rv spots were extremely close to each other. The dump station was not easily accessible. There was nowhere to get ice or drinks after 5. The water faucet was SO close to the ground. Was a very clean family observant place.

Nashville East is pretty bare bones. We were hoping to catch the shuttle into downtown Nashville like the other Nashville KOA offers. We stayed there 2 years ago. This one doesn’t offer anything. It is a journey KOA, but still expected to have a shuttle.

Thanks for staying with us. We do not offer shuttle service to Nashville. We offer many great amenities, but we do recommend that guests looking for specific things do some research in advance to make sure the campground you're booking has what you're looking for.

Staff was very friendly and the you had nice pet areas. Spots too short for a 40 ft rig. Spaces between sites also very small and fire pit was too close to the rig. I would not stay there again.

Hello, we're sorry to hear you had issues on your site. Our 50amp sites you were on are 65+ feet long, and we do routinely accommodate 45ft+ RV's towing without issue. We are happy to move firepits for guests as needed.

It is a quiet and beautiful campground off of a busy highway 40. The people who work there are friendly and helpful.

It was just san overnight stay, but I enjoyed it. The bathhouse was clean and everyone in the campground was friendly. It's nice to be just this far away from Nashville. Only complaint is that you have to pay for a higher speed wi-fi connection. I ended up using my hot spot which was faster than the higher-speed Internet I didn't pay for.

Campground is great, had a nice view of the valley and a lone deer passing by while drinking our morning coffee. Staff was great! Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed the campground, it was very clean and well run. The only objection was the work traffic while tearing out the cement deck around the pool. It is a great location and very good people.

Stay was fine. Interior Roads (the ones you DONT see from the front) are in some places a bit rough. This leads to your RV shaking as you travel down the road at a very slow speed. WIFI is not workable unless paid for and was the ONLY KOA in a Coast to Coast trip that did not have good free WIFI. If these two things were addressed I would give them an A plus. WIFI should NOT be an EXTRA - EVER

Super nice place, wish we could have stayed longer. The guy that directed us to our spot, was very nice. Restrooms/shower, was warm, and so clean. I would totally recommend.

It’s a great spot but I’m tired of folks advertising WiFi that doesn’t work. It’s a constant refrain at parks so if that’s your thing, move on, if you want a nice place to stay, this will work out well.

We stayed at Lebanon KOA for 3 nights. It's a very nice maintained campground, everyone was friendly we didn't use laundry so I can't say yeah or neah. We went to the hermitage and drove into Nashville morning is best we took 70 all the way in and parked on 2nd we stopped at a couple bars and did Jonny cash museum and the ryman. Would recommend this park for your stay in nashville.

It was okay, except we had to leave for the day and when we came back that evening, someone used our camp site for a parking place for their vehicle. There wasn't an after hours phone number to call. Thank goodness a worker was located & got us a new site for the night. I think signs need to be posted that other camp sites are not for additional vehicle parking.

We have stayed at this Campground a few times now and will stay there again soon. Staff is friendly and helpful and the sites are bigger than many other KOAs. It is also a convenient location to Nashville.

We felt safe there so that was a plus. But to charge $90 a night for a gravel site and no real amenities was way overpriced. Any time we paid anywhere close to that, it was a paved site and many amenities. Based on the price and what was offered I would not stay there again

Thanks for staying with us. The rates include 2 people, so it does go up when you have several. We are renovating our pool, have weekend activities in season (Pool games, movie nights, crafts, bounce house, music), cornhole, basketball, dog park, ping pong, among other entertainment.

Mud everywhere. Roads full of potholes. Very loud due to highway.

I was there for a total of six months. The site was very clean, safe, and with easy access to the highway. The folks in the office always so helpful and kind. I really enjoyed my stay.

We stayed in a long pull through site it was plenty long enough. The staff were vey friendly! Only thing which was not cleaned up was the dog pen. I understand that if someone with 5 dogs don't stay and watch their dogs that they dont see all of them do their business. other than that it was a great place to stay and we will stay again when needed.

Showers and bathrooms were gross! Place needs some attention.

We're sorry you experienced that. The bathrooms are cleaned well daily. Unfortunately at the time you were here there was a very messy group here that caused a lot of problems, especially in the bathrooms. This is not a normal occurrence here, and they will not be back.

Most beautiful koa in the US, Tiffany at the front desk is amazing, Jose the grounds keeper is so helpful, Michael cool as can be. Definitely recommend

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience. Facilities are clean, grounds are immaculate, the staff is friendly and very helpful, and we were in a great location. We would absolutely stay again if we are in the area.
