People running this KOA are fabulous went above and beyond to get us in a tich early due to power outage at another KOA due to storms. They treat you well and so friendly. Will definitely stay there again on another adventure.

The entire staff at this location was among the friendliest we have ever met at an RV resort. They all made you feel welcome at their location. This goes a long way with us. The facilities were spotless, and the grounds were well-maintained. The sites had ample gravel and were leveled out. We typically pick a patio site; however, all the pull-through sites were acceptable.

The park is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The park hosts are efficient and take customer service to new highs! The park store was well stocked, and the pizza we purchased for supper was quite good. We will definitely stop here again!

We stayed overnight twice going to and coming from Tybee Island. The staff to be very friendly and professional on both occasions. After our fist visit, Susie called within 10 minutes of our departure to inform us that we had left a piece of equipment behind. We (and our dogs were welcomed on both visits. Campground was well maintained. Kitchen food was good as well. Will stay again in the future.

Nice and quiet park! Fun little activities for the kids with different games, pool, and finding gnomes hidden across the campground. everybody in the office was insanely nice.

The staff were amazing. Super friendly and a lot of fun. Made us feel like we were hanging out with a group of friends. I never thought I would get so much enjoyment just from walking around looking at rocks! Would mist definitely come back here.

We stayed overnight in a 43 foot motorhome. The pull-thru lots are easy in and easy out. Trees were trimmed up. The campground is a short distance from I 26. The only concern was the fire pit next door was close to our motorhome.

We’ve stayed in a number of KOAs across the country and we’ve never felt this welcome! The amenities are great and the cleanliness is above and beyond anyplace else we’ve stayed. This was a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was very well maintained to the point t my wife commented “this is the cleanest KOA we’ve stayed at!”. The added entertainment of a scavenger hunt got us out and about exploring all the properties benefits. Gnomes rule the grounds and add to the fun. Keep up the Great work!!

Love this campground! Highly recommend. It’s beautiful, very well maintained. Staff are the best at being accommodating, friendly and go out of their way to help you. We stay here every year when traveling to or from the beach. Seen expansions and new updated amenities each year.

Stayed at several RV campgrounds this is the best campground we have stayed in. I would not change a thing. Salt water pool very clean well kept. Grounds were maintained . Pizza and wings were great. Plenty of activities for kids. Staff treated us like family. Loved the Gnome theme. We didn't find a reason to leave the campground and explore the surrounding area. We had everything we needed here.

This camp ground is incredibly clean and the staff are extremely helpful. We left something and they gave us a call and went through the trouble of sending it back! They went above and beyond expectations. They also had a scavenger hunt for the kids that kept them busy and happy! Thank you!

This is labeled as a KOA Journey but it should be a KOA Resort!!!It's right on the expressway so we used it as an overnight stop on the way to Myrtle Beach, but I could easily see families spending a weekend or even a week here. The staff is incredible, the sites are level and beautifully landscaped. There is everything you need from a pool to a playground. A solid 5 stars and still working on improvements. We camped at Newberry / I-26 / Sumter NF KOA in a Fifth Wheel.
