Ryan stood out and explained the plans to expand. Looking forward to it and looking forward to returning. All other staff member were accommodating and friendly. Would recommend staying at the KOA East just off Interstate TN. Weel done. The Workmans.

Clean accommodations. They had the a/c cooling things off in the cabin & porch lights on for our arrival. Communication was great! Thanks for a great stay!

Staff were very nice. Nothing bad to say at all. Facilities were well kept. I was worried about noise with it being on the freeway. I slept in a cabin and in a tent site down the hill on different nights and didn’t have a problem with the noise. Had a great week!

Check in was easy and the cabin we stayed in was cute and had everything we needed. One night air the next day heat! The bathrooms were very clean and nice to shower in too. The staff even helped us get the trolly tickets for the city of Nashville right at the office. Great customer service and everyone was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great was staff and we had a great stay . We didn’t get a chance to check out the campground because we were traveling, arriving late/took off early. Stayed in a camping cabin for a good night sleep and it had clean restrooms. It would be nice to have linens but we were traveling with linens. It would also be nicer if KOA systems & Rewards were better, we didn’t receive all our points?

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The dog friendly cabin was great with a lot of areas you could let your dog off leash to be able to run.

I was working so I didn't spend much time at the KOA. I despise hotels and avoid them when possible. I love the KOA system and Lebanon is one of my favorites.

We brought our 3 grandsons and stayed in a log cabin with the loft. It was decorated so cute and we loved it. The restroom and park were close by and the store. The grounds were beautiful and lots for the boys to do. Very comfortable for us and the boys

All I can say is WOW!!!! By far this is the BEST KOA We have stayed at !!!!!! The Christmas decorations were wonderful…. Even our cabin was decorated!!! The cabin was super clean & had everything we needed inside. The bed was super comfortable & the furnishings were so nice !!! We will definitely have this one at the top of our list ! The office people were awesome..love this KOA

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. Great cabin, very clean and new. Great hosts and very accommodating staff. We will definitely be back!

The Deluxe Cabin we stayed in was beautiful and perfect! Just what we needed while traveling with a one yr old. Space for him to play and a bathroom inside so there were no middle of the night runs to the bathhouse. Thank you!

The cabin had a lot of large black ants in it both dead and alive. No other complaints. The campground is nice overall.

We are in our late 50s and have a 10 ye old granddaughter and we are not from here but she is and we thought she might like to come here with us for a few days 10minutes after she was here she was bored and wanted to leave then she made friends now we can't get her to leave we had a blast everyone here the staff all so nice we will definitely be back

Great stay, staff & facilities. As this is my 2nd evaluation, I wanted to suggest the fans at the Hammock sites be able to oscillate. Then I also stayed in cabin #11, ceiling fans in the the two rooms would enhance the air circulation and you would reduce the need to run a/c at higher settings. The ceiling fan would also help the loft. Thanks again for being a great KOA!

This was my first stay at a KOA and let me tell you, y'all set the bar high! Our cabin was immaculate, the amenities were clean, the showers were hot and the staff was beyond friendly. The beds were comfier than I expected them to be. Thank you for taking care of 2 weary travelers and making me question every hotel I have ever stayed in. You definitely have a new fan here!

The price I paid was decent until I arrived. I know it's a "Nashville" hotspot, but having the highway right next to my cabin kind of dampened my happiness. When I arrived, I literally said to the customer service rep...."that's not my cabin on the end, is it?" She was like yes, sorry, that's all we have also. Maybe a fence in front of the cabin would help. Otherwise, clean, great people!

Great location if you want to visit Nashville. Our lot was very level. We didn't have to do much to our trailer to level it. Nice about of spacing between lots. Crews were constantly cleaning, which was nice. Before weedeating around our trailer, the young man asked our permission. We were there on Memorial Day weekend. They has events planned. The grandsons loved the candy bingo, tye dye t-shirts, and the hot dogs and ice cream. They also had a live band playing for a couple hours which was very enjoyable. Staff was very friendly. The grandkids enjoyed the games they had on the front porch. This was great due to amount of rain we had. The playground was redone and was great for the younger kids. My older grandsom enjyed the basketball court and the fossball table. Would definitely stay again. Two things we did notice. We had a lot of problems with the Wi-Fi. Just didn't have a very good signal. Maybe the weather. The area to get dressed in outside of the shower was very small. Just not quite enough room. Had to actually use the shower stall. Challenging to not get my clothes wet.
