The campground was well maintained and cared for. The staff's precense was obvious, yet, non-invasive. Staff were friendly and approachable. If I had a question, the response was prompt and kind. I love Owen Sound Koa

No personal service. We could have had the front office deliver our firewood on their 4 wheeler as they had a guy driving it around anyway. My legs are not the best due to surgeries, so my wife asked them to deliver it. The guy carried it out and kind of dropped it on the motorhome floor. Bark and dirt had to be cleaned up afterwards. Sad.

To be honest, we only spent one night at the park on the last evening of the season. There was not too many people In The park. It was quiet and secluded. Campground was a good size. And likes the small pond area for my dog. We did not even check out your facilities. Check in was pleasant! Would recommend!

We are Bruce trail hikers and really enjoy the area for access ro many trails including the section that traverses the park. Thank you to the owners for their participation in this world renowned trail.

have always loved this KOA ,found this trip that there are new owners so i don't want to judge too soon.the picnic table at our site had been burned through in the middle and should have been repaired or replaced (but it was the last week of the year ).other than that the campground is clean and quiet and we will return again.

Washrooms were clean... could use a facelift. Park was clean...a lot of rain earlier made for some muddy lots.

Nice back in sites. Biggest complaint is there lane is long back to the campground. Its dusty when dry and sloppy when wet. Close to Owen Sound for shopping and sightseeing.

We love fall camping the best. Very few people camping this time of year. Had a great, private site surrounded by hedges and backed onto a field. Very nice patio site with deep fire pit, Adirondack chairs and a dining set that seats 4. Would like to see more dog waste bins and maybe some dog waste bags as well. There's only 1 bin that I saw and no waste bags. Firewood was nice & dry!

We had a great stay, everything was well organized and kept very clean. We were there after Labor Day so the week days were very quiet but busy on the weekends. Staff was great and went out of their way to help us. Plan to visit again next year.

We needed an overnight stop on short notice. The staff who answered our call was very helpful and we were given a good site where we could remain hitched up. Our quick walk around the park indicated it was well-maintained. We didn't use any of the facilities other than our site, so can't comment on them.

Overall great stay. Camp hosts not very hospitable though. Asked about cancellation and refund policy on last night and was told there was no refunds at this location. Have never had an issue at other KOA campsites. Especially due to bad weather or being called back to work early, there should be some policy in place.

Nice quiet campground. At check in the office gave us the wrong directions on the map to get into our campsite. We had to drive all over the place to get ourselves turned around. Our neighbour had the same problem. The pull throughs near the pond/Bruce Trail are on an angle and you can not get into them doing a right turn . Perhaps the young lady in the office is not experienced with RV's

Clean, spacious campsite - fire ring and picnic table incl.. This site (#67) didn't provide much privacy. Bathrooms were always clean - it is much appreciated. Office staff were friendly and willing to answer any questions. Quick access to the Bruce Trail, the campground's central location in Owen Sound and affordable rates were a definite asset. I will continue to camp here in the future.

We enjoyed our stay! The atmosphere was great, the park was clean and close to our site for our toddler. The only issue I would have is the size of the pull through site where we stayed with our toy hauler. Thanks!

This is a very coinvent place to stay if you wish to visit the surrounding communities. It is just on the edge of Own Sound so lots to do within an hours drive or so ie Collingwood Blue Mountain area or Tobermory etc. The campsites are easy to get into, and washrooms are clean etc. If into hiking your on very edge of Bruce Trail which runs through back of campground.

very disappointed in new rules that came up this year. No music after 10pm and no fires after 11pm. There was no mention of this on the web site. We have camped there for 10 years now and find the washroom facilities very clean. Dont know if these new rules are only for the Owen sound KOA or what. I also like the 20.00 fee to reserve your camp site. You should be able to pick the one you want

We lucked out. We got a site surrounded by cedars in front of the pond. Beautiful, clean and quiet site. Staff is always around keeping the sites clean and the grass trimmed. Reception staff extremely courteous as well.

Great wide site - private, level ground, easy reverse in. Close to washrooms ( but not too close!). Resident chipmunk & bluejay visited often for treats. Quiet campground (Sunday to Saturday after kids back to school in fall). Owner friendly - provided basic rules, map etc. Washroom clean & plenty of hot water for showers. 5 minute drive to town. & lovely park. Would stay again!

We have stayed here many times over the years. We enjoyed the down time to relax after a hectic week and weekend. We did some site seeing while there.

Great place, pleasant environment but Unsafe for children. I wish enjoying the place in a worry less manner. There were trip hazards around the playground where my little one fall (without any issue) but very concerning for us. I have pictures if someone wants to look into them and address them.

The grounds are beautiful but the service was not the usual in this campground then in all the KOA's we've stayed at. No escort to our site, wyfi only ONE hour a day, we had to beg to have our wood delivered, hours of staff from 10-6. I don't care if it was low season or not...so the escort and wood delivery should have been done, like there wasn't anyone there. grounds 10 service 1

I have been coming here for about 15 years. First time I can't get firewood delivered to my site. It was always a bit more for the wood but I was happy to pay for enough wood for 2 good fires to support my favorite KOA. But now, no delivery and only about 6 pieces in a bag for $12.50. ! Barely enough for one decent campfire. Drove offsite to buy it at a roadside spot .

My family and I have booked KOA trips for multiple years now and love this location. We recently had booking problems and Tommy helped us reserve a cabin after hours and was overall very helpful

Very specious for a KOA. Very welcoming and accommodating. The sites are spotless: no sign of thrash (the classic in the fire ring). Very quiet at night. Felt very safe.

We frequent KOA locations across North America. This is our first time here. We found it to be beautiful, very clean, and the attendants were very pleasant and welcoming. We did a lot of hiking through the national parks within this area so this KOA was in a perfect location to set as a base camp.
