Your playground needs some attention. The ladders wood was broken and a partial spring was sticking out of the ground very dangerous.

Electriity are not good we had to ask for a booster even that it was not good anough. The road to get to the camping is far and not asphaltes and are full of big rock that it could get between our tires of our motorhome. The kids ride their bike and play in the park very late at night.

The 30 amp was not powerful enough , not as advertised! The owners tried to be helpful but it didn’t solve our problem, and we were there for two weeks, very disappointed.

Beautiful large campsites with cedar privacy fences. Neat and tidy. Easy to get a large trailer in! Long gravel driveway was the only down side to this campground. (Since we have motorcycles).

We had a great stay! Friendly staff, nicely kept grounds and a great location for doing day trips. Right on the Bruce Trail too. The only thing that needed improvement was that our site (#28) was a low spot and just never dried out (mucky). We were there for a week and only had 2 rainfalls. Otherwise, it was sunny and other sites were dry. I’d definitely go back again though.

The site was beautiful and private, missed the normal KOA services that we have become used to from other KOA’s like taking you to your site when you check in, garbage pick up at your site, delivery of wood to your site, the things that you normally get at a KOA which are able to be done safely even in a pandemic.

Lieu de transition bien localisé, je n’y passerais pas plus que 1-2 jours.

The road into the park was either a dustbowl or a mud path. Roads inside the park were the same. The website indicated that WiFi was available but failed to mention that it cost $10 a day for the service. When we tried to sign up for the service we were met with one frustration after another and couldn’t log in. TV reception very limited, no cable offered.

A Canadian flag should be flying at this campground. You are not in the USA! KOA being an American company does not mean the US flag should fly in Canada. Someone took our 4x7 ft mat while we were out of the park one day. Campers are not usually thieves!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We had a Canada Flag started from May, unfortunately, Our Canada Flag was damaged by a thunderstorm a week before, We do have a BC and Ontario Flag flying .A whole new Canada Flag arrive yesterday and we put it back on, we are sorry about that.

My family and I have booked KOA trips for multiple years now and love this location. We recently had booking problems and Tommy helped us reserve a cabin after hours and was overall very helpful

Very specious for a KOA. Very welcoming and accommodating. The sites are spotless: no sign of thrash (the classic in the fire ring). Very quiet at night. Felt very safe.

We frequent KOA locations across North America. This is our first time here. We found it to be beautiful, very clean, and the attendants were very pleasant and welcoming. We did a lot of hiking through the national parks within this area so this KOA was in a perfect location to set as a base camp.
