Staf was extremely kind and helpful, very courteous and friendly. Becci was so kind as to upgrade us to a spot that had a table chairs and a patio, what a treat.

The park was very well kept and the staff were fabulous. We were there just for one night but it could be a multiple night stay in the future.

The camp hosts were amazing. Very nice people. The campground was clean and nice. We order a pizza and wings for dinner after our long drive and it was very good. When we come through this area again we will be staying here again. Thanks for making our stay a good one.

We were only there for a quick overnight stay, but the convenience of the location and the kindness of the staff made it a super stay. We've been there 3 times now for the same purpose and will do it again when we get back this way.

Very nice place. Had car troubles had to stay longer than check out but they didn't charge us. Nice dog park. The staff was exceptional.

We are frequent visitors to KOA Newberry. Welcoming, gracious staff. This KOA is immaculately clean, beautifully landscaped. Whimsical gnome villages throughout the Kamp. All facilities clean and well maintained. Our paw pen Kamp site was greatly appreciated with attention to detail to our dog's needs, clean, well maintained. By far the nicest KOA we visit

This was my second time. The first was in a cabin which was awesome. I have an RV now. The lot was spacious and clean. Close to activities. Staff always available. I will be back.

We have not had an issue with water pressure before but this time in Site 28 we did. My husband checked everything that he could have on our end. Only spent one night so we dealt with it. Will return.

Beautiful wooded campground just off I26. Our site was a spacious, fully furnished patio one. We enjoyed wings and a pretzel from the campground kitchen as well as the warm (84°) salt water pool! The campground is well maintained and nicely landscaped.

This is a nice and relaxing camp room for either stopping over or making it your destination, my husband like enjoy the amenities I like the pool and especially the sauna. Stop over this time did not have to worry about cooking picked up pizza along with pretzels and homemade donuts for breakfast. Kept from having to make dinner great staff and easy access interstate 26. Roxanne and Chris.

Sites were great, lady at front desk was extremely rude. I came in to check in and another lady came a few minutes after me and she stopped mine and checked her in. Was rude because we were a little bit early, but it was fine the other lady was early. She acted like we were bothering her and my husband and I felt very unwelcome!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are so sorry about that! The second guest was part of another group that wanted to check in 2 hours early. She originally thought that you were a part of that group. We also wanted to be sure that all of the sites were vacated and sanitized. She did not mean for you to feel unwelcomed.

We stopped in for 2 nights on our way down south. Loved the special premium site with comfy table & chairs, glider and gas fireplace. We splurged as it was our anniversary. Had a truck issue when we were hooking up to leave. One of the employees offered to drive my husband to parts store. Got the part changed and on the road again. The owners and staff were so pleasant and helpful, will go again.

Pulled in for an overnight stay. As we were running late due to weather and traffic, we received a courtesy call to inquire our arrival time, and update us on our stay. Upon arrival, everything was taken care of for a quick check in and then directed us to our campsite. This was our at least our 5th time at this KOA and we plan to return again in the future.

This is one of the nicest and most welcoming KOA that I have stayed at. The hosts are wonderful people the store is well stocked, the facilities are clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend staying here if your looking for a peaceful experience.

Only an overnight stay but we enjoyed it! When you pick KOA you know what you're going to get; a quality campground! Well maintained, and friendly staff, plus the pool was till open so of course Im splishin and a splashin in that baby!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our site with the fenced patio was amazing! It's bigger than the dog park at most KOAs. The pizza was really good too!

Very friendly staff and so accommodating. Gave us a welcome gift, upgrade to a larger site with large paved patio that was fenced in for our dogs. Would highly recommend.

After staying in my camper mostly full time for 15 plus years while traveling all over the Southeast for work and staying at countless campgrounds , This particular campground is at the top of my Favorite list .. • Super Friendly/ Helpful Staff • Super well maintained grounds • very Quiet • Offers lots of activities for kids and adults • 2 Minutes to interstate 26 • well Stocked and clean camp store for essential needs • Very clean and well maintained Bathrooms and laundry. • kitchen with a small menu that the deliver to your camper ! Overall just a really nice laid back place to stay .

This is one of the best KOA"s I've ever stayed at. Such friendly people, clean, beautiful surroundings for sure. We just passing through for a night but would love to stay longer next time. Also, their store is beautiful with a lot of nice things.
