If you are looking for some fun things to do while you are camping with us, here are a few suggested attractions. We have a few things here locally and many adventures that are within a 30 minute drive. Most of these activities are free to the public, but several of them do have a cost. The activity levels go from a peaceful stroll around the lake, to the adventure of a high ropes course through the trees. Whether seeking out on a solo trip, or looking to have the family tag along, you are sure to find plenty of attractions to visit.
We are 8 miles from the Ozark gate into Fort Rucker. You do not have to be Military to swim or fish in Lake Tholloccco. In addition you can use the Bowling Facilities and play golf at the Silver Wings Golf Course. The Army Aviation Museum is definitely worth the trip, and it is free with a gift shop !!!!

Fishing on 640 acre Lake Thollocco
This beautiful Golf Course in Ozark, Al is a championship 18-hole golf course designed by Ron Garl. It features 6,756 yards of golf for a par 72. The Course Rating is 71.7 with a Slope Rating of 13.2. They have a full service Pro Shop, complete with snacks, beverages, new and used golf clubs as well as rental clubs.
The newly renovated cafe offers a full menu of delicious meals.

The 150-acre park is a perfect place to enjoy a picnic, take a stroll along an elevated boardwalk, hike a nature trail, learn about stars or see an 1890's living history farm. Catch up with the new craze and enjoy an afternoon of disc golf. You will need to bring your own discs, but this new sport is fun and challenging for all ages. Enterprise has just opened this beautiful course that weaves through the woods and around the lake.
This is located at Johnny Henderson Park.
There is also a really nice park, splash pad, walking trail, dog park and tennis/pickle ball courts.

One of the many state parks that Alabama has to offer. This one is not far away and offers a really cool (cold) natural spring that flows out of the ground. Great for taking a swim, enjoying a picnic, or just seeing the beauty of nature.
