there over 4th of July weekend and were impressed at the entertainment as wellas impressive fireworks display. We stayed in the new section of the park, site 273, which was a huge site and easily accommodated our 42 foot fifth wheel.

Excellent park. Site 27 needs some gravel so had trouble leveling and had some trouble with the distance to the water hookup. Luckily the office had a potable water extension hose I borrowed. Great service. Excellent amenities. Would recommended.

New part -- had these issues: 1.wifi was not available at our site even though it is listed as available (had to work remotely) 2.there was roots and tree pieces all over the site, some roots went through my rug and tripped us. 3.Our original site did not have "working" electric so we had to move sites. The male owner came over and was very helpful, helped us move things, tried to make it right,

The staff our very friendly, check in was very easy. The resort very clean. We love the events the have and the convince with getting this delivered right to our site. We definitely will visit again

Camped here with my family of 4 and we booked one of their deluxe cabins. During our stay there the staff was so friendly and always offering to help with anything we needed. On our first day, after being there for about 2 hours, the campground lost power. This was no fault of theirs and was caused by a bad powerline nearby. We were without power for about 20 hours, making our deluxe cabin rental ultimately turn into a rustic for that time, but we got by & made the best of it. The campground initiated a refund to us for that one day (without us ever asking). We were very grateful for that extension of kindness. The cabins are clean and perfect for what we needed. Our kids had fun engaging in campground activities and swimming in the pool. We will definitely be back to visit. Thank you again!

Run down/older campground. Very peaceful place given that there were not many campers. Not much to do for kids and activities were expensive.
