The young staff were friendly. The bathrooms were fairly clean. The campsites need some TLC (dead branches, litter from previous campers, etc). Wifi was almost unusable (dropped every 10-39 second nds).

We only stayed for one night. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The lot was clean and well situated. The views were wonderful.

All the camp personnel were very helpful and considerate. We were very comfortable and the view across Blue Lake was very calming.

We arrived 43 minutes early for check in and was informed there was a $5 fee per hour for early check in which was at 3pm. We waited and checked in at 3pm. the campground flyer stated if you arrive more than an hour early you pay $5 an hour. Seems the employees need to be trained to know the policies as we arrived less than an hour before check in. There is also a lot of seasonal campers there

The staff was very young. Pleasant enough, but didn't seem to understand how to accommodate our requests. Showers had no pressure and not very hot water. Bathroom outside doors were very dark. You must have a code to get in to the restroom, but there is no light to see the keypad at night. Nice grounds, easy enough to get on and off interstate without being right on the interstate like many KOA

Sites where we stayed were really close. Our neighbor couldn't put his awning all the way out. Also our sewer was at his back door as our neighbor's was at ours.

I always thought KOA had high standards they had to adhere to. This Campground was a disgrace. Let us push a few more spaces in. No room, we almost sat under the neighbour's slides. Bathroom horrible, no water pressure. I could hardly rinse my shirt hair out. I was appaled that they could be recognized as KOA.

The roads needed more gravel. There were large puddles and a lot of mud. The water supply line contained orange, rusty looking residue. The sign said it was a KOA Holiday. With the poor conditions and sparce amenities I would not call it that. This is the first bad review I have ever given a KOA. I will say that the two young people who checked us in were very friendly and did their job well.

The staff was very rude as we were checking in almost like we were an inconvenience to them. We booked serval months ahead and ask to be together (4 couples traveling) we were not together and was told could not fit although one of us had 3 sites open next to them when we left next day. We did not have KOA membership when we booked and would not apply our discount since it was purchased after.

Greeted by a gentleman that showed us to our campsite, even after closing time. Beautiful, quiet and peaceful campground.

Outside of the fact that some long term campers have cameras set up on their sites we felt like we couldn't sit outside and enjoy ourselves, This shouldn't be allowed it's a campsite. If you don't trust anybody then move to a different spot by yourself.

I have a bassistdodddle and he goes out fast he has pulled the wife out hurt her I just got a small fence put up and they said fences was not allowed there was a lot of empty campers nobody home up set ruined my stay .dog thoughts he was in trouble could not lay out with me

I was treated very poorly by a hateful lady. I don't know if she was the owner or a worker but it really doesn't matter. I called KOA corporate to file a complaint. This is a beautiful place to stay and well maintained but it's all overcome by the hateful attitude and rude behavior. Our first experience here was great our second experience causes me to tell everyone DON'T STAY HERE WARNING !

It was a muddy SWAMP! We have mud on the motorhome wheels and body, plus a very weak WiFi. Not a happy camper!

Ex excellent stay I really enjoy the campground how clean it was the beautiful view of the lake. We had a really great spot and the folks in the office were very very nice and helpful.

Definitely NOT big rig friendly. Had to maneuver around trees to keep from scratching top of motorhome PLUS avoid large trees pulling into space. Almost couldn’t open a slide because of a tree. Water hydrants leaked leaving puddles that electric cord had to lay in. Very tight turns. Maybe okay for small units or pull-behinds, but not for 45’ motorhome towing. Staff not very friendly or helpful

The utility hookups were in the middle of the lot. This caused me to pull my 35’ trailer forward as far as it would go to book up my power. A bit longer rig with power connection at the end would need a power extension cord.

Setting was beautiful. Staff were super nice. Clean restrooms and pool. No prepared food options. Broken handle on water spigot at site. Large pile of bird poo (3 inches deep) on stairs outside rear door to office (unappealing). Two rough looking adult males (guests?) took a female into the men's shower with them. Management notified; very concerned about it and agreed to address.

Nice campground and pull through spots. Blue Lake makes for a scenic backdrop as well as the local farm fields of corn. The Keelboat replica across in the adjoining state park was interesting to see. Camp is clean and staff are helpful!

Great Shady Park with lots of great Guests. We had a great time. It was, however, the first time in 12 years I've actually been charged for arriving early. I will read my confirmation emails more closely from now on.

Third stay here and has always been great. Check in was a breeze. Young adults at check in had all the right answers and were very helpful. The pool is well kept. We were able to purchase propane. We didn't have kids with us but noticed how nice the playground area was. Laundry was clean and worked fine. Nice fire pits. Easy access off the interstate. Close to carwash and 2 gas stations. Look forward to staying here again as we drive back to Canada after snowbirding in Florida.

Beautiful park, location. Updated bathrooms. Level sites, nice fire pit. The family staff was articulate and thorough. Truly a pleasure to deal with. I wish them the best.
