Campground was fine, but expected more for the price. It was very kid friendly, but as we were not traveling with children it was not a good fit. We booked a site with a private fenced area for our dogs. It was disappointing (small and tucked into the wooded area). The staff were very pleasant and as accommodating as they could be with how busy they were.

Staff was super friendly. Love all the activities for the kids. That’s one of the reasons we love coming here. One thing that was a little weird was we were a pull thru and the people next to us was a back in. So we were facing each other. And their dog was coming into our site. But other than that our stay was great

This was our first stay at a KOA and we loved it, We have 3 kids 7, 5 & 3. The activities were timed perfectly to right about the time the kids were just getting antsy at the camp site. Each staff member we encountered was friendly and chatty. We will be back to this location again and will be looking for other KOA's to visit.

The campground staff were very nice but the site we had was a pull through and I have never been so close to the next site in every direction as they are here and no shade at all. I expected wifi but there was none. The pool was nice but there is work in progress here to improve as they are doing but we will not be back. Not worth the cost of the stay.

The campground is well-maintained. The activities staff and grounds keepers are absolutely phenomenal and made us feel welcome and included. However, the front desk/store staff were often dismissive, curt, and almost downright rude... The exception being the younger women. We appreciated the hot showers, clean bathrooms, and the pool.

Great campsite and very friendly staff. Only wish some of the weekend activities were available during the week or more weekday activities. We loved the cabin, store, pool, and staff.

The best campground! Beautiful and quiet…I highly recommend! We rented an RV and my kids LOVED IT! Also, the staff are amazing and very friendly.

Fantastic, well-run. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Quiet. Lots of fun activities. Super family friendly. Pretty. Favorite campground so far after 12 states of travels. We will be back!!

Great place to stay! Fireworks were outstanding staff was very helpful. Pool and activities for everyone kept you right in the park. We are looking forward a return trip for the July 4 next year.Great Job everyone!!!

We had a wonderful time. Our kids said it was "Our best camping trip ever!" The grounds were beautiful, our campsite was perfect, and the activities were amazing! All in all just a fantastic family experience. Thank you!

Brian was the reason our stay was so great. He was very helpful as this was our first time out with our travel trailer and he helped answer our questions and show us how things worked. Amazing customer service by Brian, without him we would not have had any hot water. Only negative was unable to get any internet service which rendered our Fire Stick and IPad not usable.

We stayed here for our first time with our two young daughters and I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay! So many fun things for kids to do, the pool was beautiful and clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will definitely definitely be back!

Probably the nicest showers I have ever seen in a campground and I loved all the activities they do for kids and families. They try to make it a very family friendly atmosphere. My only complaint is I was not happy with our site at all. Online it said it was a wooded back in but when we got there we found out they had put in a new drain field so the back of our site was nothing but sand and dirty.

Great campground! Off the beaten path and set in an awesome wooded area. Loved being tucked back in the corner. Thanks to Brian, Kyle, Nicole, Karen and Dennis for being attentive and providing outstanding customer service. That’s one reason we will be back!

The KOA member that stood out was Brian! Brian took great care of us from the moment we arrived. Very personable and eager to make our stay great. He helped us get our travel trailer perfectly positioned for the week. He even helped us air up floats on his day off. Well done Ludington East. We booked for next year before we left. The fireworks, movies and activities were perfect for the family!

All staff were exceptionally helpful! Our ferry ride back to Wisconsin got rescheduled and they were able to arrange us in another site for an extra night. So many fun events and activities to do right at the campground that you wouldn't even need to leave and explore elsewhere. Pizza was delicious too and delivered hot right to our site. Would definitely return!

Nice setting, helpful staff. But very noisy: movie starting at 10:00 pm with full-volume outdoor speakers. Noisy social group of teens/young adults “partying” starting at 11:00. Made an otherwise pleasant location very unattractive.

We had a great time with the outdoor movies at night that was with wine, beer and ice cream. The pool was wonderful & always clean. Our only downfall was that we were totally in dirt on site 31. Next time I'll ask to have more grass. The sweeping in the motorhome was endless� Besides that we will surely be back!!

We love this campground. Our kids (6 and 2) have a blast here. The pool is clean and very nice. We typically tent at site 221. We like that it’s close to the pool and restrooms. This year the mosquitos on the site were terrible because it’s such a shaded site (what do we expect huh?) :) Next year we will probably pick a different site given that. Week days are less eventful but quiet.

Great place to be, really friendly staff and campers alike. Tons of horseflies, but I can't blame that on you. Camp store was great. Reasonable for the most part with 2 glaring exceptions in my mind- firewood it's overpriced, as are the bags for kids gem mining. Overall great experience

Location is not great you have drive far to everything. There is no wifi, Even after all the holiday campers left it was BAD. For the price per a night the sites should be larger & atleast give away free coffee! State campgrounds atleast do that and there half the price of this KOA. Bathrooms are outdated and have limited showers. Don’t force campers to buy your wood or at-least charge less!!

We really enjoy the campgrounds. Everything was clean, user friendly and the staff were amazing. We meet lots of nice people camping as well. Loved the pool and all the kids activities that were available. Lots to do. I would stay here again.

Hidden gem for sure! Staff/Owners are incredible and so present and involved in their campground. The organized activities were fantastic- felt more like a summer camp for the kiddos. We cannot wait to return!

We love this place! This was our 5th year staying in a cabin with a large group of friends. The staff does such a great job and there are so many fun things for the kids to do! Campground and bathrooms are always clean. The Foam Party on Saturday is always a huge hit with our kids!

Stayed last summer with family. Lots of activities for the kids. Pool area is nice. The male owner was fun, nice, and helpful. We didn't care for the site we had and he showed us around and moved us. Wish the roads would have been paved so kids could ride bikes/ scooters everything is large gravel and rocks. Staff was helpful and delivers fire wood. Kinda a haul to Ludington.

By far my favorite KOA in the state of Michigan. Secluded but with all the great activities. Close to the Pere Marquette River for fishing and kayaking and a quick easy drive to Ludington as well. The kids love this one and so do the dogs. We have brought our camper and those sites are so nice and we have also stayed in the cabins and they are always clean and comfortable.
