Great site. Great stay. Quiet week and used it as a base to visit Tobermory and all places in between. Not much going on in Owen Sound but one of the better base of operations we have used. Good staff who are learning the ropes. No issues with hydro or water. I would recommend. Entrance is a bit farther along than GPS says.

Location was convenient. Process was straightforward. K9 camp dog run was great for our puppy. Stay was made special by fresh egg tarts delivered warm to our site.

We love going to Owen Sound and staying at the KOA. This was the second time we stayed and got our friends to come up too. We will definitely go there again. The grounds are well kept up and the washrooms and showers were spotless.

A very nice site. Very well attended to. Very clean and seem to be a family run business. Like every KOA I know, the camping sites are very close to the next one. Only negative point.

This was our second time and had the same site. Lots of room and good location across from seasonal sites. Everything was clean . Well done!

We enjoyed our stay on Father's Day weekend. The kids loved the pool. The lower pull thru sites would be much better if you could remove those cedar trees. It is hard to position your trailer near sewer when you have slide outs. The cedars are in the way. Thank you for a great holiday.

Small, quiet park off the beaten path. Clean bathrooms/showers. Great little trout pond. Our site was level and nicely treed for good privacy. Only negative was the lack of wifi other than 1 hr. for “emergency” purposes (which didn’t work well), even though their site said it was available for a fee.

It was ok pool was very nice, no kids programs and there was no site management from 8pm till 8am.

Enjoyed the time out there with my wife. Quiet and peaceful. Having all 3 hookups was great. ( water, sewer and hydro). A little more expensive then other campgrounds. We have stayed at other koa's which provided more amenities. All in all we enjoyed it.

No shade on lot, long gravel driveway & dusty. All worried about parking bikes on grass, what a joke! Did no harm. Couldn't even have a mat over grass areas. Went to feed the fish, pond covered in grass clippings. Not up to the KOA standards we thought this park should of been. Not impressed.

Very clean. Very quiet. Nice bathrooms and showers. Pool wasn't open yet. Our campsite didn't have much character, privacy, or shade.

The WiFi is a joke 1 hour per day per site is hardly worth the effort. 2 charging for guest parking is cheap on the part of the campground but having to pay for guests at your site as well on top of the guess parking is ridiculous when especially when they’re only staying for a few hours

Not the type of camping that i am use to, but the park met all of my needs. It was perfect for what i needed, But i like the Provincial park camping experience. Bathrooms were VERY clean and inviting. Would recommend this location

Nice little campground, however it's June and the pool wasn't open, when many others are. No activities for kids (or anybody actually), no ice cream or anything special. Wouldn't recommend. Office/store closed at 6 on a Saturday which is quite early as well and was an inconvenience for us. I've stayed at koa campgrounds many times and this one didn't meet any expectations.

Make sure you ask where you are exactly in the campground. We were going for a relaxing stay with a pull thru site and was stuck between another trailer and fence for the pool. Right across from us was the playground and lots of noise and also a couple dogs left tied up and unattended that barked the whole time as they were tied up outside. Nothing at the store forgot coffee.

Expensive for what you get. Pay extra for kids. Pay extra for visitors and they have to pay to park. Pay extra if you want wifi. The picnic table was cheap wobbly junk.

We have enjoyed staying at this site in years past. The cost for sites seems to be increasing each year. The recent decision last year of this KOA closing at the end of September is disappointment. The washrooms are very well kept, suggest they get rid of the plastic flower gardens. Strongly suggest that they spend some money on new picnic benches. Several I have used I found old and very unsafe.

We have stayed in quite a few KOA’s in the Provinces of Ontario and Quebec. I would say this is one of the best in all respects.. We nope to return again this autumn. The only negative is we wish the enclosed dog park was larger, but this campground is beyond doubt a 5 star KOA…looking forward to returning..

Tommy and his family(just a guess) were very nice. Entire place was clean and well kept. The store lacked stuff. Didn't have milk(even a small carton) or things like grocery staples that you might run out of. Nice quiet place.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very well maintained grounds. We accidentally damaged the grass during heavy rain and was charged an appropriate damage fee. We had no problem with this as we actually felt quite bad about it. Washrooms were bright and clean, lots of hot water and water pressure.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Owen Sound KOA. The weather didn't co-operate, but it was the first trip out, so everyone made the most of it. The kids camping in our group had a blast. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything is well kept and very clean. We were on site 30 and our friends were site 29. Due to heavy rains, the sites were a little bit muddy. The only improvement I would suggest is some new gravel to alleviate the mud. Great place to stay. Thank you!

You can tell this is a family owned camp site with only the family of 4 working on it. They are very friendly, and the camp ground was very spacey. Though it felt like a regular camp ground and not what you would expect of a KOA. The pool was not open, and there were no activities put on for the kids. I paid the same amount that I would of paid for a KOA with all the amenities.

Would have been a no brainier to cut the grass on our site before arrival and wash all the bird droppings off the picnic table. We were staying a week. The open wood shed in front of the office needs to be cleaned out. It's piled with garbage and junk.

The site was infested with flies. With staying at other KOA sites I was astounded that instead of free wi-fi you only get 1 hour per day of use and that is quite frankly not enough time if looking for information.

We are seasonal campers and feel we get okay value for what we pay. Pretty hefty increase to fees for next year. Not crazy that the pool was closed for a whole day for cleaning and it’s kind of unreasonable to wait until 11:00 to open. The management team works hard maintaining the property and they have a difficult job looking after the road but it was much better this year than last.

I am on a seasonal site. No activities for campers. There is a pool and a very small, outdated playground. No sand on volleyball court. Worst problem though is smell of sewage at several sites in upper area. Bathrooms are always clean. Grounds are well-kept although grass cutting around trees could be improved. Some communication difficulties as owners first language is not English.

My family and I have booked KOA trips for multiple years now and love this location. We recently had booking problems and Tommy helped us reserve a cabin after hours and was overall very helpful

Very specious for a KOA. Very welcoming and accommodating. The sites are spotless: no sign of thrash (the classic in the fire ring). Very quiet at night. Felt very safe.

We frequent KOA locations across North America. This is our first time here. We found it to be beautiful, very clean, and the attendants were very pleasant and welcoming. We did a lot of hiking through the national parks within this area so this KOA was in a perfect location to set as a base camp.
