Nice campground. Many shade trees and close to the Blue Lake. Many seasonal rigs. Lots of rules which gives an unwelcoming feeling as soon as you enter the park. Not the friendliest staff. Clean restrooms. The well water here is yellow which makes me uncomfortable as far as drinking it. Close to Lewis and Clark State Park and freeway. Loess Hills byway was a beautiful drive.

It was our first RV experience. We picked this place for its location and knew KOA's had a good reputation. This KOA was quiet, well maintained with nice restrooms. We stayed after the peak season so not much to do there. Needs a bigger dog park and we couldn't find any easy access to Blue Lake. Overall it was a pleasant experience and one day we may return.

Dangerous drop off along Lake. Office staff not very accommendating (couldn't check out early due to family issue with refund). It was more like a storage area - 85% of RVs were empty.

We had a wonderful time. The petting zoo was a complete shock and grandkids loved it. Pool was a little cold but again the grandkids loved it. We only had one issue with the neighbors on Saturday night, they were loud until after 2 am on Sunday morning. We will stay again.

We camped with family and everything was great. Playground is wonderful, there's a dog park for those who need it. They had a petting zoo one day and the kids loved it. Over the 4th of July they had a giant foam machine in the park and it was enjoyed by all the kids big & small, there was a kiddie parade one day. The swimming pool is always clean.

The campsites are way too close together. You have very little privacy from your neighbor, and essentially zero "front yard" space. You end up having to sit on the end of the drive right next to your neighbors, or in the back, right next to the black tank hoses. I understand paying a $3 fee for visitor parking, but having them pay $3 PER VISITOR is ridiculous. Bathrooms=clean. Pool=nice amenity.

Perfect, quiet spot where we could regroup. Saw blue herons, bald eagles and rainbows! Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Short overnight. Saw many kids having a great time. Amenities well suited for families. Also had an abundance of long term stays which made it seem less campground and more neighborhood.

Nice place. Not listed on website amenities but the dog park was a nice and welcome surprise for pent up fur travelers that need to run. No easy access to the lake to fish or kayak though.

Robust utilities including wifi. Convenient location to quaint Onawa, Lewis and Clark State Park, and the Loess Hills Scenic Byway. Our site 29 was level for parking, but was a low spot for the surrounding area. Almost bare of grass and muddy. Picnic table was wooden and solid, but had not been cleaned for some time. Needed a pressure washing for the growth....Site had great shade and view.

We were pleased with our stay. We were able to get laundry done for a reasonable cost. Site wasn’t very level but it was long enough for our 38 ft RV pulling a 20 foot car trailer. That is always a challenge for us.

Very clean and well maintained campground. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Tried to get a fishing license but they couldn’t get the machine to work. That was a bummer because we could see the fish in the lake and really wanted to fish.

No rugs, dirt site, gravel all over the lot, couldn't walk over it easily. The paddleboats not available like the website said. The staff was a bit abrasive when they came to inform us of things we were doing wrong. We actually tried not to encounter them, it got so uncomfortable we left 2 nights early. We did not ask for a refund as we were happy to leave. The pool was nice and clean.

Very nice campground, small lake on one side and farmland on the other. Nice office and laundry room. Dog enclosure plus lots if walking areas for your dog. Small pool that looked to be well maintained. Very pleasant stay

Absolutely love this place. One of the best things are the trees. Ok, now for the draw back...the trees�. A little tight manuvering a 40ft MH and Satellite reception is degraded. But an absolute great Park to kick back and relax.

Third stay here and has always been great. Check in was a breeze. Young adults at check in had all the right answers and were very helpful. The pool is well kept. We were able to purchase propane. We didn't have kids with us but noticed how nice the playground area was. Laundry was clean and worked fine. Nice fire pits. Easy access off the interstate. Close to carwash and 2 gas stations. Look forward to staying here again as we drive back to Canada after snowbirding in Florida.

Beautiful park, location. Updated bathrooms. Level sites, nice fire pit. The family staff was articulate and thorough. Truly a pleasure to deal with. I wish them the best.
