Turn west on Johnson Road from US 23. Take Johnson Road to Forest Road and turn left. Take Forest Road all the way into the campground. This KOA is one mile south of Oscoda and 1 1/2 miles west of US 23.

Looking for a great place to spend your vacation this summer? Oscoda KOA is a great home base where you can set up camp and be minutes away from so many outdoor activities! You can visit Lake Hurons beautiful beaches. Canoe, Tube or Kayak the AuSable River. Head to the East Tawas State Harbor (Marina) and downtown Newman Street shopping. Visit the Tawas Pointe and Harrisville Light Houses. Take a day trip to the Alpena area and visit the Great Lakes Maritime Heritage Center or take the Shipwreck Tour. When you get back to camp, we’re there to help. We deliver firewood and ice to your campsite. We have fully remodeled restrooms, laundry and camp-store, where we do our best to stay stocked in all things you may have forgotten. We also carry a great assortment of souvenirs, apparel and toys. It’s a great time to book your site for your 2025 summer vacation!
